I had a leak in my ceiling and my regular plumber was unavailable for an emergency so I searched online for local company with good reviews. I am so happy to have found 5 Star Plumbing!! They were extremely nice over the phone and was able to send Christian out within 30 minutes of my call. Christian was also very nice, and knowledgeable. He explained what he found, took pictures to show me what was happening in the attic, and was able to repair everything in that visit. He also assessed other issues that could be a potential cause for the recurring issue I was having. Then he repaired everything without any drywall damage!!! The last time this happened I had to find someone to repair a large section of drywall in my ceiling. Christian gave me a great price so I was able to have him take care of a couple of other issues that I needed repaired. I’ve found a new company for all of my future plumbing needs. 5 Star is awesome! Calling them was the best choice. I made a few calls around and 5 Star was very cordial and friendly (receptionist). Their tech called shortly after to do a quick over the phone assessment and was on his way to evaluate the problem with our plumbing. Gentleman was very professional, he checked eveydinthing he could to properly diagnose the situation and kept me well informed of what was the issue and what he was required to do. Once he finished his work, he verified his work, everything worked well and even better than when I moved in. I would definitely recommend 5 Star and call them again if I ever needed help again.

If you need a plumber who is honest and will do the job correct at great price then use 5 Star Plumbing. Our house flooded because of a soft clog. The main line needed a new T. Concert needed to be removed and three feet of dirt before they could get to the problem. The job was not too big and their crew easily handled it very professional.. they have a customer for life!

He was very profesional but he didnt perform a free consult, instead, he verbally told us what he though the problem was, so we accepted to do the job but the problem was still there, the garbage disposal still leaking ! We paid $99.00 it was too much for the job he performed!we are a senior plus, the issue was not resolved,this service it shouldve be free or at least $25.00 so we are very disappointed!

Awesome. Just Awesome. Came in to my home very respectful and clean. My son threw a poo-pourri cap down the drain and he cleared the drain and cleaned up his space. Offered his maintenance plan without seeming like he was pushing it on me. Will definitely call 5 star for all my plumbing needs. Will also be purchasing the maintenance plan next year when my home warranty ends for my new home!!!
