    There scheduling was a bit off but Nick was fantastic and did a great job. Kept me well informed of any extras as the work progressed. Over all they did a great job and as a company kept me well informed. You got to love technology.They did a super clean up too.I would definitely hire them again!

    I called Parzival in a panic after noticing a possible leak inside a wall. The owner, Thomas, came to my house the same day, identified the leak, and helped put me in contact with a restoration company to coordinate additional work that would be needed. He was friendly, exceedingly knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Over the past couple weeks, Thomas and his employee, David, have been at my house working to repair the leak, install a new hot water heater, and ensure everything was running correctly. David was always on time and stayed late if needed, did impeccable work, and made sure I understood the cost breakdown. I was also impressed with office staff Carlos and Alma, who communicated clearly and frequently, and were very accommodating! Overall, working with Parzival was a great experience, despite having a leak. I felt very well taken care of and I have no doubt the work they performed was done to the highest standard.

    The response to my service request was fast. The person doing the work has been to our house previously doing similar work. Nice guy, approximately 10 months ago. I may have to call them back as I do not believe he snaked far enough this time. 25 ft of clearing the drain was not enough and should be at least 50 - 75 ft. I am pretty sure my washer will back up again if we do a couple of loads which will have the drain build up.They came back today and snaked further as well as the trap. Seems to be better after doing one load of laundry. No back up in the sink. We will monitor but Mike is a nice person to work with.

    Mike came to house and was honestly incredible. We had a stressful situation and the professionalism he had was fantastic.He was thorough and made us feel confident the whole time. We had another company come to look at the situation before Mike, and the experience was night and day. NoComparison.No one asked me to write this etc and I havenā€™t written a review in my life. Felt inclined after that service.

Hes a good communicator and explains what he is going to do, and does his job well. He leaves your property clean and tidy.

    Super happy with Parzivalā€™s prompt response to my need for a shower repair before family arrives for the holiday. Carlos who booked the appointment and Nick the repairman were great. Nick quoted exactly what fixed the problem and didnā€™t try to upsell the job. This has been a problem with another plumbing company and I refuse to use them anymore. I will not hesitate to call Parzival for future needs.

    Mike did a great job. He works quickly but effectively and gets the job done right. No muss no fuss. He did some work on my garbage disposal a few years ago with equally good results. Heā€™s pleasant to interact with, has a good sense of humor. If I need some work done in the future I would hope we could have Mike come out to do it.

    There was a mix-up with my appointment time, and they were on the brink of rescheduling... but the owner, Thomas, came out to my house to make it right. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He made me feel supported and heard when I voiced my concerns about my house, and he took the time to educate me on how to make the plumbing not only last, but how to empower myself to maintain the property as well. Thomas took the effort to keep the house clean and the external areas of the property from being damaged or dirtied by his equipment. He was thorough, efficient, and transparent.     As always, Parzival was professional, kind and honest. Iā€™ve requested their services over the years and have always been impressed. Karen and Carlos were very helpful with scheduling and provided great communication/updates. Mike is a phenomenal plumber- figured out the issue quickly and made sure there were no other issues around the house before he left. Explained everything very clearly (plus he was great with my cats and dogs!). No unnecessary upselling or fear mongering here (which happens to me often as Iā€™m in a 1948 home). I eventually want to update to copper pipes and add a household water filtration system- will only trust these larger projects with Parzival.Theyā€™re the best- canā€™t recommend them highly enough.

    Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it.     Ive used Parzival exclusively for my last two houses. Thomas is incredibly responsive, and they always go beyond the call of duty for us. Everyone at Parzival is incredibly polite, conscientious, and their work has been very solid. Ive never had to ask them to come back for something theyve fixed. They are the first plumbing company Ive used that really seems to have a focus on wholistic health of the houses systems, and committed to making decisions for the long term health of the property. Ive used Parzival for water heaters, house inspections (before purchase), a complete mainline replacement (we had massive root intrusion), toilet replacement, and video line inspection. Highly recommend these guys.

