    We absolutely love going through Front Range Electric! Peter is wonderful and gives honest pricing. Bob C. Came out this morning and helped install an outlet outside and helped with placing it in a good spot. Excellent customer service and Bob was so nice and helpful.     Front Range does a great job. This is the second job they have done for me. The did all the electrical for my kitchen and living room remodel. Today Bob came out and finished up by adding some electrical boxes and connected my gas fireplace! Yeah Bob! He was very polite and nice to work with. I would definitely have him come back to do more work.

    INCREDIBLE! AMAZING! When do we ever get the opportunity to write something that strong about an electrician service? Front range was truly unbelievable. First of all, they answered their phone! Second of all, they were able to get out to me the very same day, and it wasnt even an emergency. Thirdly, Tim, the journeyman electrician, was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem in seven minutes! Their site service fee was a little high, but absolutely well worth it. These guys are my electricians for life.

    Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an outstanding experience with Front Range Electric! They installed a new electrical panel on the outside of my house and re-wired the inside panel. From the moment I contacted them, their team was polite, professional, and responded quickly to my request.They arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and did an incredible job. All the work was permitted by the city, and they made sure everything was up to code and functioning perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable for the high-quality work they provided.One thing I really appreciated was that they took great care to leave my siding intact during the installation, which I was really worried about. They were also respectful of my home, ensuring the work area was clean and tidy.I would 100% use Front Range Electric again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend them to others.     August 2024. Tim did a great job of installing a whole house surge protector. The surge protector is important during the summer months with surges from power stations and utilities. Its really Cheap insurance protecting your electronics. Tim was very professional and moved some breakers to ensure everything was integrated. Also last week, Matt did a great job of replacing and installing a new Kitchen flush mounted LED light. He also installed a new switch with a dimmer. Matt did an awesome job!Cant say enough good things about Front Range Electric. Professional, competent with fair pricing (note: they do add a surcharge for credit card orders to compensate for the rate that VISA charges small businesses). High recommend A++.

    I had a potential electrical issue after a motion security had been incompletely installed and not sealed before this impending upcoming rain/snowstorm. Another electrician I called couldn’t come for several days, so frantically I called Front Range Electric. Owner Peter answered and assured it would be taken care of today (24 hours before storm arrives). Glen gave a courtesy call before arriving and Immediately assessed the issue. The motion light had been connected improperly. He rearranged the wires correctly and efficiently reattached the lights and applied sealant so the rain/snow wouldn’t cause damage. Cost was reasonable and well deserved, and I was GRATEFUL for Peter and for Glen! I am now a customer for life! As a retired teacher, I assessed performance for 16 years. Front Range deserves an A+ for responsiveness, reasonable cost, polite, respectful, going above and beyond, and sending a skilled electrician! AWESOME! Thank you!

    Finding awesome services are difficult but I knew when I got a call from Peter this would work out. Matt came out and installed our 220V and an entryway light in no time and their price was super reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great service!!

    Our dryer stopped working, completely dead. 12 years old not unexpected so off I go to buy a new washer and dryer. They delivered and the new dryer is completely dead. Must be electrical. Husband pulls out his trusty voltmeter and cant find anything wrong anywhere. So I call Front Range and Peter comes out the same day. My house was built in 2003. I bought it in 2008. Peter discovers the ground wire in the breaker box has NEVER been connected. Its burnt. We are lucky the house didnt burn down. Peter fixed it right up and made sure the dryer worked before he left.Do I really need to say I recommend this business? I very much do.Not because Im excited to be doing laundry again. Never ending cycle of torment.Thank you Peter!

