Let me start out by saying, I do not write reviews! That being said, these three young men are exceptional. Shawn, Daniel and Jose work like a fine tuned engine. they finished my patio a lot faster then I thought possible and did an extremely great job. In this day and age it is nice to find people who take pride in what they do!!! My patio looks great and I am very happy! If you have a project that needs done , I dont think you can go wrong hiring Cardinal Contracting and Renovations! Thanks RU

I was referred to Cardinal Contracting by Beyond Deck’s owner Frank. After getting my deck redone I asked who could tackle a project inside our home that quite frankly, would put in the quality craftsmanship that I required. Frank didn’t hesitate recommending Shawn and his crew. Shawn came out and spent at least an hour brainstorming a solution to a problem we’ve had since purchasing our home. We had an inaccessible landing on our second floor (so weird). Shawn came up with three solutions to access this rather large space. Once they start a project (Shawn, Danny and Jose), they don’t move on to another until the job is completed and you are 100% satisfied. I’ve been too wordy so let me just say Cardinal exceeded our expectations. The work they did honestly looks like the house was built like this. Hopefully the pics can do a better job than my words but don’t hesitate to hire them. If they can’t get to you immediately, it’s worth getting on their schedule and waiting.

Shawn, Daniel, and Jose did an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and did quality work. Very detailed and cleaned up each time they finished for the day. Communication was top notch. I would highly recommend Cardinal for any of your remodeling projects. I will definitely use them for any future products.

Shawn and his crew are the absolute best. I am very overdue posting this review, but they completely renovated my master bathroom. The process from beginning to end was great. Shawn has great communication and follow through. He and his team are about business and hardwork and work on a schedule. He does not jump from job to job so projects are completed on-time. His work and his teams work is stellar and I appreciate their workmanship and the pride they take in their work. His willingness to pick up materials is great and we appreciated that. They always wanted us to be happy even when that meant showing us things in different ways or positions so we could make a decision. I also really appreciated them also asking for our opinions on things instead of making the decision themselves afterall we are the ones that have to live with the finished product. Another thing I appreciated very much was that even though this remodel happened during some of the tough months of covid... I never once had to ask them to put on their masks. They were always very respectful of me and my home in that aspect. I can not say enough things about Shawn and his team. I cant wait to use Cardinal again for my future projects.

I had Shawn redo my bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. I also had the floor in the vanity replaced as well. I wish I had taken pictures of the before, but the after is fabulous. I was in the know the whole time and he had said it would be done in 5 days and amazingly enough it was done in 5 days. I would recommend Shawn and Cardinal Contracting to everyone. They are a great bunch of guys and very professional.

Update- Bathroom Remodel: Our first experience with Cardinal on our kitchen remodel was so positive we had them come back out and remodel our master bathroom. Once again, they didnt disappoint. They did an incredible job on the bathroom. It looks better than we could have imagined. The guys at Cardinal continue to be easy to work with and talented at what they do. They even made a custom-made cabinet for laundry baskets and other storage. I am unsure what our next project around the house will be, but I know my first call will be to Cardinal. I would highly recommend them.Kitchen Remodel: Cardinal was great to work with. Always on time. Cleaned up workspace well everyday. Friendly and appropriate conversation while on the worksite. Made adjustments to the job plan easily. Started the projects a few weeks early and finished project in a timely manner. Communicated well. Plan to use them again for our master bathroom remodel.

Researched 1/2 a dozen contractors to finish my basement. I picked Cardinal CR because of the ideas offered prior to commitment. It made me feel like they were going to treat the project like it was their own basement and I was 100% correct. They are doing a FANTASTIC job and my family and I are so impressed we keep adding projects onto their plate. I cannot recommend Cardinal CR enough. They are 5 STARS PLUS!!!Brought them back to add 2 rooms in our attic. Once again they exceeded expectations! Great team!

This is the second time we’ve used Shawn and team for home remodeling. This time they gutted both bathrooms and remodeled them with new floor and wall tile, a new shower and bath remodel, and lighting. They also redid our interior stairs, replacing the boards and staining them. They also added a larger water heater and ran the plumbing to put it in a different location in the home. To finish the project, they also updated all the molding throughout our upstairs hallway and bedrooms.Were thrilled to have them work on our home as they always do an incredible job.