We have called on them four times in the past ~14 months and each time, without fail, they have proven to be punctual, competent, friendly, and fair. They have a super convenient appointment request form on their website and they communicate via text, which is a huge draw for folks like me who sometimes have less than ideal phone reception or just havenā€™t had the requisite amount of coffee to ā€œpeopleā€ yet.As further testament to the depth of their dedication, Parzival Plumbing made note of the make and model of our tankless water heater so they could proactively keep parts on hand that would otherwise take weeks to arrive (on the off chance something breaks further down the line).As far as pricing, I feel you get a more than fair price for what is essentially bespoke service.     I contacted Parzival Plumbing after realizing my water heater had gone out one morning. It is worth noting that they were not the first company I called. They werenā€™t even the quickest company to be able to come out (even though they made it to me incredibly quickā€¦ the same day). But they were by far the friendliest and most professional. So I cancelled the other appointments I made with other plumbersā€¦ I am glad I did. Everyone I worked with here was fantastic. Astrid and Eileen were texting me updates of when the plumber would be showing up that included the name and picture of who I was expecting as well as a link to my paperwork, estimates, etc.I ended up needing a new water heater (no surprises. My old one outlived the expectancy by about 5 years). But I also received options and estimates of not only a replacement but the cost to repair as well. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and patience of the plumber Jasen as I had many questions.They were able to come out the very next morning to install the new water heater.When you canā€™t take a warm shower because your water heater went out, this is the company you want taking care of you. They were quick, efficient, communicative, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

    Another successfully satisfying resolution with Parzival! A vanity sink basin in one of the restrooms at my office building had a hole in it and was leaking into the shelving every time the sink was used. Karen, at Parzivals office, is kind and responsive. She had a appointment set up quickly with excellent communication! Mike arrived to the scheduled appt with a friendly and helpful attitude. He diagnosed the problem and had an estimate for me within minutes. After giving the go-ahead with repairs, Mike arrived for the repair visit just as professional and service-oriented as his first visit. He has a great sense of humor too.     Parzival is at the top of my list of home repair professionals. I called at 10 am this morning and had Mike at my door by 1:30 pm.The initial call was for a single drain cleaning. But, once Mike got in there are found the true source of the problem (keeping me informed and showing me things as he went), we had to expand out into a hydro flush. Mike was extremely thorough, documenting along the way as well. He gave solid advice for potential next steps as well, to keep my home in good shape.Before leaving, he offered to inspect all of the sinks and drains as part of the service. We found three places were handles were stuck and needing to be replaced.Iā€™m extremely happy with the service I received. I had already recommended him to one of my girlfriends before he even left my house. Will be recommending him to the rest of my girlfriends as well!

The main line from our water meter broke yesterday morning, and they were able to adjust their schedule to have somebody out two hours earlier than they originally promised.     I had a very positive experience. I first dealt with Carlos over the phone, describing my plumbing issue. Within a few minutes, I received a text from him requesting photos, and a short time thereafter, he set up an appointment for that afternoon. Tanner was the plumber that addressed my plumbing issue.     Our garbage disposal made a terrible noise and we called Parzival Plumbing to come take a look at it. They sent someone out the next day and he pretty much said our garbage disposal needed replacement. We know how to replace a garbage disposal ourselves so we thanked him and appreciated his diagnosis. They were very communicative via text before the appointment. I would call them again if we ever have another plumbing issue.

    Very honest and professional! My tankless water heaters werenā€™t working properly and thought we had to get new water heaters but Cody was able to find out that it wasnā€™t my water heaters and that it was the water pressure controller (forget the official name of the item)!     Parzival Plumbing never disappoints. They are always so attentive, quick to respond and dont price gouge ever! We found we had a leak under our sink in the kitchen...I emailed them in the evening and the next morning they had Tony scheduled to come check on it. He assessed the issue and had us scheduled for the following morning to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. He was very nice and super professional. He got the work done beautifully and quick. I am working from home these days and thought it might get noisy but I couldnt even tell that Tony was here! He is excellent as is everyone at Parzival!!

