Itβs odd a handicapped licensed person complains about the inconvenience of some one in the construction industry parking in front of a business not opened to public yet. The whole strip mall has no parking spaces being used in this picture. Apparently he assumes we should park a block away and carry all of our materials,ladders,tools,etc that far instead of just parking in front , as most contractors would do.As soon as store is finished and open for business, it could be a logical conclusion that we will no longer park here and mr handicap parking monitor can park here whenever he wants.
