    The Electric Way was professional and prompt. The estimating process is smooth and accurate, and my installer was polite and put up with a bunch of questions I had. They aren’t going to be the least expensive option, but I didn’t want anyone cutting corners when installing a subpanel and EV charger. That being said, the price was fair, and I was happy with the results!

Travis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did such a great job and answered all questions we had. He also was very sweet to my dogs when they came out to say hi :).

    Fantastic experience with this company. I needed a microwave/oven combo removed in my kitchen and a new outlet installed. They came and gave a free estimate and their price was 60% of the other estimate I got. After they got started with the work, there was an unexpected decision point for me...the microwave and the oven could actually come apart so maybe I could just buy a new microwave? They stopped the work for that day so that I could figure out what I wanted to do and then continued another day once I had figured that out without charging me extra for doing this. This was really helpful to me and very thoughtful from them. And the work they did was very professional.

    Very professional and friendly! Even from the first phone call, they were dedicated to helping me install an new outlet for my EV. I had lots of concerns about my house being too old, and not having any space in my fuse box to install another fuse for it. They sent Vincent out who walked me through all of my options and how much they would cost. We chose an option that fit my needs and then Evan came out, as he was one of their best metal conduit benders! He ran a perfect length of conduit and wired in a NEMA 14-50 plug for me. He even made a mistake by running the wrong wire, but he pointed it out, then took the time to make it right, instead of covering it up, which I greatly appreciated.Could not be more satisfied! As Evan said to me, “It’s the electric way”. Thank you!

    Out with the old fan, in with the new.Marissa & Donald came to my house early 👍🏽. Moved furniture for me, hefted in a really, really tall ladder (my ceilings over 16), put my fan together and cleaned up when they were done! They even discarded the box the new fan was in!!     The communication and professionalism from start to finish was above and beyond our expectations. We had multiple contractors working on our basement so scheduling and timing of work could have been an issue.     Very happy with the service of this company and their electrician Travis. Communication was excellent, the staff are professional and friendly, and Travis was efficient and thorough. He arrived punctually to provide an estimate, but because I had all the materials and the request could have been fulfilled within the time allotted, he took care of the job immediately. I also love the fact that they train/employ high school students to handle the front desk and give them office work experience early on. All around an excellent company!

David and his crew provided an honest cost estimate, and when the project needed changed due to unforeseen circumstances, we all met on site and came up with a plan to move forward for a very reasonable cost.     Who can afford to be surprised by an expensive repair bill? I sure cant. But the electricians at The Electric Way provide FREE ESTIMATES, so youre never in the dark about what its going to cost. They came out this morning right on time and fixed my issue within a few minutes (they found a hidden GFCI breaker in the garage that had tripped). They wouldnt charge me (!) so I had to tip them. How rare is that these days? Thats why I can highly recommend The Electric Way and will call them again if I ever have future electrical issues.

    Jason, Evan, and Carlos went above and beyond for an all-day project at our home. They installed several new light fixtures and established new wiring for additional outlets in our home. Due to the anatomy of our attic, the new wiring project caused some challenges. But they made everything work perfectly, had a great attitude, and were the picture of professionalism. They also did a great job cleaning up after their work in each room. We will absolutely hire them for future electrical projects. We highly recommend this competent team!

    Ive used The Electric Way several times, and every time Ive been completely satisfied. Theyre friendly, responsive, and professional. Im able to set an appointment time, and I get a heads up when the engineer is on the way. I got a call from Evan that he was going to be 5 minutes late. When does that happen these days??     I had some issues with my outlets in my kitchen not working. They sent out Vincent to troubleshoot it. Spent about 30-45 minutes trying to find the cause but unfortunately couldnt determine why my GFIs were tripping. Turned my breaker back on and wired up the GFIs and they started working. He cleaned everything up and told me he wouldnt charge me since he couldnt determine the cause of the tripping. Very professional and on time. Would definitely give them a call again. They earned my business in the future.

    This is the second time Ive used The Electric Way and their work was excellent both times! They gave a free estimate, and the price was very reasonable. They showed up on time and completed the work within the estimated time both times. I also really like that the invoice is sent separately after the work is complete, so that Im not having to give my credit card info to the technician or call and do it over the phone. It feels more secure this way and makes the technicians time more efficient. A win all around!