    Use Parzival Plumbing! What started out as a slow drain in our kitchen sink was unfortunately the result of an older pipe in our home that had collapsed. We had no less than 5 separate plumbing companies come out to the house to diagnose the problem, and were happy we chose Parzival Plumbing to do the work. We had to completely bore a new kitchen line that went around the perimeter of our house which involved jackhammering a couple spots in our concrete, and going underneath the concrete and grass. I can enthusiastically report that when this whole ordeal was over - Parzival Plumbing did an amazing job completing and repairing this for us! Not only did they have the most competitive pricing, but the crew and owner of the company (Thomas) ensured that my wife and I absolutely understood everything they were doing.     We called them as soon as we noticed a problem. They came the same day and figured out the problem and repaired it. It was pretty expensive, over a thousand dollars but we felt it was worth it because they were there and willing to do it right away. Also, the plumbers were extremely courteous so was the office lady who took our information. I would recommend them highly but youā€™re not getting a bargain, just incredibly good and courteous customer service and resolution of whatever your issue is.

    I enjoyed doing business with Parzival. Their prices are competitive. They provide itemized estimates so you can customize the service to you own needs. I appreciate that they use a customer service support team to communicate with the client, leaving the plumbers to do what they do best. I do get the impression that Parzival is going through some growing pains (which is a good thing!) as they were quick to respond to messages, but it took some time to get follow through on requests. I know they were dealing with some Covid related illnesses at the time, so that certainly could have impacted my impression.     A soild pool of water appeared in an isolated flower bed early morning Nov 8th. Called Parizval due to my neighbors recommendation and got Karen who put me in touch and assigned Mike to check out my situation. Mike arrived and immediately knew it was a mainline break. We shut off the main valve from the City meter to prevent a wast of $. Thursday & Friday, they brought in the boring company to replace a new pipe just by removing concrete by the meter and by the house. The old pipe had multiple pin-hole leaks spewing small but visible streams of water that already wetted the soil 3 feet below. Mike and his Parzival crew finished the job by Friday morning as he did not want to leave me hanging for another easy-fix plumbing issue elsewhere. The mainline (over 50 years old) was replaced. I chatted with Mike along the way and learned a few things as I always have with these professionals. He had been with Parzival six years but is very experienced as I watch him solder pipe joints. I would have given the review ealier but was swamped (no pun intended) with work. Thank you Mike (and Karen) for giving us a piece of mind before the holidays.

    Overall tech did a good job. I sent a picture of a valve that needed replacement and thought they would install on visit. They did not have the parts and had to come back next day. Install should have taken less than a couple of hours. However when job was just about completed tech burned a hole in valve casing. Had to go and get a whole new valve kit and reinstall. Tech was a professional, never complained, but job took much longer than it should. I was very appreciative as to how responsive the company was and worked us in during a busy holiday time.

    Had a floor drain backup in a 2-story building. I took bids from 3 plumbing companies and Percival was 1 of 2 competitive bids. The 3rd company quoted something ridiculous.     I love these guys! Every experience I have had has been so pleasant. They have come out to my apartment multiple times. One time my kitchen sink was backed up and the plumber Justen ended up not only fixing the blockage but he also cleaned my sink that had gotten dirty from the standing water. He noticed my kitchen cupboard door was broken and offered to fix it!! I was so surprised and extremely grateful that he did that for me because the door had been broken for awhile and I didnā€™t have the tools to fix it. My landlord doesnā€™t fix things like that for me and I didnā€™t have the money to have someone come fix it so it was difficult whenever I needed to get something out of that cupboard.. I was so thankful to have him fix it and just really in awe that he even thought to do that! Another time our apartment water heater was broken but I didnā€™t know. Thomas was there and he knocked on my door to inform me that I didnā€™t have hot water and that he was working on it.. He didnā€™t have to take his time to let everyone in the apartment complex know what was going on but it was so nice that he did.. It saved me from hopping in a cold shower before realizing there was no hot water! He also saved our landlord from getting multiple calls since he notified the tenants and we were able to know what was going on. They are always on time and always so nice and I feel like they really go above and beyond.

