    Just had my first plumbing service and interaction with Top Notch Plumbing and couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. From the calls and service provided by Sarah in the office to the inspection and work performed by Jeff Dulla, the thorough inspection, explanations and work performed in fixing my kitchen sink leakage issue was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. I will be using them again.

    Highly recommend Kevin and Manny from Top Notch Plumbing Inc. Kevin was incredibly responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. He helped us throughout the entire process from the initial house visit, clarified the options with detailed cost estimates, and performed the install himself with Manny as his assistant. We love the experience and their costs were competitive compared to the other contractors we received quotes from. Pricing isn’t the same anymore post pandemic but we were glad to found company with staff who provide excellent customer service. We hope this relationship will continue as we will definitely need additional maintenance service in the future.     Jaime was my old friend who has done many big jobs around my house. The new guy is really working hard n eager to learn. One problem with my water tap. It does not flow thru after 4 cups of water has been dispensed. Then the water runs very slowly. It takes me over an hour to fill up 22 cups of water. It sh not be this way…; But, Ronnie changed the tank for me and it flows well now. Thank you so much, Jaime, who stands behind his own products. I really appreciate Jaime and his crew Ronnie for the good job well done. I will continue to give the service to Top Notch Plumbing. Jaime has solved my plumbing problems for 10 years.

    Where do I even start! Well if you’re like me, and stressed out about plumbing problems in your house you need to call JAIME with TOP NOTCH PLUMBING. seriously, very professional from initial contact. He walked me through his very detailed proposal and made sure all my questions were answered. Pricing was more than fair and JAIME, has treated my home as if it were his. There were existing issues that other plumbing companies did not address maybe because it would have been more work for them or maybe other companies I called are just in it for a quick buck, easiest jobs with the highest payouts ..But Jaime let me know, gave me all my options and his honesty and integrity is what made me choose this company. Don’t let other companies reel you in with lower pricing only to “find” other issues later on that they make you pay for.     I have been a general contractor for more than 35 years, and this was my first time working with Top Notch Plumbing. I contacted them through my usual plumbing contractor, and they responded very quickly. Jimmy, the owner, personally came over and spent almost half a day using their top-of-the-line equipment to show me the issues inside my projects drain lines.There was no sales pitch or pressure to win my project. Most impressively, he didn’t even ask for any payment. When I asked him how much I owed, he said nothing!I ended up giving him the job of re-lining the entire house drain line, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Top Notch Plumbing and assure you that you wont be disappointed.In the end, I am very grateful for the work they did for me and looking forward to using their expertise on future projects.

    I was told my sewer lines were in need of work. The first bid was $20,000. So I got another bid. This bid wanted to replace a toilet and hydro clean the sewer. The price was $6500. In the mean time I found the first bid was going to sub the job out so I went to a company that does everything in house the company was Top Notch Plumbing.I spoke to Jamie and relayed what the other plumbers wanted to do.Jamie came out, ran a camera throughout the sewer and saw nothing wrong. Then he checked the kitchen sink. Jamie recommended a descaling and quoted $750.Since he was honest and saved me $20,000, I gave him the job. After measuring the amount of work done Jamie gave me a discount under $400.All in all this is a good company and they are very honest,I highly recommend this company,

    The installers were very considerate of our home and thoroughly cleaned up after. We had new incoming water supply to the shower, a new shower head, new faucet, new kitchen faucet install and they cleaned out the dishwasher vent hose. Very professional and a great value.

    My wifes family has been using the same plumber for 30+ years and unfortunately he has not worked on many tankless water heaters and we wanted to use someone from our neighborhood and so I reached out to yelp and had 3 quotes. The worst quote came in 7100.00 dollars. Yes $7100. The next one came it at $4200 but top notch plumbing did something nobody else did. They reached out to the manufacture Navien and spoke to them and apparently the original install was done incorrectly and Navien gave me a new tankless water tank all because Jeff their tech called the manufacture to find out if it was covered. Everything started great from the initial call with Sarah who super knowledgable told me they would check for the easiest and most affordable way of completing this job. We have defintely found the new plumbers for our home and family. I never shared the other prices with Top Notch they just came in and did the Right way and because of this they earned not just our bueniess but more importantly our Trust!