    Wes came and installed a fan/light in our dining room. There was no existing light fixture there and the ceiling was sloped with no attic access. He did a fantastic, fast, efficient and clean job!! There was minimal drywall cutting needed because he was able to fish the wire through without cutting multiple holes.He meticulously cleaned up after the job. He was very friendly and courteous.     After getting an outrageous quote from another company, we reached out to The Electric Way for help with our small project. They were able to get out within just a few days to give us an estimate that was much lower than that of the other company. Once we accepted the estimate, they got us on the schedule within a week. The electrician was on time and did quality work very quickly so that our final bill was even less than the estimate! In the end, we paid (and Im not kidding) one fifth of what the other company would have charged, and the end result was just what we needed. The Electric Way has great staff and gets the work done well, quickly, and at an affordable price. We strongly recommend them!

    We had two digital timers installed to control our outdoor lights. (One of the existing mechanical timers had failed.) The electrician, Wesley, arrived on time, was very personable, and explained the installation process thoroughly. I am completely satisfied and will use The Electric Way as our go to company for any future electrical projects.

    We live in a newer house that has had electrical problems from the beginning. We had tried to fix those problems with the builder with no luck. We hired another electrical service company to help us, and they told us that there wasn’t a problem! (It turned out that we inadvertently hired the same company that the builder used to install our electrical to begin with-lesson learned!)So when our pulsating lights and constant breaker trips got to be too much, I tried again. This was a much better experience. They addressed all of our issues, and even got Colorado Springs Utilities to come out and fix something. They were on time, exact, and checked their work. I am SO happy with the service they provided and will call them again for any new electrical needs!

    My experience with the Electric Way was fabulous! Travis came right on time and was quickly able to diagnose the problem with my bathroom fan and light which had burned out twice. He also gave me estimates for another fan in a different bathroom. He was efficient friendly and I felt very comfortable having him here!     To start, Evan was running behind. I know because he called me to let me know. Good communication! I explained the problem and he got right to work. He worked really hard to track down the problem with my outlet. Once finished, he cleaned up and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix the issue.     The Electric Way did a great job installing light fixtures in my kitchen and family room. They were friendly and very careful about making sure everything was installed in the way I wanted it. They marked the ceilings to confirm the locations of the recessed lighting with me before cutting holes. They gave me very useful advice to get the best light quality.     I am very happy with the work that was done by The Electric Way. David came by to give me a quote about 2 months ago while I was still under contract on my house. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Natalie helped schedule the job and was very understanding when I needed to change dates - no hassle at all! On the day of the job (a panel upgrade) Travis and Vincent showed up perfectly on time. Turns out the job was harder than expected due to the age of my home; there were a lot of on-the-fly decisions that needed to be made. I felt that they took my best interests into consideration when doing the installation even when things got harder. They still got everything done in one day even with helping me with some small other projects that were not part of the job. They left the site clean as well. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

    If you are looking for an electrician stop your search. I cannot express how pleased I am working with The Electric Way. I live in a house built in the 1900s so there were various levels of electrical installed that needed to be upgraded. We had two separate electric panels as if the house was split into two apartments and I wanted to be able to charge my electric car in our driveway. All the staff at the Electric Way was professional and knowledgeable. Explaining along the way the things we needed to do. Before their work I could choose between running the dishwasher or microwave or sink disposal or charge my car but never two of those at the same time! Everything now works like a charm. We also had them install three ceiling fans upstairs having them replace the knob and tube that was up their still. Thank you to the Electric Way for such a speedy install I truly felt like each one of your staff wanted to make sure the job was done right. I am very picky about who I trust to work on my house and when I need electrical work done this is who I will call and recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

    Great company and the process could not have been simpler. Submitted my Tesla charger information online (photos, desired charger location etc.) received a quote and then a date for the install. Vincent showed up the day of install on time, explained what they would be doing, and finished faster than they thought, and were cleaned up and gone.Vincent also indicated that I would not receive an invoice until a representative from the city came by and inspected their work, which happened the very next day.Just an awesome team to work with.     When I saw The Electric Way had a 5.0 review rating with over 650 reviews I was impressed. Now I know why. I had replaced all the outlets and light switches in my house, over 60 of them. When I was done, I had messed up the wiring on a light switch that was controlling an outlet. One of the electricians, David, actually called me on the phone and tried to walk me through the repair to save me the money of a house call. I sent David a picture of the wiring into the outlet and it had four different sets of wires coming into this one electrical box. Needless to say, this was beyond my ability. David and Evan came by and had it figured out within a few minutes. The cost was a little high, $199 for an hour, but they were definitely professionals, competent, did expert work, and were actually fun to be around.