    My experience with Parzival Plumbing was great. They were able to come out the next day with in the timeframe they gave me. They came out at no charge and gave me 2 estimates to fix the plumbing for my washing machine. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and as far as I can tell my dishwasher is draining perfectly now. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again should I have anymore plumbing issues.

    Best plumbing experience! Woke up to a cold shower and busted water heater...called Parzival and talked to the nicest receptionist who had Andrew at our house 30 minutes later with a brand new water heater! While installing a new ball valve in my sprinkler line, he noticed a bad fitting not associated with the valve itself, and he elected to replace it as part of the job.     The office building I manage had a loud squeaky noise emanating from the bathrooms after each flush. The high-pitch noise rattles through the adjacent office suites piping. Parzival Plumbing was the chosen vendor to consult on this matter. They were prompt in scheduling a consult and, although they had to reschedule once with me, their professional and timely communication is commendable and appreciated.Tanner, the plumbing technician to arrive, was awesome! Very professional, courteous, and personable. Additionally, he knew his trade well as he was able to diagnose the reason for the loud noise quickly. Unfortunately, the issue involves our backflow system connecting to the citys main water line, which was not a repair that could be made by Parzival Plumbing. Tanner referred another plumbing company that specializes in backflow systems. Although Parzival Plumbing was unable to repair the noise problem, I was impressed with their level of service, professionalism, and resolve to offer a reference. Parzival Plumbing has a spot on our companys list of vendors for future contract needs!

    We have used Parzival Plumbing since the owner Thomas opened his company.     Highly recommend these people! After I scheduled an appointment with Roto Rooter for a Sunday morning and they didnt show up or call, I found Thomas at Parzival.     Tanner was awesome, he was the second plumber I had called for a quote. Tanner diagnosed issue and resolved issue, he took the time to protect my carpet and bathroom. I have never had a plumber so detailed with not only fixing plumbing issue but also he took the time to notice that I take my shoes off while walking on carpet. Tanner and Riley immediately put on shoe coverings to protect my carpet, I didnā€™t even have to ask. šŸ˜Š The first plumber I had in here wanted to charge me $3800 and left mud on my carpet! So happy I called these guys! They saved me lots of $$$ as it was only a simple clog and kept my carpets clean.     My first company gave me a quote that was 70% higher than Parzival. The tech for that company was 4 hours Later than the scheduled time. So late that I got a second quote from Parzival. 2 Techs showed up. They were very professional and presentable.     Called Parzival based upon Yelp reviews. They confirmed they were on their way by text and continued that communication throughout the service call when they had to get a part off-site. First thing they did was to put down a doormat and put on booties when they came in the house and took equipment needed for the outdoor fix through the side gate. After assessing the situation and diagnosing the problem, Thomas gave me a quote and estimate on time to fix - which was all adhered to and completed with great care and competence.     When we began planning our full kitchen renovation, finding an excellent plumber was a top priority. We know how hard it can be to find a plumber that not only does excellent work, but also makes customer service a top priority. We certainly found that, and more, in Parzival.Our project was fairly extensive (full kitchen gut) and the scope of the plumbing included cutting a trench into our concrete slab, relocating hot/cold lines to a new island, rerouting the drain to the new island, and rerouting gas lines.We cant say enough good things about Thomas and his team. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous, respectful, and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Since we did not hire a general contractor for this project, we had a number of questions and Thomas was so helpful in explaining everything to us.We ran into an issue with the existing waste line (old cast iron drain from the 60s) and Thomas personally stayed at our home late to help trouble shoot and resolve the problem. He also pointed out that our tankless water heater was not accessible based on how a different plumber had installed it. Since we had the walls and ceilings opened up, we were able to modify some framing that will make it much easier to service the water heater in the future.When we had our rough inspection, the city inspector commented to Thomas that his work was beautiful and we passed with no problems. On a related note, Thomas was there during the inspection to ensure that everything went smoothly.Based on our work with Thomas and the team at Parzival, we have no reservations about recommending them are are happy to give them a five star rating. We couldnt be more pleased with Parzival!
