We called on Monday and were able to get an appointment the very next day! Kyle arrived when scheduled and was finished in an hour replacing our 30 year old toilet! The Toilet Experts have been in business for several years but under the name, The Toilet Guys. Their trucks and some business cards still say The Toilet Guys but when the owner did a quick Google search of his company name he wasnt thrilled with some of the images that appeared that had nothing to do with his business so he recently re-branded as The Toilet Experts. Name discussion aside, they are an absolute excellent service.We called them late day on Wednesday and by Thursday morning we had a pleasant professional (and not so bad on the eyes I might add), Kyle, come out and take away our old 25 year beast and replace it with a beautiful, less-water-using, stronger-suction (PTL!), nice and tall for my elderly mom, toilet. He made sure that everything was installed correctly and worked correctly before leaving...all within the hour! Amazing.The quality of product, craftsmanship, customer service and price are all spot-on. Highly recommended.

Tom arrived as promised and very capabily converted my Mansfield fill tube with a universal assembly. Also replaced valve for water supply. Great rating for his services. Price was very excellent. Give him a try for your needs.

We loved working with this company. They were able to come out quickly and we got a senior package that was on sale. The toilet that was installed with that package is good quality and they took away the old one. Had a great experience when I called and asked questions, also the installer was very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an issue with a rental. Tom came out rather quick to address the issue. He fixed the toilet as quick as it took him to come out after my call (within the hour).
