Cicotte replaced our hot water heater in our new (older) house and some of the fixtures that were in disrepair that attach to the tank and the tank was way past due to be replaced. They supply a higher grade of hot water tank than a lot of businesses. I got an in person quote one day and it was done in 1.5 days! The guys who took out the old tank and installed the new one were very professional and also very good at what they do. They also put down drop cloths to protect the floor and to keep the old tank from leaking as it was carried out of the house. It only took around two hours or so from start to finish. Its really nice to not have to worry about a very old leaking water tank anymore. A whole hearted thanks to Cicotte Plumbing. -

We had Cicotte Plumbing out for a decent sized job in our basement, new drains and several new water lines. Multiple members of their crew have been here over the last two days, and they have all been amazing! Very professional, conscientious, punctual, and adaptable to all issues. They did a phenomenal job helping to lay out the full bathroom and laundry area, and made sure we had full services overnight. Kept everything clean, drop cloths used at all times, boot coverings put on when going anywhere else in the house. Cicotte did service work at a property we were renting a few years ago, and absolutely the same professional service we remembered. I highly recommend them for your residential project, large or small. We got on their schedule within a couple weeks for our project, very responsive at all times and communication could not be better. Reminder calls for the appointment for the bid and the service work, calls to announce when they are arriving. Awesome experience to kick off our renovation project! -

As a GC/builder I regularly use Cicotte Plumbing. I have never once had an issue. Brian is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His office staff especially Vanessa is excellent and helpful. Lastly Ralph and Colton are great plumbers. I do a lot of historical homes and they have never had a problem doing what I need them to do on about 30 to 40 jobs a year. Glad they are my go to plumbers. -

Used this plumbing on 3-4 occasions for major and minor plumbing issues. Always courteous, informative, and thorough! We are very happy with their service. DeAndre has been out on a couple of service calls. Our last last service was a drain pipe replacement with Gary. Both have been exceptional. -

Because of my lack of knowledge of plumbing systems I completely undersold the scope of the work that needed to be done with the sewage line under my backyard. Once they dug and the full problem was understood, they fixed it without any issues. They were even willing to take the time to explain every step to me in detail and answer any questions I had while they were working. Everything turned out great and I am so relieved to have the issue fixed. They do great work -

I highly recommend Cicotte Plumbing. Everyone was so great! Another company was scheduled to come out 3 times and never showed up during the block of time we arranged. I called Cicotte and they came out the very next morning! And even set it up a little earlier than what they normally schedule jobs for, just to be more accommodating for my family. The gal I spoke to on the phone was so polite, super friendly and understanding of our situation and the plumber did a great job and was so helpful!I had never heard of this company before, but it was well worth giving them a try over the big names you hear of so much. And they did everything for a more than fair price! -

If I could give them higher than 5 stars , I would. Last sunday we had a pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom. We called the insurance company and then remembered that Cicotte did some work at our rental house. They actually responded faster than the insurance company.They came right out and actually fixed it . For a Sunday emergency we were very surprised at the reasonable price. Our plumber was Ralph and he was very professional and kind. Thanks for a great job!!!! -

I do not know where to even start about this company. From the time I called the office to the time the job was completed, it was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor or repair company. They were so friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and all around great people to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone without a thought. Responded very quickly! Very professional! Came to their page just now to check the hours to call them again for service (separate issue) and realized I had never posted a review! Great work in my basement! Had a leak in some old galvanized piping! They switched out all the old for a reasonable price and were in and out of my house in a very reasonable time! Very pleased! Would definitely recommend! -