    I found David on Tesla‘s site and sent an inquiry for a quote to install a charger. David got back to me within two days or so, and through a phone call and a FaceTime, he helped us both understand what would need to be done to install the charger using a sub panel in the garage. He followed with up with a quote a day or two later. There were several iterations with him, he was pleasant about updating his quote with new information. I received a quote from another electrician, and ultimately decided that David was the most helpful and his price was right. Although there was a 6 to 7 week lead time before he could schedule the install, he showed up on time and was very efficient with his work. Such a nice guy too! I would highly recommend him for a Tesla charger install!

    This was our first time using The Electric Way, it and definitely won’t be the last. They sent someone out quickly for the estimate, and they explained everything well and were able to answer all of our questions. We had 2 ceiling fans installed, and they were able to get us an appointment for it within the week. The 2 guys that came were very nice and explained everything very thoroughly about what they were doing. They were done with the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them!     Over the last 10 years I have spent 10s of thousands in remodeling and upgrading my home and dealt with dozens of handymen, contractors, and specialist in the process. Jessica was extremely beneficial is communicating with me and I could not be more pleased with The Electric Way.     David came to my house today to conduct an estimate to upgrade the panel in our home. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and straight up just a good person. During the estimate, he communicated all the options we could do and gave us information on upcoming electrical codes to helps us make a more informed decision. He also knew we had another appointment later down the road for an outlet that had no power. I told him how I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself and could not figure it out. He asked to check it out and had the outlet working in five minutes or less and taught me a thing or two in the process. I asked what I owed him to fix the outlet, and he replied it did not cost you anything. I know the charge would have been small, but it just shows what David and this company are all about. I will be using this company again in the future, and I highly recommend this company.

    They are so amazing. I called and they were booked out until next Monday but the sweet receptionist took my information and said she would see if anyone was finishing up at their job early. Well it turns out Mr Randy was able to come out. He was so sweet and helpful and fixed the issue. Turns out that it was just a simple breaker issue. He was able to call back to the offices and ask to if he was able to waive the fee. 100% will be a return customer and will also be recommending them to friends and family.

    The Electric Way is quite amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly from my original inquiry, and their confirmation process was appreciated.I was working with another electric company who charged almost $200 just for a quote. They also wanted to send me proposals of getting new light fixtures. I felt weird about this and reached out to get another quote. I am glad I did. The Electric Way provided a cost estimate before beginning the work after they assessed the work needed to be done, they were able to fix my existing light fixtures, and also handled a side general repair.     This was my first experience with Electric Way. The electrician showed up on time. Listened closely to what I wanted. Gave a fair and reasonable estimate. The moving of the electrical box and installation of the bathroom vanity light fixture went very smoothly. I will be using Electric Way againNew job was a LED lighting setup in my pantry closet. This went as smoothly as my first job. The lighting is perfect.New job was an installation of a whole house fan. The electricians showed up right on time and did a great install job.     We reached out to several different electrical companies to get a quote on a 240 outlet in our garage. Electric Way was easy to work with and provided a free quote (either through an online form or an in-person estimate). The quote was significantly cheaper than the other companies we spoke to.     Tesla office recommended me to contact Electric Way for installation of a Tesla Wall Charger. I contacted them for a quote and scheduled to have the installation. My boyfriend and I moved into a home that had covered junction boxes for light fixtures flanking the garage but no fixtures. Much to our surprise, after we moved in, we discovered the boxes had not actually been wired for fixtures so we were unable to add our own lighting for the driveway.After reading reviews for this company and inviting them for an estimate, we decided to use them to complete the job.Ben arrived on time and confirmed the work to be done and got started right away.     So we bought an old home with totally random electrical outlets in odd places and none where there should be one. Lights in the tiny closets and none in the rooms and so on. So we contacted several electricians in the area and The Electric Way was the first to respond via yelp message and scheduled an appointment for the day we closed on the house.Due to my poor planning, carpet cleaners, a locksmith, David from The Electric Way, and the sellers all came to our new home at the exact same time...oops!David was totally cool with the chaos! I had about 5 minutes to tell him everything we wanted a quote for and he went and did his own thing, gathered all the info he needed, congratulated us a ton, and said the quote would be emailed shortly.We received the quote and it was a bit higher than expected but we were asking for a ton of work that we later realized we werent even ready for. David asked to come back to check one thing for a more accurate quote and even changed an outlet from the two prong to a three prong free of charge since it was driving my wife crazy. We received the new quote later that night and accepted immediately.A couple weeks later (yesterday) Dustin showed up for the installation. He was extremely friendly and told me everything he was going to do, asked if I had any questions, and made sure I was on board with everything. 6 hours later, a flood light over the garage, an outlet on the top of the garage, a gfi outlet, 3 bedrooms with wiring for fans/lights, AND helped us take the dryer off the washer for the repair man coming this week (new to the area and know no one in town and no idea how to do that just the two of us!). Like many novice home owners, I thought the panel needed to be replaced because it was an older model. As it turns out, the panel was in perfect working order (determined by a very thorough inspection). Since replacing the panel was simply unnecessary, the Electric Way performed an on-the-spot estimate for recessed lighting in my living/dining area.The installation of the recessed lighting was flawlessly executed.     I found The Electric Way on NextDoor and was impressed with their rave reviews. I had a few electrical tasks that needed to be completed, so I reached out to see if they could help me. They responded immediately when I contacted them and quickly arranged for a free estimate. One of their electricians, Dustin, came out a couple days later. He was sweet, professional, knowledgeable and patient as I pummeled him with questions. He presented an estimate on the spot. I reviewed the estimate and emailed the company with follow-up questions a couple days later. Unfortunately, I couldnt afford to do all of the work, so they kindly adjusted the estimate twice to reduce the number of tasks. Dustin returned today to complete the work which came in under the final estimate. When does that ever happen?! He even asked me if Id had any luck with my employment search which he remembered from our initial meeting. Such a nice young man! The communication from the company is stellar. For example, they sent a text when Dustin was on his way and followed up to make sure everything went well. Their pricing is very reasonable. I am SO impressed with this company.     After having spent a whole morning calling around for an available electrician to come inspect the possible electrical issue we were experiencing in our new home, I was extremely grateful to have reached The Electric Way! Not only was the receptionist/customer service rep courteous and helpful, she was able to schedule me an appointment for the very next morning when everyone else was pushing me out until the next week.On the day of our appointment, Dustin was the electrician that made the visit to our home and the service he provided went above and beyond my expectations. He managed to answer all of my questions before I could even ask, all the while determining that our issue was just a simple breaker trip. I was overly impressed with how he did all of his thorough checks/testings and spent way more time in our home than required of him and yet he didn’t even bill us for any of his valuable time and knowledge (other electricians I spoke with had either dispatch fees, service call fees, or hourly labor rates for just being in your home).     The Electric Way did a panel upgrade on a multi unit rental property for me. Price was competitive with three other estimates and I believe reasonable. The highlight of the job was the service. We werent sure what we would run into being that the property is over 100 years old and I wasnt quite sure exactly what I wanted. They worked with me, explained issues and came to the good solutions that I hadnt thought of. They did a 200 amp main panel, (2) 100 amp sub-panels and retrofitted all of the existing wiring into the new panels in one day. I would highly recommend Zack and his crew and well use them again when needed.

