I worked with White Rhino as a vendor on behalf of Lowes to install a whole house Generac generator that I bought through Lowes. White Rhino was an excellent communicator throughout, they showed up on time, they did the work they said they would do, and they were pleasant to deal with. When the county inspector had some minutia they wanted them to clean up after the work was done, White Rhino came right back immediately and made the adjustments for free. Highly recommended for a generator install.

I could not afford for my hard-earned money to be squandered on a partially-proficient business… so I really scoured the region for a top-notch HVAC company. After going through the bidding process with several companies I ultimately chose White Rhino.The technology for on-the-spot bidding was a plus to their competitive pricing. Communication was patient & thorough and the demeanor of the crew was professional, neat, and friendly. I can only imagine that any future follow-up services will meet or exceed those standards. 5/5 definitely recommend.

We wanted three estimates and Ryan was co prompt yo call and then provide an on site visit. He followed up with a written estimate that was the most comprehensive and detailed out of three.Upon selecting White Rhino Electric my generator was ordered and an installation date was established. Prior to arrival I received a text with the picture of my technician and a reminder of date and time. Austin arrived with another tech also named Austin promptly. They were both courteous and extremely professional throughout the installation process. They left the work area as nice as it was before they came. I highly recommend White Rhino Electric and plan to use them for future jobs! None better than this team in my 16 years living in COS and Monument!

Ryan O. Gave me a quote that was thorough and comprehensive. He quickly assessed my needs for how I wanted a whole home generator to work. Even better, he stuck to his estimate. The gentlemen who installed the generator were expedient, personable, trustworthy, helpful and displayed good judgement. They tested the generator twice prior to leaving and got the generator registered. Everything with this installation was so smooth and easy. This is the 2nd time I have used White Rhino and am again very greatful. Robert and his apprentice were very professional. Robert found the problem with my kitchen outlets and showed me a burnt outlet that controls 2 others that most likely could have caused a house fire. They also checked out 2 other gfi outlets that were controlling other parts of the house that I was unaware of. We purchased a couple ceiling fans from Home Depot. We’re new to the area so we asked them to have 3 Pro’s contact us to provide bids. White Rhino Electric actually called us, which we appreciated. Brian came out to see what needed to be done (he was professional, knowledgeable and great). He also made another suggestion which we agreed was needed. We scheduled an appointment to have the work done, which was in a week. Rudy came out to do the work. He was awesome—professional, highly skilled, meticulous, and very nice. He did outstanding work and cleaned up when he was finished. It was a pleasure doing business with White Rhino Electric and we will definitely call them for all our electrical needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Rudy and White Rhino Electric.

If I could give White Rhino Electric more than 5 stars, I would! This team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled! After having work done to our building, we started experiencing intermittent electrical issues. We called the contractors back out, including an electrician, and none of them could find the issue or offer any solutions. As the problem worsened, we called White Rhino on a recommendation from a co-worker. Boy were they right. Tavis came out right away, and was able to witness the intermittent effects, get the building safe until a further diagnosis could be done. Rudy and Mike came out soon there after, already knowing what Tavis had learned, so I did not have to go through it again with them. They quickly found the cause of all our problems, and fixed it! They even offered to put in a few of the bulbs that had burnt out in that area of the building. I am so happy with their kind, quick, and professional approach. Our issue could have gotten a lot worse, but they took care of it, so we can rest assured we are safe! Thanks White Rhino Electric, Tavis, Rudy and Mike. You all are the best!!

Service was great, showed up on-time and fixed the intial issue fast. Battery which has been an issue since install was also replaced hopefully it wont die again. It hasnt.1/12/23 - First Power outage since we had Generator installed. the generator started right up, however something failed in the transfer switch. Contacted white rhino and left a message, Ryan contacted us about twenty minutes later and had me check some things. He scheduled a service person for the next morning. The repair guy arrived on time and after a little work needed to get get replacement parts. Got the system running like it is supposed to and we were good to go. After everything done we noticed that the nest thermostat was not running. A quick internet search said we need to make sure it was charged, since it didnt seem to want to charge up by being connected. we set it up charge via USB cable. Once Charged it was displaying the same error as before we reset things. Repairman came out on the 13th and ended up replacing the thermostat.11/19/24 After having the Solar System shut down and removed and replaced for the roof to be replaced the battery died on the generator. Dont know why but I assume the solar guys did something when they disconnected stuff. I didnt check to see if everything was correct (lesson learned to always test the system when stuff is being worked on) anyways we had the annual service done. The tech arrived on time and this was a short notice service call... all is good. Highly recommend White Rhino for your electrical needs ( especially the Generac Generators ) they are great people to work with.

Tho we had a minor hiccup after the install of our generator, (it had nothing to do with the generator) the White Rhino team were awesome from beginning to end. They troubleshot to find out why it wasnt working and got it working fine.Theyre also looking at another problem in our house with a roof heater the melt some of the ice dams on our roof, and they are currently troubleshooting that.