    I had an electrical issue and my new tenant had already been inconvenienced for a couple of days, so I asked my neighbor for her electrician’s number after we couldn’t get the problem resolved.     I called and talked to Tim about an issue that I was having with my doorbell. Tim diagnosed the problem over the phone, told me exactly what it would cost including parts. I asked when he might be working in Monument to set an appointment and he told me he was in Monument and was finishing up another job. He offered to pick up the parts and come to the house that afternoon!He was at my house one hour later and had the problem fixed in less than an hour.     Late in the afternoon on a Friday our bedroom lights went out in the basement. This is where our internet comes into the house and is also my office, so getting this fixed quickly was important. After calling another place that could not send someone out until Monday, we called Front Range. They were able to send someone out that night! Leo showed up and saved the day even though he was done for the week. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and fixed it with an improvement. Peter listened to my needs with regards to installing wall outlets for my desire to have my TV installed over the fireplace and recommended a spot on recommendation.     I was having trouble getting my hot tub started, It was getting electricity but the jets wouldnt start. I called Front Range Electric at about 8:30 am. Peter Bukhalo answered and asked me my address. He said he as in the area and a one stop before me. He was at my house by 9:20, diagnosed the problem within minutes. I needed a new part for my electical connection, found a vendor, drove across town to get it and returned to my house. He had the problem fixed by 11:15. Amazing and super happy with his knowledge and attention to detail. He will be my go to guy!

    Peter and Matt with Front Range Electric were incredible. We lost electricity to half of our kitchen and dining room and had a local electrician come out 3 times to try to repair it. They wrongly diagnosed it as being caused by our radon system. The radon company came out and disagreed and we were stuck in the middle. On one visit, Peter figured out what the issue was and restored power to our home. Matt installed a surge protector and removed old wiring that wasn’t up to code. Front Range Electric is honest, fast, and reliable. I highly recommend them for home electrician services!

    Wow! What a fantastic company/contractor to work with! I needed some electrical repairs found in a home inspection. Called and spoke with Peter who accommodated an expedited service call…after a holiday! Incredible flexibility!Then, Matt showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointment time (huge, huge bonus points!) and was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions in an easy, understandable way. He advised me upfront of the additional costs associated when additional work was discovered. Overall pricing was fair and straight forward.I couldn’t be more happy that the other contractor I called first never answered or returned my calls.     I wanted two outlets added to a wall. I got quotes from other electricians for around the same price, but the other guys said they would need to cut the floor and would probably damage the drywall. Im SO happy I went with Front Range Electric. They did not need to cut my floor and they didnt damage any drywall. They routed wires from my utility room and completed the job with even better results than I had hoped for.

    Had issues with multiple AFCI breakers tripping at once. Called on a Tuesday and Peter was out the next day to replace 11 AFCI breakers. He also installed a surge protector on the panel. He also replaced two faulty light switches while he was onsite. All in all a great experience. Definitely have found our new electric company.

    We employed Front Range Electric after considering other bids to install and secure 9 ceiling LED lights in place of older fluorescents, swap out two older LED ceiling fixtures in our basement workroom for new LEDs, and install a new 20-inch LED fixture over an unwired basement office space.Matt G, and Andriy G. completed this work with professional, friendly service. As lead tech, Matt is an excellent representative of Front Range: knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. He walked through the job with me, absorbed several special requests, and smoothly accommodated all of our requirements. The team carefully avoided ducting above our basement installation site, wired the light with minimum cutting into the ceiling, and left everything neat and clean.Although Front Ranges bid was a bit higher than I expected, the quality of their work made hiring them entirely worthwhile.     From Peter, the estimator, to the guys who did the hands-on work (Matt, Artem, Leo, Sergei) for our power and lighting upgrades, every person we interacted with at Front Range Electric was polite, professional, and really thought everything through to come up with the best way to accomplish what we wanted, even though we are not very good at visualizing or describing what we want. Peter and Matt were very patient about walking us through the decisions.Their work with CSU and the inspector was seamless (and both of those guys commented on how reliable Front Range is).I have observed that people who whistle, sing, or josh each other a bit while they work are happy or at least content to be doing what theyre doing, and that means better quality work is getting done.... These guys all get along well and clearly have respect for each other. So we appreciated all of that too.     We had a weird situation where suddenly just a handful of outlets and lights wouldnt work. My husband and I had recently replaced an exhaust fan ourselves, so we pulled that back out to check, but all was well there. First he gave me a suggestion to try over the phone in case he could help me avoid the service charge. That didnt workHe was able to make a quick appointment just a handful of days later! He was here on time, communicative, asked me a lot of questions to try to pin down what the problem was, tried a couple things out, and then got the power restored!He was a great troubleshooter and figured out that something was going on in the electrical panel itself.     Changing over from electric to a gas stove required that I have a new 110 outlet behind the stove, and Front Range Electric was recommended to me by the plumber who is installing the gas line for the new stove. Greg, the technician, arrived promptly as scheduled and did the work quickly. He explained everything that was required before beginning, which was very good since he had to cut into the drywall. Front Range does not do drywall repair, but Greg kept the hole as small as possible and put everything back as well as he could. It really wont be a problem at all to fix. I was pleased with his professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Front Range.

