    The worst part about hiring contractors is wondering if youll ever get someone to return a call, provide an estimate, or show up to do the work. That is not a concern with Joe. He showed up on the same day I called to provide an estimate and had my water well wired up a few days later. Very fast and professional, and in general a good guy.

    If there was a more honest electrician than Joe I would be shocked. I called about a problem and he told me a few things I could do to save money on a service call and it worked. Any body else would have showed up just for the service fee. Definitely call Joe again.

    I called about an electrical issue. Lucky for me Joe was in between things and came right over. Very professional and responsive. He solved my issue very quickly. I will be using 3:16 Electrical again. In fact I referred him to my neighbors.

    Called Joe on New Years Day (observed) and he was at our house within the hour. He gave us multiple options to fix our issue and when one didnt work, he was quick to offer a new plan. He was able to quickly fix the problem at a very affordable price. We will be using him for any and all electrical issues in the future!
