Unfortunately I had to use the Emergency service on a weekend. The dispatcher was very responsive and helpful with questions. The worker that was sent to my house was Ethan and he is awesome! He responded quickly and worked really hard on my difficult system to figure out the problem. I really appreciated his good humor, hard work and overall pleasant attitude.

They recently installed a new water heater for me. Overall a great experience. They are prompt and professional, definitely above average in everything they do. The county inspector said it was a very neat installation (I agree), so that’s another benefit. Maybe a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I have no complaints in that regard. This is my second project done by Elevation and I can highly recommend them. If they start taking Apple Pay, they’ll be perfect.

Elevation is the best of the best. Chris came out the next day after our furnace let out a bang when I tried it this fall, just when outside temps were dropping. He got estimates to us the next day on 3 different systems. The High Efficiency Furnace/Heat pump system was ordered, then installed the following week. The guys were professional. Chris and Cody were even helpful AND patient with this do-it-yourselfer as I ordered and installed an upgraded thermostat.GREAT COMPANY!

We had an emergency water leak in an outside well on a Saturday. We had a hard time finding someone who could help us on a weekend until we talked to this company. They came out and made the repairs in a timely manner. The bill for this was very fair as well. Last year they put in a new boiler furnace in one of our rentals. We were very pleased with their work on that as well. I highly recommend this business!!

I recently moved into an older home and contacted Elevation Mechanical to provide HVAC maintenance services. Chris came to provide the first routine maintenance checkup and found several undiscovered issues in the attic. Chris and his team were extremely helpful and professional. They were very meticulous in assessing the problem in our attic and identified the source of the problem- broken AC coil leaking in the attic. Chris came up with a plan and options for me. His team did an outstanding job with removing the insulation, replacing the unit and making sure that everything was repaired, replaced, and operating better than before. The technicians were friendly and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a clear and comprehensive manner. Chris and the team recently replaced and moved our air conditioning unit. They responded very promptly to our initial outreach for a service call and helped work with us to ultimately select a new unit, offering several options to suit our needs. The install was then promptly scheduled and all members of the crew were very conscientious about closing baby gates to keep our puppy and toddler safe while still efficiently competing the jobs. All inspections scheduled promptly and passed right away without corrections. A great company for all hvac needs, highly recommend.

We had an air conditioning unit installed in our home 2022. For two years we never had an issue, recently we had a leak coming from our unit, so, I immediately called elevation Mechanical. Approximately three days later Ethan, arrives with the correct parts fixed the issue with no questions asked. They did not fail to live up to expectations. They were quick, efficient, professional, and they work with you on coupons/deals, financing; and they also have a military discount.

Chris, Miguel and the team were amazing! Our furnace and A/C were 20 years old and the furnace finally stopped working on Saturday. Chris came over that morning and was able to get it running again and gave us several estimates to review for a new system and duct cleaning and was able to have a team out first thing Monday to swap out the old for the new. The entire team were professional and friendly and took the time to show us the work they were doing as well as share pictures of the before and after of the duct cleaning…..super gross! Lol They set up inspection from the city for today and the inspectors said they did a great job and remarked how the company even sealed along the top of the furnace hood (sorry I don’t know the lingo) and that most companies don’t take the time to do that. He said they really must take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about this team. I called to have an estimate done for a hood to be installed with additional HVAC. They came out right away and provided a quick estimate with a time of install that worked with my schedule. Once they started the work there were hiccups that involved the equipment I had purchased and they offered to troubleshoot until we realized it was the product. The team was extremely patient with multiple failed products and attempt to install them that again was not their fault. The guys were extremely friendly and educational. They made sure to collect any thrash and cleaned their work area. I would highly recommend elevation mechanical to anyone.

Oct. 2024: I continue to call on Elevation Mechanical for my HVAC work. Once again, I was pleased with the fall maintenance they performed this time. They are prompt and efficient. There was a potential concern found with my furnace by the tech, which resulted in the owner Chris coming out first thing the next day to double check it. Luckily, it turned out not to be a problem. An un-honest company could have turned this into a big, expensive ordeal. Elevation Mechanical determined it was not an issue at all and I was only charged for the fall maintenance. The tech and Chris were both thorough, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I highly recommend Elevation Mechanical for HVAC needs.**********I was very pleased with the fall maintenance that was performed on our furnace. The tech was prompt and efficient.*************October 2022: We had Elevation Mechanical clean out our dryer duct which exits on the roof. Ryan and Ethan performed the work. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they clean out the duct, they pointed out a problem with a screen that was likely to cause future clogs and took care of that problem.********Miguel performed the A/C startup on our new system that was installed in December. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He did a thorough job, including fixing an issue he noticed with the placement of a part of the evaporator unit. I had used Elevation Mechanical for my rental property and was very satisfied. They do such good work that I referred several of my friends to them, who were all very satisfied with their work. Well, sure enough in this cold spell my furnace gave out and I had to make a call to have my own Furnace replaced. They scheduled me immediately and within 2 days I had brand new furnace and a warm house. Chris and his crew have always been extremely nice, very professional and their work is impeccable. These folks are the best! My sister recommended them having coincidentally just used them. They were able to come over same day, repair, and replace any necessary parts all within about 3 hours. Communication and promptness are rare these days but these guys do it all. Plus, they were showing us pictures from the crawl space of what was wrong and also how it looked after. They arrived quickly and helped finding our pet with their cameras as well as helped us get him out safely. These guys installed a furnace for us last year. The experience was worry-free and very positive for us, so we remembered that. Then a couple weeks ago our water heater started leaking and flooded our basement. They were super responsive when I called and they had someone here installing a new water heater the next day. We like their product, Rheem. More importantly, their staff is extremely professional, not to mention friendly, personable, and they have a sense of urgency. Jerod installed our water heater. He was pleasant to speak with and very efficient with his work. Had it done in half the time they had estimated. Miguel installed our furnace last year. He was the same way. These guys are so friendly and empathetic. Seriously, they speak to you with their full attention and have plenty of smiles to offer. I am a big fan! Chris came out the next morning and provided phenomenal service and was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We had a new furnace installed by a company that is not worth mentioning their name, and it worked for 4 hours. Upon numerous phone calls the installers never called back. We then hired a well known service provider which was out here 3 times scratching their heads. We finally hear back from the first service company,18 days later and they said it was a faulty electrical board in the unit which would run about 1300$ I couldnt afford this since we gave our savings to him already. I was desperate since we had no heat for 39 days December- January. I looked on line for a desperately attempting to find someone to help me. Thats when I came across HomeAdvisor. within a couple of minutes they found an electrician with HVAC background which is very hard to find. I was connected to Elevation Mechanical and I spoke with Miguel and Told him our situation and he was here 8 am the next morning checked the system and it turned out to be a couple of wire touching and it would short and cause the fuse to blow. The price was a very small fraction of the quoted 1300$ originally. Fast, friendly, honest. This company serves with excellence! I will be calling Elevation Mechanical for all of my future services.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Permits were Filed and Inspections Scheduled and Completed.3 years later, I also had them add a Kitchen Fume Hood Vent and move a Gas Line Valve. They were great to work with.
