Todd was able to get me in next day, and was right on time.I was able to meet him on my lunch break, and he walked me through what needed to be done. He answered all of my wife, and my questions, and was very patient. He was was done with what we needed done super fast, which was a huge relief. He will be the guy we call for any future plumbing jobs!

Todd, the owner is a consumate professional. He remedy a bathroom sink drainage issue promptly and flawlessly. His quote was free of charge, and after job was complete, he charged less than the quote.

I called because I was needing plumbing services. I spoke with Mr. Tom, he told me he was booked up till the following week. I was not able to wait that long for service. He asked me what was wrong, I explained to him my issue. He was able to guide me on how to fix my issue. He could have easily just let me wait till the follow Monday and made some money off of his services. But he chose to give me advice on how to fix the problem. I will only use Topps Plumbing for all of my future work. Any company with people that have that type of character and integrity are who I want to give all my work too. Thank you again Mr. Tom!

Needed help with a few plumbing issues I didnt have time to tackle. Service was fast and for a great price. Topp kept me informed, and the quality of his work seems excellent. Will definitely be using him again on future projects.****Edit: 2 years later, used Topp again for a different issue. Still a 5* business. Highly recommend

He scheduled us right away- even showed up BEFORE his scheduled time, was professional, detailed in his assessment, informative with the results, and quick with the repair. I only wish I could give TEN (10) stars!!! This family owned company has been taking care of all of my plumbing needs for over a decade! Todd is truly a professional! I believe the primary entity that elevates Todd over the typical residential plumber is his habit of analyzing a problem carefully, and arriving at a sound solution that is the least disruptive, destructive and costly. Hired this company to install a prv valve and expansion tank. Perform a gas leak test and make any needed repairs. There was a few hiccups with scheduling the guys to come back out but the owner came out himself and finished. Their work was honest, fair priced and ill use them again and again!
