I am a State Farm insurance agent with two locations and have utilized Spectrum for all my sign needs. Recently I had an issue with a large outdoor sign. Zach from Spectrum came out to fix the problem and went above and beyond by stopping by my location after hours, when it was dark, to confirm that the sign was now working. I mentioned I wasn’t confident that it was going to be fixed and he said he lived in the area and would be more than happy to check on it for me. I’ve worked with Carisa on sign design and placement and she is fantastic. When I call in they treat me like they know me and like they really care. Highly recommend! I will be using them for all my sign needs in the future.

John is very professional and you can tell he cares deeply about his business and its customers. I value this above all when it comes to working with a company. Having a number to call and someone friendly to work with makes all the difference in the world. They clearly want to do the best job they can and have completely satisfied customers. Amazing Company. I ordered a large 7 letter, 24” sign with LED lights and they got the job done like pros. Not only did they immediately come and install a temporary banner within days, they finished the sign earlier than expected and installed quickly. It looks incredible. The most amazing part? They even worked with me on my payments and helped me get it paid for as soon as I could. Could not be more impressed.

I had been slacking on getting my signs up at my new shop and I was referred by the jeweler next-door to talk to spectrum.I had no idea what to expect because they were replacing a panel board on a pole for a shopping center for me and they installed a really nice sign outside of my shop.Inside my head I had a budget of about double what it costed.They even came and put in the panels and then took the panels out and redid them so my website was easier to see.They did this all free of charge.Their billing department is amazing everybody I talked to was friendly The guy that was putting the sign on the pole even let me do an Instagram story for it.If I ever move or expand spectrum is who I will call for any needs I think they can handle they are 100% trustworthy don’t hesitate to call them and get an appointment everything They did was on time and they even helped design my signs for free.6 stars
