Jesse and Kyle are absolutely fantastic.They were on time, professional, clean and well versed on all things plumbing.In the picture Jesse and Kyle are fixing the shower knob that had not worked since I moved into the house.The video is a momentous moment ! For the first time since owning the house (almost two years) the shower head sprayed water!!! Before, nothing came out because the knob was broken/stuck.The fixtures in both showers were very old, possibly the original fixtures when the house was built in the 80s.Both Jesse and Kyle, within a few minutes, were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. This was done without tearing out the wall of replacing any pipe. I was thrilled and relieved at the same time.Now, both showers are useable.In addition to fixing these very old shower knobs, they replaced the sink fixtures that had been disintegrating for years due to the hard water, and installed new toilets replacing the toilets that were also original to the house.This was done with incredible efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism.No damage was done, nothing broke, not even a scape, which was impressive considering the challenge.If you are looking for a solid plumbing company that can seemingly make the impossible, possible, these are your guys!!

I have used them several times. Our business needed a toilet replaced. They were professional and did a great job. The price was fair and Josh explained everything to us. I then used them at my home to repair my pipes for my external Polaris. Again I worked with Josh and another employee. They were both great. Fast and efficient. I was impressed. We had a broken pipe from the meter to our home that was caused by tree roots in our front yard. S & S was prompt and courteous in helping us troubleshoot and solve the problem. I had to replace my kitchen disposal but I was concerned that my pipes might be clogged. So I decided to go with a local plumber went on neighborhood app and saw some great reviews. Called in the morning and Josh was at my home by the afternoon.... Josh was awesome gave me great tips and checked if pipe was clogged luckily it wasn’t. Needless to say I had a great experience with Josh we talked about various things while he was working. He’s very personable with great customer service.

I called about 12:30 pm and immediately received great service. I was greeted with a happy voice I missed her name and neglected to ask for it at the end of the conversation. I explained my problem and when I have my home address she was confident that I could receive same-day service depending on their tech Jesses schedule and if he didnt hit any snags. If not, I was first the next day. We had a little more small talk and the call ended. AN HOUR LATER yall Jesse called saying hed be at my place in about 20minutes.Jesse was professional and quick. He looked at my sink gave me his diagnosis and fixed the sink. Badda-boom Badda-bing! I have worked with S&S plumbing since 2018 for my ground up projects such as C-Stores, Car washes and other projects such as fit out restaurants. They even stepped in for me in Del Rio when the local plumber had Covid issues. Their entire office staff is on top of their game. No waiting for their billings, responsive on all ends. In the field they are tremendous as well. When there is a warranty issue there are usually there that day or the next. I have no issues recommending S&S Plumbing for any job type. Stevens knowledge and work ethic in his field is top notch. So much so that I refer other General Contractors to them when the opportunity arrives.

Jessie came out to our house this afternoon to unclog a troublesome sink. I just wanted to tell management that he’s a real asset to your team. I have a plumbing problem here that is a design flaw from construction. As a result, I’ve had lots of plumbers out here to tackle this issue. However, I’ve never had one as technically competent and thorough as Jessie. He tackled our problem from both ends, one with a camera and one with the auger. He was meticulous and passionate about solving our problem here. He just wouldnt give up until it was resolved. I’ve never had a plumber out here that put in the effort and apply skill as he did. I was thoroughly impressed with him. He even taught my 10-year-old son some plumbing skills! Wonderful and talented man Jessie is, PLEASE give him a pay raise! We wanted to keep him around for supper.

In this case I needed help to remove and replace the bath faucet because the old one was clogged with mineral deposits that made it unusable and I was in a hurry to get the job done.S&S Plumbing was great. They charged no service fee and a fair hourly rate (which was significanly less than other plumbers; I called about 7-8) plus parts. I was very pleased. S&S has earned a top spot on my list of plumbers to call first the next time I need plumbing service.

Ive dealt with Josh through S&S 3 times as of now, 3 separate issues, old house what can ya do? Every single time hes been extremely professional and done a great job of explaining the issues and what hes doing to fix it. Most recently he fixed an issue with our walk-in shower thats been going on for probably a year or more where it would drain extremely slow; taking a 30 minute shower would basically cause the bathroom to get somewhat flooded. I kept trying everything on my own from using various tools and chemicals to remove whatever clog kept causing this. Usually these methods would resolve it enough so that it didnt flood, but still generated a decent puddle within the shower area. That lasted about a week each time. Now after having Josh take a look I am pleased to say I can take a 30 minute shower or longer without even a puddle forming. His work has always been amazing and you can tell hes dedicated to the service he provides. Definitely will be the go to guy for when plumbing issues should inevitably arise once more in this old home.

I needed a water leak repair behind a vanity sink, busted at 2am. Worked on getting the water cut off to the house with the help of city services. Joshua and Damien arrived in the afternoon and introduced themselves and started assessing the repairs needed. The vanity cold water line behind the wall had ruptured, they accessed it through a panel were a previous repair was done. They replaced the line and cut off valves, and double checked for leaks. The second part was the customer cut off valve by the water meter failed which resulted in digging out the water meter cover in the early hours of the morning. The valve will be replaced, thanks to Josh explaining the need and requirements to the owner of the property. Thank you S&S Plumbing Contractors for having a professional team, will be recommending your team for my neighbors and friends.

We purchased a home last July (2019) and recently had our septic tank pumped by Cisco Septic Service when we noticed a commode not flushing properly. Immediately after pumping, water from the leach side poured back into the freshly pumped tank for about 3 hours.A few days later we had a septic company (not naming them) run a camera into our leach lines to see if there was a problem. They got about 10 and couldnt go any further. The lines were clogged. They came back and dug two 5 holes in another area of our yard with a backhoe for an engineer to come take soil samples to see if we could create a new leach field in another area of the yard. A few days after the engineer took his soil samples, he said we needed an aerobic system due to our soil type.Since we had not tried having the lines augured, we said, What do we have to lose? Lets try doing that. We contacted S&S Plumbing at the recommendation of Cisco Septic Service (who had pumped our tank) and they sent out a young man named Josh.Josh suggested running a camera again before trying the auger. He got about 10 and hit a snag (just like the septic company in paragraph two did), but after a couple of jiggles he was able to continue feeding the camera forward. He probably pushed another 50 and began using a locator to find where the camera was underground. Turns out it was only about 5 from where he started, but 7-8 below the ground! He suggested I start digging at that point.I quickly discovered a lid to another septic tank! This tank does not show up on county records. Cisco Septic Services came out again the next morning to pump and began digging a few feet away and found another lid! So this 2nd tank is a single chamber tank with two lids. Turns out that beneath the 4th lid is a pump that has recently failed. Think about that for a moment: Had Josh from S&S Plumbing not kept trying to push his camera through, we wouldve spent around $13,000-$15,000 for a new aerobic septic system, when all we needed was a new pump. Thank you Josh.

SAVED US TWICE!!! THANK YOU S&S!! Unfortunately for us, we had 2 different outdoor pipes burst within two months of each other. LUCKILY, we found S&S! They were very prompt and sympathetic to our urgency. From Stacy at the office to Jesse who came out to the house both times were professional, honest and quite helpful. We also found them to be reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this company.

S & S was very responsive, I actually sent an email the night before and they called me before I could reach out to them. Jesse arrived on time and remembered to call ahead which was great so I could put the dog out. he analyzed the problem and was able to replace the module in minimal time and returning everything to its place.Great job, I highly recommend S & S and Jesse.
