    Imagine this: Its hurricane season and one has Beryled its way into Texas! You just realized you procrastinated and didnt have that generator plug installed on your home. Talk about a shocking oversight!! Especially when youre relying on tangled up extension cords running everywhere.But fear not, beacsue I discovered an electrifying company, Weeks Electric HVAC LLC. Jonathan, from Weeks saved the day! No waiting, no unanswered calls. He ansered the phone, understood our needs and sprang into action.Jonathan wasted no time and had a plug installed on our home the next day!! Finally, we could power up the ac and enjoy the cool breeze and no more tangled extension cords!Sure we faced a few challenges along the way. Parts were scarcer than a lightning strike, and Jonathan had to make a return trip to completely the rest of our project. But he stayed true to his word, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. His professionalism and unwavering commitment to excellence were truly appreciated.     Empathy, transparency, honesty and accessibility - if you care about these things, then I highly recommend this company. Jonathon first of all answered his phone on a weekend, and then tried to resolve my issue over the phone to save me the callout fee. He texted pictures to help with identification of the problem and solution, so he could tell me the cost of parts if it came to that. He made it seem effortless.At this point we were at the end of our rope because of Hurricane Beryl, after calling about 20 other electricians/generator techs, including 2 companies I am contracted to, no-one able to come and just see if its a quick fix/initial quick fix, which it was. I left voicemails, had to wait for callback from experts, tried online experts, called after hours numbers.Jonathon and Mathew arrived within an hour and immediately fixed what they could to restore our utilities, and safely leave us in the position for the more permanent fix of the generator. We will never be able to thank them enough for helping us during a time we felt completely abandoned. And we are moving all our generator business to them.

    Weeks Electric & HVAC installed out Generac whole home generator and we could not be more pleased with the services they provided. They even gave us a courtesy call after Hurricane Beryl to make sure our generator was working properly. Very professional company.

    Not only did my generator turn on as promised during the hurricane today , Mr Weeks called as a courtesy call this morning to check to make sure the generator was running as promised. If it wasnt , he was prepared to come and fix it. Luckily it is running just as it should be. But his courtesy call means that Weeks Electric backs up their work. I give that type of service 5 stars! Thank you Weeks Electric!

    Cant say enough good things about these guys. After 8 days solid running due to hurricane beryl my generator gave up the ghost. They were very responsive and got it back up and running in no time

    We have an older model home that had an even older model breaker box.We contacted Weeks Electric to have our electric panel, meter box, and riser updated.When Johnathan arrived, we explained our concerns about the electric and possible hazards that keep us up at night.Johnathan explained the process and what to expect while the repairs were being completed.We were overall satisfied with his knowledge and charisma, so we decided to hire him for said services.Johnathan coordinated with us, and walked us through the process of scheduling a Temporary disconnect from our electric provider, to be without power for the scheduled repairs.Ive always wanted to have an electrician I can trust for my home repairs, and now I do!Thanks Weeks Electric!

    Prompt, professional with fair and transparent pricing. Agreed to purchase a generac on Friday and they had it installed on Wednesday! They even called me during the hurricane to make sure it was working! Highly recommended!
