I highly recommend this business. They were able to come out the same day I called. I was given a time of 3-6pm and guess what? Jack Bell (plumber)showed up a little before 3!!! Courtesy Plumbing came out to help us today with a blockage in our plumbing. We had XXXXX-Plumbing fix it for us last Saturday, or at least we thought they did. Last night all the toilets werent flushing and almost overflowing, and nasty water was coming up thru the bathtub and shower. I called this morning, got a VERY good quote compared to the other company, and John arrived well within the promised time and got to work right away. within 15-20 minutes he pulled out a huge tangle of roots and junk from the pipeline. Why the other company didnt do that, I have no idea. Needless to say well be calling Courtesy Plumbing from now on whenever we have any plumbing issues. THANKS GUYS!!!

Sean from Courtesy Plumbing responded to a call for clogged toilets and showers. There was another repair man with him and Im sorry I didnt get his name. Both men were extremely courteous, polite and friendly. They were very clean, leaving no mess. Sean let us know that they did clear the drain and it appears to be okay they may need to come back in the future. They could not clean trap from roof because of our extremely old tile roof due to cracking the tiles. What was necessary was to install an above ground clean out.After about 3 days the same issue occurred. When I called the office I was informed that there was no warranty on the work so we would need to pay for another call and whatever work needed to be done. However, Sean came out again, went thru the same procedure. Removing toilet and cleaning out blockage. He then said we really needed to consider the new clean out because this time he did remove roots from the drain. Then to our surprise and relief he said he wouldnt charge us for this call. He stands behind his work and values his customers.We are so impressed with the honesty and integrity of Sean we have made an appointment to have the new clean out pipe installedThank you Courtesy Plumbing.

I’ve been a customer for probably a decade and I can’t recommend Courtesy Plumbing enough. They are honest and their prices are fair. I have yet to run into a staff member or technician that is not exceptional. As for the office staff, Tess is amazing, friendly and responds in a timely manner. I always feel appreciated.Being an old house, we’ve had a lot of repairs since we couldn’t afford the recommended cleanout and camera inspection. We were never hassled when we would defer the recommendation. They patiently waited until we were ready and only cleared the backup as best they could from the roof.The first big project Courtesy Plumbing did was to retrofit the house with pex pipes after we had a leak under the slab. They did amazing work. We haven’t had a problem with a leak since.Most recently we had to have our ceramic pipes replaced since they were offset due to root damage. Both Jeff and Aaron which lead the project were amazing. They made sure to keep me updated and that the project was completed efficiently and immaculately. They are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and break things down in a way I can understand.I went through about 5 plumbers in quick succession before finding Courtesy Plumbing. Their work is efficient, honest and neat. I feel lucky I found them, I’d be reluctant to move outside their service area.

But nope I didnt, they fixed my problem for less than $500 and for a bonus they figured out the water under the house was from the air conditioner being plumbed incorrectly! I am so grateful. Last weekend our plumbing backed up. We have a septic system and I called another local plumber in my area. Their appointment was for Monday between 10am-12pm. They didnt show up until after 1pm. Cleared the stoppage but wanted to go in with camera to see what was going on. Didnt have the camera with him so he had to leave and come back, which took him another hour! So now I had waited around for 5 hours dealing with this other company. When he came back he showed me how infested my main line pipe was with tree roots and said I would need to have trees taken out and piping replaced but didnt bother to clear the line of existing roots and still left me with a major problem that was just going to happen again. So the following day I had Courtesy Plumbing come out to take a look. They arrived bright and early and got right to work. They agreed that the suggested work needs to be done but was kind enough to clear the main line of existing tree roots to buy us some time to save up money and get trees removed, to get the job done. They didnt leave until that line was clear. Also made great suggestions on how to overall make our system better. They were polite, very informative and trustworthy. When we are ready to do repairs I will definitely being calling Courtesy Plumbing again.Also wanted to add, even though it might seem like such a small detail, to me really showed the difference in the quality of businesses. The first plumbers that I had come out, the blades on the end of their snake were significantly smaller than those of Courtesy Plumbing. I commented on that right away when I saw the size difference. Even if the original plumber had tried to clear the roots, he never would have stood a chance with his puny blades.

