    Just started on a remodel after our pipes burst and flooded our condo. So far my wife and I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Vaughn who did the estimates and walked us through what to expect and presented a budget for the project. We had the wonderful experience of working with Rhiannon who helped us with the design process of rebuilding our kitchen. She called us to let us know what to expect and answer all our questions. Very professional and personable. She went above and beyond and went to our condo to make sure she could match new base cabinetry with the top cabinets. That really shows she cares about her customers. My wife and I are very excited about the items we picked out and canā€™t wait to see them in place! So far, a great experience all the way around with HLC.

    My name is Aaron I work for Home Love Plumbing , which is a division of Homelove Construction in 2024. My home caught on fire. I hired Homelove Construction to do the rebuild. Jake was my salesman. He did awesome and Joshua was my project manager. I cannot even begin to say enough about the amazing job they took and the dedication to Seeing that the project got done correctly and on a timely manner Josh kept the worksite neat and tidy kept all of the workflow moving and before I knew it the job was complete completed beyond my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again. Should the need ever arise

    We are still in the process of remodeling our home that was damaged by Hurricane Helene. I have been working with Annabelle on the selections for countertops, back splash, floors, etc. She has been very helpful. I could not make it to select the kitchen cabinets and she met them for me and took care of things. She has helped me change my selections a couple of times, answered my emails promptly and even answered texts on her off day! :). Everything is being ordered and permits obtained so Im excited to see the finished product. Annabelle has been so easy to work with and she cares that I am happy with my selections. So far very happy with Home Love

    Home Love Construction did a complete renovation of my non-profitā€™s residential facility that serves homeless Veterans. They did an amazing job with the renovations and Laura from Love Home Construction was fantastic. She was passionate about the project and worked hard to ensure that the work got done timely and with a focus on quality and detail. This project covered over 12,000 square foot of living space and included new flooring throughout, wall paper removal, new paint, new cabinets, and new lighting.     We ultimately did not decide to use Home Love for our project, but our experience was very good through the estimation process and given the experience we had, we would still recommend Home Love and consider them for future projects. Evan and Logan made the estimation process very smooth and they did a very thorough and organized job of outlining every detail of our project. Their proposal outlined every forseeable detail needed to complete the project and was significantly more detailed and organized than any of the other general contractors that we approached for estimation. We also approached Home Love with an already completed design by an external designer and they took on the project estimation as if it were their own design. Evan and Logan also spent lots of time scheduling showings with past clients so that we could see their standard of work for their projects. While we ultimately chose another GC for our project, we were weighing between them and Home Love nearly equally. We will consider Home Love again in the future should we choose to renovate another project.

    We just finished a 10 week remodel of our kitchen (to include new flooring throughout the whole house) and we couldnt be more thrilled with the results. Every single employee and subcontractor that were in our home were professional, respectful, and skilled. Our Project Manager, Cutter, was always a step ahead of us and very communicative and responsive. We have the kitchen of our dreams and the renovation experience from demo to completion was as stress-free as one could hope for. Top notch customer service and all around great company to work with!

    Weve just had our two bathrooms completely renovated and enlarged, together with two bedrooms and a landing. Saul was excellent in dealing with this project and managing his sub-contractors. His knowledge of building is exemplary and he is able to turn his hands to do anything concerning our project. I highly recommend Saul and Home Love.

Evan jumped on this project full force by spending time in the home and going over the architectural drawings in detail. He followed up as he said he would with excellent questions and also submitted some alternative ideas. He was clear in going over the estimate and in answering questions we had.     So I just recently had the exterior of my house painted and I had these guys recommended. I am so glad I remembered and had them come out. Dan Grant was the rep assigned to me and he was awesome!     Iā€™ve been dealing with a different plumber for over a month trying to get him to my house to handle a situation they already gave us a quote for. It was like pulling teeth. Finally I found Home Love plumbing and Aaron came by, handled the problem within an hour. No joke night and day difference to what we were dealing with before. We were like, wait what your done? Yay!     My rental home sprung a leak behind the kitchen and bathroom. After I had a mold remediation team rip everything out, Brian, Joe, and their team acted extremely fast in restoring my kitchen and bath. This allowed my tenant to spend very little on lodging arrangements keeping my overall cost down. I expressed to them how urgent time was, and they not only exceeded my expectations, but nailed the outcome as well. My kitchen and bath look just as beautiful as it was before.

    Raiel is an awesome project manager. He listens to you and then follows through with your request. He is kind, respectful, and thorough. He responds to text quickly.. I appreciated him showing up when new subs were being used to walk them through the job. He is here before the arrive. If a job needs more attention or correction he treats the subs with kindness and respects as well. We do not have to be the project manager because he is on it.

    My experience with Andrey at Home Love construction was simply put, one of the best experiences Ive had with any construction company in all of Tampa bay. He was truly a skilled estimator who can tackle any project of any size. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced with all that I needed.     I am so glad that I found Home Love Construction!!!. We purchased our home in April to only find out we had water seeping through the porcelain tile floor. After calling many places looking for assistance no one was able to provide us with the help we needed. When I called HLC and told them my issue they jumped right in. Bill came out and assessed what was going on and gave us a leak detection to confirm what he thought it was. Richard was on top of the project and kept us informed at every step. The entire HLC crew did an amazing job on the floor, I could not be more pleased. Next we are hoping to have our master bathroom shower replaced. I would highly recommend Home Love Construction!