    I would give him 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I have a list of electrical work to do in my home. Peter gave me a quote for all the work as separate projects. He was easy to schedule with. The first job he did was disconnect a shed with power (because the shed is being moved). The outlet next to the shed on the back of the house, I still wanted it to be a live outlet. There were 2 boxes which could of been the live outlet, a blank one and one that the shed was connected to. I didnt know which one to use, so Peter suggested we use the one box for the live outlet and remove the outlet where the shed was connected to altogether because it had the piping attached to it and would look ugly on the wall with the other box there as well. I took his suggestion and when I saw the result was so glad I went with his suggestion where I did not know better. He was completely right. He put a gorgeous outlet in that has a plastic door over it that pops out. He also made me pop it out to make sure I knew how to do it. He was easy to work with, great communication and highly skilled! I have more projects that he will be doing and Im so glad to have him on board! Someone I can completely trust, not only to do a great job, but to make suggestions of what to do where I dont know any different! Thank you Peter for being so great!!!

Not only did he figure out the problem and fix it, he found another group of wires that were not contained in a box. He gathered those up and made them safe.     Front Range Electric consistently provides great service. My house is years 28 years old and the electrical switches and outlets have begun to show age. I needed to change time they arrived, they were flexible and met my new schedule.Leo was our electrician and I am thrilled to have power back. Leo was prompt for our appointment. He listened eagerly and politely to my explanation of events leading up to the selective power loss.He then explained what could be the problem and what order he would address each possiblity.     Sergii and David showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment—a rare and good thing when hiring home contractors. They made sure we agreed on all the work to be done, and did a walk-through. They installed A/C power to a new condenser unit, and replaced a 220VAC GFCI breaker box outside. They also repaired previously unseen issues with wiring conduit and our house’s main breaker box . They were fast and polite, and though I wouldn’t know how long that job normally should take, it seemed like they were in and out in a jiffy without appearing rushed.     Sergii and David installed electrical wiring for a light and ceiling fan in my daughters room, which was built with no overhead light. They also included a dimmer switch for the light and a separate switch for the fan at a great price. They were efficient, personable, and cleaned up completely after themselves. The ceiling fan works and looks great. Additionally, we got a few estimates from other well-rated companies around Colorado Springs, and these guys gave us the best price by a couple hundred dollars! This is the second time weve used this company for electrical work in our home, and we will likely use them again.

    Called Front Range Electric on a quick emergency status with spark noise coming from the breaker box after it tripped. Very nice people to work with and extremely prompt. Within an hour of me calling them( with no appointment) they had changed the breaker that had gone bad causing the wiring to spark. Pricing is extremely affordable as well. I will definitely use them again.

    Front Range Electric installed a switch and a new GFCI outlet as part of the work to install a new gas furnace and humidifier we bought from Transform/Sears Home Services.     Correction to the review posted on August 25,2016. Received a call from Front range Electric this morning about bad review I gave for the job the company did on the 25th. The job consisted of 2 garage lights and ceiling fan price quoted was 250.00. Garage lights installed but fan could not be installed. The disagreement was over 200.00 charge. Front Range called and apoligized for the misunderstanding and I would not be charged anything for the job. I wanted to pay for the lights and offered 125.00 but they would not accept. I thank Front Range for the call and their gracious offer. Front Range is a great company as I thought before this happened. I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs. Donald R. Evans
