If not for Brandy we would have been leaving a very negative review. We were not happy with the individual doing our site assessment and treatments, but Brandy, who works in their office, is AMAZING!!! She in a day fixed all our issues. She worked with the manager, Mike, to get our paperwork into the individuals in order for us to close on our house. Without their intervention we would have had to cancel our closing, since for a week we could not reach the other employee nor get our needed paperwork. She is truly fabulous and whatever she is paid, it is not enough. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for all your aide in ensuring we could close. Had we not, we may have had to resubmit which would have caused us to have a higher interest rate. That would have been an even bigger nightmare than what we endured trying to reach the individual who did our treatment. Brandy is also handling the closure on our account and she has been extremely professional, courteous and very efficient in all our dealings with her.

Very professional, polite, courteous, and very nice overall. He was honest and stated he didn’t see any nests around our home and told us to call anytime for a free evaluation if needed. He also informed me of monthly care that could be done if we ever did have any issues with infestations. Out of the different places I called they were the only ones to call me back and they did so that very same afternoon I called and made an appointment with me for the next day. I feel much more relaxed knowing I have a business with such nice people and know they’ll come to do work and make sure things get done! I highly recommend them!

Weve been using Dodson since 2016 and love them! We live in a cedar home so the carpenter bees are awful. We get the bee spray once a year and it keeps them at bay. He was even an hour early for the treatment so he could go over everything again. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. Mark Cain, called bug man is the representative from your agency who visits my home once every two months. He always calls a day or two before he comes. Since his visits, I have no mice and few bugs out side. He has a charismatic personality, seeming always to be in a good mood. He visited my mother on Chenoweth Creek Rd several years ago. The caretakers for my mother loved to have him come. That is where I got his name when we were having mice that seemed to be in the walls of my sons room. I have thought about stopping your service since were not troubled with mice anymore, but would miss Marks semi-monthly visits too much. Thank you for the opportunity to rate and review his performance. He should get a raise!

Contacted Dodson Pest Control due to a termite problem. George Leonard inspected the problem area and provided us with an estimate and a short education about termites. He is very knowledgeable and doesnt make any attempt to oversell products or treatments. He is also very direct and specific about pest control. Within days, a crew arrived to treat the house. They were professional and efficient. George followed up with a phone call to ensure we were satisfied. As it turned out, one area of the house needed to be drilled so the crew returned to take care of it. We could not be happier with Dodson Pest Control. They are professional, dependable and in our opinion reasonably priced. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control.