Spoke to the receptionist on Saturday and was advised that Shawn (sorry if I misspelled) would call me back on Monday as he was the one with the snake piping with a camera. I received call as promised and scheduled for the next day. They arrive promptly and completed a great job. I asked lots of questions and they didn’t hesitate to answer plus gave me some extra pointers on other issues with my house that were above and beyond than the required job. We recently had 2 clogged drains in our master bathroom. Courtesy Plumbing came out almost 2 months ago to fix the initial problem. After 2 months 1 of the drains started to back up again no fault of Courtesy Plumbing. Even though it was past there warranty period they still came out to look into the problem and get it fixed at charge to us which was extremely honorable.They stood by there product and wanted to make sure that the job was done correctly. They even took the time to explain exactly what was causing the back up issue.There technician was extremely professional and friendly. Weve had a regular plumber for the past few years and what a great craftsman he was. He had a stroke and isnt doing business anymore, so finding someone you can trust can be difficult. I found Courtesy Plumbing on Yelp and read the reviews and read their ad. It really caught my eye. I tried to get an estimate on the job, but it was after hours, so they suggested to call Monday morning. I questioned it, and decided to do it. The office gave me a window when the technician would be out. Everything lined up with our schedule. The office was very polite and professional. Thomas came out on time and inspected the problem. He gave us the best case and worst case scenarios so we knew what the possibilities might be. He gave us an estimate on time to do the job and EVERYTHING he said was to the word in the best case scenario. He gave us a great estimate and did the job very professionally. I watched him do the job and he even predicted when the water would be coming out based on the sounds he heard. Great team they have there and I asked for business cards to pass out to the neighbors because the job they do speaks for itself. Rick and Aaron pulled off a miracle with a new faucet install in my 1953 kitchen that had a wall mounted faucet that had disintegrated in part sticking out of the wall. Rick was upfront and honest about the worst case scenario if the old parts from the wall couldn’t be salvaged. They waited patiently while I got a new faucet and then came back for the install and were so precise and careful that they were able to save me from having to bust out the old tile and worse, the stucco from outside of the house to install new pipes up the wall.This is my second time using courtesy plumbing. Rick came out and installed a new garbage disposal when I tanked the last one with too many measuring spoons falling in. I appreciate their upfront and flat free pricing, honesty, and efforts to save me time and money. Trust worthy, friendly and of course, courteous!

Needed a mainline inspection for a home I am currently in escrow with. Given a next day appointment and easily met my scheduled window. Called when they were 15 minutes out and set off right to work upon arrival. Honest inspection all the way through. No unnecessary repairs pushed on me. Even showed how I could easily dig up my mainline access valve to save money on a future jetting should I choose to pursue. Sean even walked me through the video of the inspection to show any areas of concern and really put my mind at ease. Will definitely use in the future.

We were very happy with the service from Jason. He showed up clean and was respectful when he found a stopped up toilet from an unnecessary mess. He was not clean when he left but our house was. He cleared the problem, gave us a fair price, and was done quickly. He cleaned up after himself, it looked as if he was not there. This is the second time we used Courtesy Plumbing for a drain issue. Could not be more delighted with this plumbing company! The hot water in our shower wasn’t working and we needed help right away. I made a call at 7 am, and around 10-ish, Thom was at our door. He was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed our problems quickly (a faulty mechanism in the shower unit + a tankless water heat about to go), but he also gave explanations on how these pieces of equipment work and options on how to address them. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the best solutions to fit our needs rather than just looking for ways to make a profit. He also helped us troubleshoot some leaky faucets and gave invaluable advice on how to maintain a tankless water heater to ensure longevity. We were very impressed with his scope of knowledge and his customer care. We’ll be longtime customers for sure!

Called Courtesy Plumbing for a Shower Leak. Jack (our plumber) was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He gave us a couple of recommendations on how to fix it and the prices were fair. Jack was pretty honest about my 2nd shower not being leak free because the valve was not an exact fit but it slowed the leak down. What surprised me was that Jack called back the next day to say that he found a better valve for my 2nd shower and he can come and replace it. Now I have 2 leak free showers! Customer service is excellent! I would totally hire them again for any plbung needs!

Called for help, expecting a long wait, and to have to replace the valve. I hate to admit it but not being the most mechanically inclined I could not figure out after about an hour of tinkering and watching you tube how to uncrank the motor on my garbage disposal to get it working and my sink was backing up fast.
