    When I called Blue Harbor Electric, no one answered, but Bryan immediately texted me asking about my issue. I texted him back with pictures, and he called me quickly. Bryan tried to help me troubleshoot an issue OVER THE PHONE, just to be helpful! When I was still unable to get things working, he showed up within 30 minutes, fixed the issue quickly, and charged a reasonable fee, which was less than HALF of the service call from other electricians. I was very pleased and highly recommend Blue Harbor Electric.

    Had a great experience with Bryan. From scheduling to the work being done, everything was simple. The work Bryan did was perfect and reasonably priced. There was even a small issue that came up and Bryan had it corrected quickly. Highly recommend Energy-x Electric!

    I used the same electrician for more than 30 years until he retired. I had anxiety thinking about finding a replacement for small and big jobs around my house. However, I read a great recommendation on Energy-X-Electric during the pandemic and thought I’d give them a chance. I haven’t regretted the decision.     I interviewed three electricians for a small, complicated kitchen remodel. Energy-X is the only one that made me feel like he was on my team (part of the family) from the beginning, listening to what we wanted to do, explaining options appropriately, and giving us a fair quote for the job. He asked for permission to do things BEFORE he did them and asked for feedback along the way. AND, get this, he cleaned up all the mess he made as if he was never there.     I have used EXE for random electrical needs - sometimes fixing/finishing what I thought I could do myself & also installing electrical needs. Most recent EXE installed the outlet for vehicle & indicated I needed a bigger circuit panel (which I already realized as over 1/2 the panel was doubled up) Bryan got everything needed including the materials to patch around new box & finished the job in a day. Pays attention to detail, always attempts to “restore” installation area & cleans up & takes away debris.

    In our line of work we need a professional to service our customers. We install sump pumps and dehumidifiers in crawl spaces for our customers and need GFI outlets for these units. Through the years Brain has been a reliable electrician for us showing up on time and getting into these (sometimes not so nice) crawl spaces. We highly recommend Brain.

    Bryan puts the skill back into the skilled trades. We built our house last year and have had many trades out for various jobs, and Bryan has been BY FAR the most responsive. Great communication, punctual (actually very rapid replies to texts and calls). We needed a hot tub wired up and other electricians didnt return calls or needed weeks to schedule. Bryan came the same day I reached out to provide an estimate and two days later was back to do the job (we needed the two days to get the tub into place - he would have been there sooner). He did a great job, cleaned up better than I would have, and was super friendly (didnt mind me lurking occasionally to see how the work was progressing).     I have had Energy X Electric to my house multiple times and EVERY time I have been very please with both the quality of the work and the cost. I have had recessed lights installed, light fixtures, ceiling fans, extra outlets, a whole house surge protector and even a Frame TV installed. Both Bryan and the electricians that work for him have done an outstanding job each and every time. If you want quality work done at fair and responsible prices this is who you should call.     Brian has been a true blessing. He has helped us with our electrical needs numerous time on my newly purchased home. He’s hung up and hid the wires for 4 TVs, installed 3 floodlights, installed accent lights for the front of my house, added extra outlets where I needed them, put up 4 ceiling fans, 3 pendant lights, and a chandelier for my new home. He also added a surge protector to my electric panel where it protects my entire house, so no need for any surge protectors anymore. His prices are reasonable and he does great work!!! I’ll be using him for any of my electrical needs from here on out. Highly recommended!!!!!

    Downstairs AC and multiple outlets were not working going on 3 Days. Poked around myself while looking online for solutions and all signs pointed towards an electrical short. I called a handful of different electricians in the Huntersville and Cornelius area but of course none of them could help for another week or so. Energy X was the 5th electrician I called. Bryan answered on a Friday evening after work while taking his son to football practice. I explained to him the situation and he responded sincerely concerned. Told me if it was OK he would run over after practice which would’ve been around 830 or 9 o’clock at night, which I agreed to. Once arriving Bryan got right to work locating the short showing me where it was and why it cut off my downstairs AC and turned off multiple outlets. Within an hour he completed the job and charged me half of what the other electricians quoted. Talk about customer service! I highly recommend this company and will use them moving forward for all of my electrical needs. Thanks Bryan!
