The ordering process was easy. Sales personnel Eric and Ada were on top of the project from start to completion. Marty and his crew at Tri County stayed on top of all issues during the installation. We are happy with the pool results.

They valued our thoughts and concerns, and they (along with Marty and his team) took pride in their work. We are happy with our new pool and would highly recommend them!

After doing tons and tons of research, I decided to use TriCounty for our new pool instillation. I was honestly terrified because of all the pool horror stories. To my pleasant surprise, TriCounty eased all my worries and surpassed all my expectations. They broke ground on 9/1/23 and the pool was filling up by 1/3/23. Everything from the initial consolation to the final inspection happened without a hitch. I highly recommend TriCounty. You won’t regret it.

Overall, a very good experience. From the time they broke ground until we were in the pool was about 4 months. Some of the delay was pool mechanical equipment because of chip shortages. Wait time to start was about 3 months, including the design process, and selection and ordering of equipment. Thats pretty good compared to most of the other company projects we looked at. Marty oversaw the project and Rob was always responsive to our questions and needs. Its definitely a messy process so I would recommend holding off on landscaping until they are done, especially any grass (sod) and smaller plants like crotons. Its hard on the plants. The bigger palms did fine. The workers were respectful, amazing, and very hard working in spite of the heat. We have had many complements on our pool and we are very happy with the final results. When we started the process of putting in a new pool I mentally prepared for the worst (delays, bad communication, etc) and we got THE BEST! Janet & Marty were so helpful and true to their word through the entire process. We signed our contract in late February and we were swimming in early June :) All the work was done when they said it would be done and the final product turned out fabulous! Our neighbors used a different company, signed before us, and they are still looking at a concrete shell. I highly recommend TriCounty Pools!

Excellent experience working with Tri-County.From the planning process with Paul, the entire construction process with Tammy and the pool maintenance with Bob, we feel we made the right choice with Tri-County. Tammy communicated with me throughout the process what to expect and who would be coming to my home and when. All the contractors that came out were professional and did great work. The very few minor issues or concerns we had were quickly addressed and remedied without any trouble or hesitation. My family and I are thrilled with the results. We would recommend Tri-County Pools to anyone.

It has been a pleasure working with this company. From the first meeting we had to the whole pool installation process they have made things enjoyable. We are doing a new construction home and there have been delays and conflicts with the process of doing both house and pool. Every time something has come a simple call to Tammy or Paul and they have accommodated all of our needs. So excited to move in and enjoy our new pool. Would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone.