    When we moved into a new build from Ohio to Florida, I had no idea how to find a good contractor. We wanted to connect our small his/hers closets to make one large dressing room, remove the 2 closet entrance doors for more wall space, and add a pocket door entering from our bathroom. After not having any luck with our realtorā€™s suggestions on contractors, I found Home Love on the internet. Laura who booked it, Ben who oversaw everything, and Jaime and his coworkers who did the work were all so wonderful to work with. Any time a small issue arose or there was a misunderstanding, they made sure to make things right to where we were 100% satisfied. Amazing communication and this company has integrity (2 things Iā€™ve discovered are hard to find with contractors here.) Use them and you will not regret it.

    My family recently decided to purchase luxury plank vinyl flooring. Not knowing how to install them, we paid for the installation package from the store. Things quickly turned badly and we found ourselves in a home repair nightmare. We didnā€™t know what to do or where to turn! I stumbled across Home Love Construction online and they literally saved us! They were so patient, kind, and understanding. They were also reasonably priced! One of their general contractors, Ben, talked me through the entire project. He reassured me that his team could make things right.     Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas party hosted by my boyfriendā€™s Russ Urban , company Home Love, held at a Dunedin bowling ally, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere really captured the spirit of the season. The organizers did a great job blending a casual, fun-filled bowling experience with a heartfelt employee recognition segment, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. The food, was surprisingly good, Mac and cheese bites were to die for. What made the event even more special was seeing all of families together, adding a warm, touch to the festivities.     This is the first project I have ever done with Home Love and it wonā€™t be my last. These guys were so customer service oriented it actually blew me away. I had to run this from afar as I was not in the area while we were working on this. Their staff went out of their way to make sure all was done right. They would keep me updated and send pictures. They wanted to make sure I was happy all along the way. Any fixes that I saw they jumped on it immediately.     We had it all done! The works! Plumbing moved, electrical updated, walls moved/removed, kitchen countertops, fireplace upgrade, new flooring, paint and texture throughout, and the list goes on.     Im so happy with this crew! Brian, Jared and Ray made sure I was happy with the outcome. I had originally picked a certain color for the quoins of the house and Jared went ahead and suggested another color as a second option. Turns out I really liked what they picked for me. I appreciated so much that they took this extra initiative to assure I was happy. Great job guys!

    I recently had Home Love renovate my two bathrooms and I am super pleased with the results. Everyone at Home Love is great to work with from Jeff, Brad, Tammy, Charity, Wes, Thomas (superb painter) and David. But the star of the show is John Hill. Not only is he one of the nicest people ever, his work is amazing. He seems to be able to do almost everything, but he is that rare, hard-to-find (anymore) person who takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. I cant praise him enough, but Ill stop now! I would definitely recommend Home Love to everyone.

    Was wrapping up a home renovation project where we updated 2 bedrooms and removed all the old carpet and pads. Ended up with almost 15 rolls I had no way to get rid of. I reached out to Home Love and had someone at my home in no time to help haul it off. They even took a few extra things like window blinds for me without an issue. Iā€™ve already used their services again and would recommend to anyone regardless of the size of the job.

    My partner and I are thrilled with the yard design work that the Home Love/Terra Nova team did for us! We initially reached out to them to get a quote on removing an existing deck and installing pavers, however the more we tried to decide on different landscaping and layout options we quickly became overwhelmed. When we learned about the design option, we decided that was the way to go so that we could really visualize it and to see what might work best for our space. During our initial meeting/consultation Dima came to our house to discuss our ideas and sent those along to the designer Janelle, who began to work on the design based on the notes. We had a phone call to solidify everything and soon after she sent over draft one. Immediately we knew we made the right decision because we could not have imagined any of what she had come up with. Upon seeing that draft, we got a few new ideas and one quick call later and the next draft was even better. We had a couple more ideas and one more call and the final draft was absolutely perfect. We loved both the paver and rock suggestions and the plants. Being two of the countless recent transplants from NY we arent too familiar yet with the plants that are native to the area but Janelle gave some wonderful options that are both low maintenance and look great.We are currently waiting on the quote for the project and havent yet started on the next steps, but we absolutely love the design work that Janelle did for us!

    A friend of a friend redid my walk in shower and there are several issues with floor tiles not graded properly (water collects and doesnā€™t drain) and grout not sealed well in several places. This was cause for concern the shower was not constructed and sealed properly.A Google search led me to Home Love Construction.I called on a Friday afternoon at 4:15pm to request a consultation and potentially an estimate to fix any issues.Jeff came out the same day at 7pm after I got home from work and he finished at the office.He said the construction was basically sound and told me what needed to be done to fix the issues he saw and what to look for that would be indicators of bigger issues.Jeff was very honest and his inspection of the work and his shared knowledge has given me peace of mind to be able to have a functioning shower (even if it is not perfection).Home Love Construction is definitely who I will call for future remodeling projects!