    I looked up local plumbers for my area on Yelp and found top notch. Kevin was the person who helped me out on a clogged basement toilet. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done and showed me the screen when he ran his camera through the line. He cleared up the clogged but showed me some roots starting to get into my main line. He explained the different options Top Notch can do to fix it so I can make an informed decision. I’m definitely going to get them back out here when I’m ready to pull the trigger on the permanent fix. I even locked their number into my phone in case of emergencies. Thanks again!

    They do a solid job. Had a leak from an older pipe under the slab. Leaking between kitchen and bathroom with lots of walls in between. Instead of digging into concrete they provided an option of pipe lining - they inserted an epoxy like material which creates a new pipe inside the older pipe. They gaurantee it for fifty years. They worked in the rain and did a professional job. Good to go.

    Top Notch plumbing was recommended to me by a good friend and neighbor, I wanted to get my house repiped from galvanized to copper, and also redo the main line coming from the street. Jamie from Top Notch Plumbing came to give me a quote and answer all my questions, he said it would take 3 days and he was done in 3 days, I even added a few things like new toilets and repairing a gas line and a few other things, still finished in 3 days plus 1 to do the main line, patch all the drywall and stucco that had to be cut.     Great service! I called at 2:30 in the morning, and they said they would be out within the hour. He arrived 40 minutes later. I had a main line stoppage and no water would drain, sinks or toilets. Jaime Mejia was professional, personable, friendly and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He did a great job and had the entire main line cleared in short order, even sending the video camera down several times to ensure the entire length of the line was clear.     I called Top Notch about a problem with our drain and Jaime said he would be over shortly to check it out. he showed up just a little while later, fixed the problem ,and left no mess ! all this for a reasonable charge.     We just moved from across the nation to a family house that needs extensive repairs everywhere. My first priority was the plumbing and not knowing any businesses around here I relied heavily on two criterias- location and reviews. I really liked what everyone had to say about this company so I made an appt for an estimation.     Bill Guevera did great work and very professional. Honest, fair, on time and didn’t try to get me to do more than what was needed. Company was referred to me by my daughter who manages a big company with multiple businesses and residential properties. So they can handle big and small jobs.     Today Jeff diagnosed our kitchen faucet leak and dishwasher. He had to pull out the dishwasher to thoroughly check it out and then reinforced it back in place. He was very informative and honest. He was able to answer all my questions. We did not complete the work today due to the need for a part that I will be looking into. We will be scheduling him back to complete the install.     Recently needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Called and Sarah was quick to respond saying they could have someone out the very same day. I was still waiting for the new faucet to be delivered from Costco, and when it arrived there had been a mix-up and we recieved the wrong one. I had to cancel the appt Sarah had set up till we could get another faucet. She was very accommodating and couldnt have been more understanding and pleasant to talk to. We were able to find another faucet just a few days later. Sarah had Jeff come out and do the install the same day I got back to her. Jeff was very professional in every way and had it done in no time flat. I found their pricing to be also very reasonable.     Good dudes at Top Notch Plumbing. They came in for some emergency work repairing a leak under my crawl space. They also came out for another emergency and did an awesome job clearing out my backed up sewer line. Trustworthy and does great clean work.     I called them when I woke up to find my front yard completely flooded! I had no idea what do do so they person on the phone tried to help me find the water switch to turn it off. They quickly scheduled me for an appointment later in the day and to my surprise Jeff should up even earlier which was great! He helped me understand what was broken and quickly fixed the problem.     Our water heater quit heating at the same time we smelled gas from the pool heater area. The gas company turned the gas off and we called Top Notch Plumbing based on previous reviews of the company.Jaime and crew installed a tankless water heater (and took away the old water heater), replaced 2 outdoor faucets and capped a leaky gas pipe from old pool heater.Jaime was instrumental in assisting us to find the best tankless water heater for our family.     Top Notch gives you a time and they are there. Did a great job on our shower pipe readjustment. It wasnt easy and they had to figure out and create a piece to push the pipes back. Likewise on the sink pop-up drain. They had to make their own extra washers to fill in space because length was too long and granite was not thick enough. Really nice people.

    I called TNP because my fauther in law spoke highly of them. Jaime and Juan showed up on time they were very professional and willing to work within our time frame.
