Rotunda electrical is the best electrical company in the Lake Norman area! We reached out to Rotunda to do the electrical in our new home build and they exceeded our expectations. Their process is very thorough and methodical. They also keep diligent records of entire job for any future needs. Their electricians are intelligent and beyond professional. I cannot emphasize that key fact enough. They do things right and will never compromise. Rotunda is who you want working on your home. Their support folks are very proactive and responsive so you never feel ignored and most importantly the work gets done with excellence and in a timely manner. The owner put together a great team. For a home EV charger installation - Quote was thorough, installer gave us the pros and cons of each option and steered us away from a potentially dangerous plan that was quoted to us by another vendor (for a more expensive price anyway). I chose Rotunda Electric based on the responses I received.Scott met with me, went over all of the things we wanted done, and provided me with a written estimate. If I need an electrician in the future, I will ask for them by name.Thank you Rotunda for a job very well done.I just bought a new washer & dryer. Of course, the new dryer is 4 prong instead of 3 prong and of course, the dryer is being delivered TOMORROW!I called Rotunda and spoke with Cheryl. She is absolutely the best contact person any company could have! She contacted the crews and found an opening. Anyone that has tried to find a good contractor for any trade knows how hard it can be to find one that returns your calls, shows up on time, and does good work. Rotunda did all of that and more! We worked with Corey the entire time and honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. He was professional, polite, courteous, punctual, and kept in touch throughout the process. Bottom line: Hire this company, work with Corey, and you won’t be disappointed.

A 50 amp GCFI switch failed. The technician identified the problem in agreement with the appliance repairman who had first identified the problem. Unfortunately, Rotunda couldnt get the switch. Fortunately, we got it overnight from Amazon. The replacement went smoothly a couple of days later.Everything went well but the price seemed high. The two visits totaled ~$400 (let alone the $214 price for the switch).I am probably suffering from sticker shock by having lived a long time.If there is a next time, I will pre-order the switch eliminating the second visit charge.

My partner and I refer to Corey as an Electrical Psychic for his intuition and abilities, he was the BEST! We highly recommend this company, they are professional, kind, and prompt.