    Wonderful experience and exceeded my expectations. They provided a free onsite estimate, which was presented during the visit. The workmanship was very good and they finished earlier than expected, so I wasn’t charged the full amount of the estimate. I am a happy camper. Thanks TEW.2021 update: given COVID-19, I have had plenty of time to stare at the house and ponder upgrades. Over the past 6 months, I added a hot tub (60 amps), prepared a water heater conversion from gas to hybrid (30 amps), and extended a circuit in floor to the power couch. I worked with 3 different techs for these jobs and each was professional performing excellent work. One job went slightly over the estimate (but I did make a change), the others were under. The scheduling and communications were prompt. I strongly recommend TEW.2023 update: with the passing of a few more years, I decided to make a few more changes. I randomly discovered that our radon was slightly higher, so I added a mitigation system that needed power, and we decided to abandon the gas range top in favor of an electric one. As with my prior experience TEW did a great job (good communications, excellent expectation setting, and great craftsmanship). Thanks again!

    We needed some help with our bathroom outlets after my husband tried to replace them. The Electric Way company offered to come out to troubleshoot and then offer an estimate for repair.     What a polite and professional pair of gentleman cane to my house! They replaced a bunch of light switches, outlet face plates, light fixtures and even put in a new fixture in the pantry and master bedroom.     Bathroom light switch wasnt working. Handyman tried to replace it and the problem was worse. At that point I had it about dead sure that since my house was built in1952, the whole house needing rewired. This technician came in and rewired a new switch properly and everything was fine. I was impressed that, even knowing he couldve told me it was a disaster and going to cost me big bucks, he did only what was necessary to fix the problem. Thats integrity.P.s. they didnt have my appointment in till Oct. 6th but had a guy with some time and sent him over. Thats good service.

    Excellent service by Greg Porter! I had a faulty circuit breaker and he replaced it in no time for a very reasonable price. I chose The Electric Way because of their excellent reviews and I am happy I did. I will definitely use them again for all of my electrical needs.
