I am big on first impressions and was hesitant to have Air One A/C come back to my home; however, Im very happy that I did. Immanuel, the technician, came to replace the copper line insulation that, due to wear and tear, had left my copper line exposed. He did this free of charge and gave me peace of mind knowing that my copper line would be protected for many years to come. Air One A/C went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their work, and what I truly appreciated was the fact that they were very receptive of my feedback and used it as a learning experience. Should I have any future needs, I now feel that I can trust them with my home, which is really important for me.---------------------(7/31/2024) The tech, Ruben, that came out to work on my AC unit was nice, but he was quick to tell me that the reason why my unit was not working was because the capacitor was low on charge. He was also quick to tell me that he had that part in his truck and could switch it out. When he switched it out, it didn’t fix the issue, and he said that sometimes there’s a 5 minute delay. Twenty minutes later, the ac unit was still not turning on. He continued to run “diagnostics” and ended up going to look at my furnace. Almost an hour later, he finally decided to open the ac unit to look at the coils from the inside and asked if I wanted it cleaned. Later I would find out that just for him using MY water hose and water supply to remove the dirt from the coils would cost $189 should I not decide to join their VIP membership. Once open, he realized that the issue was that somehow high pressure had tripped the switch found inside the ac unit and for switching it back on, which is considered a Level 1 Service, would cost $142. I told him to put back the old capacitor since that was not the issue and also was going to cost $475, when you can buy it online for $99! It seemed very shady that he was so quick to say it was the capacitor. I ended up paying $391 and that’s only after I asked that he call someone to see if the service fee of $99 would be waived. Most companies automatically apply the service fee cost if work is done, but apparently, this company operates differently unless you are referred by someone, which was my case. I signed up for their VIP membership, but only because it would have been more expensive if I didn’t. I also noticed that the insulation was left ripped open (picture shared) off the line set and the copper is exposed. The tech didn’t bother to try to mention that before he left or try to fix it or tell me to fix it if it’s not something the company does.

I had a great experience with Air-One. They came to assess my tankless water heater issues and were able to replace everything in a timely manner, even though it was around the holidays. They were thorough and checked not only the issue at hand but also assess the situation as a whole. Both Jose and Steven were informative and gave me options. They were on time and efficient and were able to troubleshoot issues that arose from the previous install.

We had them come out for a bid & the technician who came out noticed wire damage on the electrical in the attic, rather than just giving us a quote he suggested that we get it repaired before blowing insulation over the exposed wires, we had 3 others go up there & Air One was the only one that pointed it out. Our sink got clogged and we called Air 1. They came within the time frame they said they would and were very professional. Totally totally awesome experience. Not pushy whatsoever, we knew we were going to have issues because our air conditioning is over 20 years. We were also giving different breakdowns that would fit our budget along with letting us know what issues needed to be addressed and what could be held off. They are extremely thorough in diagnostic and cleaned up once they were finished. Richard and another young man were so respectful. My husband and I would highly recommend Air One.

Initially, we were looking for a company who installed air scrubbers as we wanted to improve the air quality in our home. We did get consult from a couple of companies but we went with Air One because Richard gave the most thorough and helpful feedback and suggestions. Immediately, trust was established. He discussed the pros and cons of an air scrubber and plasma air. We went with the latter based on Richards recommendation. Communication with Air One was exceptional. There were frequent updates via email, text, and phone call. When Richard came to install, he did a really great job. He ensured the space was tidied up and neat before leaving. We would recommend Air One to anyone!Ps. We worked with another Air company prior and absolutely love them but they did not offer service for air scrubbers. After meeting Richard and having such a good experience, we feel comfortable in switching over.

Back to Back!!! Unbelievable service this company is my go to for AC service and repair. I have 2 houses 1 in Ontario and 1 in Chino, yesterday Tuesday my home in Ontario had to have service done asap since I use that house for short term rentals and my guests informed me that the AC was not cooling. They came through with a quickness and resolved the issue and had my guests feeling nice and comfortable.Well my AC at my house in Chino oddly enough was not cooling. I called them today Wednesday at 10am by 11am Ricky M was at my home checking the AC. He determined it was the thermostat. Update 01/22/24, Still with Air One, still feel their Service model is unmatched. Techs always take the time to explain the service. I use to work with industrial refrigeration units so Im familiar with how HVAC works. Never felt that I was being misled. The couple of minor issues they observed were inline with what I know about A/C systems. I trust them enough that I purchased two years of their service contract.First time with AirOne, use to go with a big hvac company in redlands, but i feel that company got too large and impersonal. Jacob the service tech that arrived on time took the time to explain what services he was going to perform. He offered a bit of advice to place a small rug or mat in front of the AC intake to help catch some of the material being drawn from the floor from accumulating on the filter.

I have used Air One Air Conditioning & Heating several times in three homes. They are prompt and extremely honest. We had a new heating unit that was installed by another and it would just turn off. They went through the unit and called the manufacturer and discovered that the installer set the unit up incorectly. They made a few changes according to the specs and our unit is working perfect. We had one unit that stopped and they discovered it was under warranty so there was no charge. I highly recommend them, for their honesty and great work. We also use them at our business. Despite it being one of the hottest weekends of the summer, we were told a technician would be out the same day between 1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m. Just after 12:30 p.m., Ricky pulled up. He diagnosed the problem right away, had the part to fix the problem in his truck and even gave us helpful suggestions on how to position our vents so we got the maximum benefit from running the unit. We were thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Air One - courtesy and professional staff, prompt service and our problem was solved!
