Today, James with Optimize EGS performed my first annual service on my Generac generator. I have never been as impressed with any service technician as I was with James. He was meticulous and took such pride in his work. He literally wiped down every surface inside and out as he worked. I was so impressed that I called him to let him know and then called Optimize to make sure they knew what kind of an excellent employee James was. From our initial quote to installation, to todays service, our experience with Optimize EGS has been unbelievable. These folks are true professionals.
