I’ve been calling Bales for years, and I don’t call anyone else. The owner, Lorne is a no nonsense, get the job done guy. Never pushes unnecessary complications or extras. Lorne and several of his guys have worked on projects at my house over the years. All of the guys have been great. This week Cole did a great job installing a generator interlock at my house. He went the extra mile to leave me with the best and most circuits for backup power. Just had Bales do a second project for our home. Great service, great guys who came out to install the electric line out to our garden fountain! Cole and Jack showed up on time, did a great installation, and cleaned up everything, including even rolling up the long extension cord! Will use them again if I need to!

Katie was a pleasure to deal with and Ben and the other gentleman ( sorry forgot his name but should be mentioned too) were awesome. Bales Electric is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Katie is always so helpful on the phone, and all the work that we have had done was perfect. The first call was for two sump pumps that were connected to an outdoor plug. The plug had been installed by another electrician and the pumps kept tripping the GFCI during storms. The owner, Lorne, figured out the issue so quickly and fixed it. We have never had the same problem. Lorne also suggested different LED bulbs for an outdoor fixture that was having trouble, and it has never had a problem since. The next calls involved Bales really great technicians, Ben and Corben, who installed several dimmer switches and plugs, as well as an undercabinet light in a location that seemed to be impossible - but they made it possible. It provided much needed light to a part of the countertop where we fold clothes. Later, Ben and Corben installed two coach lights on either side of our garage and did an excellent job. The last time that we had an issue was when the oven blew a circuit breaker. Again, Ben and Corben replaced the breaker and we have not had any more issues. When we get a new chandelier for our dining room, the only people we will call will be Bales Electric. I highly recommend them.

Bales is such a great company - from the first contact over the phone with Katie through the excellent work Ben did. Ben called an hour ahead, was right on time and did great clean work. We are doing some remodeling and he thought ahead and was very careful to make the future sheetrock work easier as he made the electrical changes. We will definitely use them again!

Very pleased with Bales Electric. Came out to set-up my generator connection to the house and did a great job. Great communication prior to the job and also took the time to explain the process once he had completed the job. Highly recommend them for all electrical work.

They offered best value for service and used top of line parts. Replaced and upgraded my breaker panel, installed whole house surge protector, and replaced 2 3-way switches in my house. Was quoted 3 hours and the tasks were finished in 2.5 hours.Only things that would have made it 5 stars is if the electrician arrived on time (understand he got delayed at previous job) and if he would have helped me label the breaker panel.FYI, they are so busy with jobs they book out a few weeks.

Your entire team did a fabulous job on our project. Mike and Austin were terrific and Mike managed to put up with all of my “engineer“ questions throughout the process. I learned a lot about wiring as a result - greatly appreciated. And the digging crew managed to get the trench dug without any problems with breaking lines or wires or anything.Mr. Bale was a great patriarch and cheerleader, managing the entire process. I highly recommend Bales electric for any job folks might have in mind.Well done. Very happy with the results...

Ive constantly seen rave reviews in our local Facebook Group from previous customers so when the time was right and I needed an electrical repair to be done rather quickly they showed up within 5 hours of me calling. Responsive, friendly, professional and they didnt charge an arm and a leg. Honestly, cannot recommend enough if you need an electrician!

Exceptional service! Company owner Larry himself came over to deliver the right parts. Very professionally upgraded main breaker and cables. Restored house power. Inspected everything to make sure it works and every circuit breaker gets the right voltage . And they were very reasonable given that it was on Saturday evening!!! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Bales electric! We had them come troubleshoot a bathroom exhaust issue and look into another issue. They were honest, fair and very knowledgeable, letting us know that something we thought was going to be a costly repair was actually not a problem at all. Clearly a master at their trade, would trust them with any electrical issues in the future. In a time when customer service can be really disappointing at best, Bales offered excellent customer service from scheduling to payment and we would highly recommend them!

We just moved to our new house and needed ceiling pendants and fans replaced, additional receptacles/dimmer switches/outdoor timers installed, as well as some additional recessed lights. Larry visited to walk the job down and provided a detailed and very reasonable cost proposal. Ben and his apprentice Corbin were the electricians who performed the work… on time, professional, highly skilled with a clean install… nothing short of impressive!
