Jeff and his son Isaac from Litwell Electric provided invaluable assistance when we were in a tight spot. Initially, we had hired a different electrician to install a Tesla wall charger, only to discover that the first electrician lacked a proper license. When we pressed for the necessary permit, he ghosted us. Thankfully, we crossed paths with Jeff and his company, Litwell Electric. Jeff’s professionalism and empathy stood out as he assessed the situation. He promptly identified the previous “electrician’s” errors: an improper installation using aluminum wire instead of copper, along with inadequate breaker amps – a clear safety hazard that violated code.Jeff’s generosity extended to his quote, reflecting his genuine character. His expertise as a master electrician was apparent with the meticulous installation of the charger, resulting in a clean and professional appearance. The inspector easily approved his work. Additionally, Jeff and Isaac installed recessed lights with remarkable skill, leaving us impressed by their craftsmanship. LitWell did a phenomenal job replacing a faulty electric panel, fixing the wiring on my air conditioner, and wiring and installing some new light fixtures and fans for me. Jeff and his crew really went out of their way to take care of me, and were quick, personable, and professional. These guys are great! They called me on their way to let me know how soon they would be there. Nick and his other helper came in and fixed my companys light fixtures. They ended up replacing more light fixtures than intended and even switched out light bulbs for us! They were very nice, and professional. We definitely will be using them again!!
