    Grogg’s Home Services…Charles was professional and explained what he was going to do on his service visit. He informed me step by step as he completed the work. And to top it off he shared photos of the various sections of the duct system. He was also very understanding when explained that we do not wear shoes in our house. He wore shoe covers and even changed them as he came in and out of the house during the visit. Lastly, he was very personal and as the days work wrapped up he took the time to answer questions and even share a little about himself. The visit and the work was exceptional! He shared the before and after pictures to prove it.

    From the receptionist to the the salesman to the technicians , they were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. My furnace went down December 21 after a weekend of dealing with a lesser company and getting a run around with no positive results , I called Groggs on December 23 . The salesman was there that morning and furnace installed on the 26th . The sales man was knowledgeable and helpful , explaining everything and going through step by step what was going to happen. The technicians were on time and quick and cleaned everything up , can’t even tell they were here . I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs

    I had just brought my dad home for hospice care when we discovered a major water leak under the house. Grogg’s Home Service, specifically Richard Walsh, was a lifesaver. The receptionist was compassionate and arranged for Mr. Walsh to arrive within an hour. He quickly assessed the issue, offered solutions, and completed the repair in just 15-20 minutes, with clear and reasonable pricing explained upfront. Beyond his expertise, Mr. Walsh’s kindness stood out. He met my dad, who wanted to thank him, and even fixed a gas issue I’d inadvertently caused while trying to stop the water. He also checked the water heater for safety. His prayers and well wishes meant a lot to our family. Thanks to him, we kept water running and ensured my dad’s comfort during this critical time. Highly recommended.

    I contacted Groggs to see if they would take a look at my Moms furnace that quit working, and they were able to come out within a couple hours of my call! They gave me an approximate time when they would arrive, and were there promptly! They found the problem quickly and got it up and running again! I was very thankful my Mom didnt have to wait days to get her heat back on! Very friendly and knowledgeable service! I would definitely recommend them!

    I had occasion to call Grogg’s because I had no heat. The response to my call was within a few minutes. The gentlemen were very kind and courteous, and knowledgeable regarding their job. They did not push upon me a new installation and they also explained the inner mechanisms of my 60+ year old furnace! Parts needed to be obtained and the repairs will commence tomorrow, but I was worried they wouldn’t even be able to check out the problem until later in the week! Not so; that has been done, and I shall be warm tomorrow. 😊 I so appreciate them!

    Man where do I start frist off don came out the next day early and gave me so many options I can Mitch Match till u find the right plan that fit me. It was 3500 less then the other quote for the basic model . then they showed up the day after that to install .James and Brock where just as helpful as the salesman they work around my schedule so they could get in the house so I could leave n when they left the craw space was cleaner then when they started to leave it with a new look. They locked up for me at the end of day when I got home there was nothing to complain about overall, five stars salesman should get five stars for knowledge and effort the workers. James and Brock should get five stars for knowledge and effort to make me happy. I felt like I could really trust what they were saying. It was a great experience.

    I was delighted to see my technician show at my home. I had been trying to schedule this appointment since May. The technician (Matt) was on time, learned my problem and consulted with me for informational purposes. My system is old, as am I, so we decided to maintain my status and watch for any changes in my AC/Heating. He was a very personable man. My first impression was he was too young to have had much experience, however, he proved me wrong. Very knowledgeable.

    Just had new sink and faucet replaced in my kitchen. The technician, Rick, was amazing. We have used this company to replace my air conditioner. We knew they have very hight standards for quality of work, so was a very easy choice. Job also included replacement of water lines and drain lines. When he left, the only thing he left behind was a beautiful quartz sink. Thank you so much.

    Installation of two mini-split AC unit and improve filter box. Just to say that it was a good job, that was courteous and professional would be an understatement. We are so pleased that our home was respected, shoe covers worn, work done so professionally including clean up. The work looks like a custom installation which it was. Both James and Brock took time to answer questions and address all work. I have included photographs.

    The problem started May 3, drip pan was leaking. Problem was found by Clyde. A new pan was ordered and made by the AC company, which turned out to be the wrong size, another pan was ordered and it was the wrong size. Clyde and Criss, Service Manager were able to patch the old pan, to keep me up and running. Then today June 12, 2024, Justin and Austin were here with the correct size. This was not the fault of Groggs , the company made the mistake. I want to thank Clyde, Justin, Austin, and Criss for a excellent job well done. THANK YOU !!! I give them the 5 stars.

    Matt and Chuck came out to find out what was wrong with our shower. It was building up with water on the sides from an unknown source. They immediately found the problem and were able to show my husband and I where it was running from! It suddenly made perfect sense. Such a relief after two failed attempts from another plumbing business that charged me $1200 with no clue where the leak was coming from. They ripped through my wall and “patched the leak”. The sides of the shower were still swelling with water. Called them again and they replaced our drain…it was still leaking, same day. My husband and I were ready to rip the entire bathroom up in desperation to find the leak. So impressed and happy that Matt and Chuck were able to identify the issue and fix it same day! All for $280. 10/10! Thank you guys!

    Brock and James were great! They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Everyone at Grogg’s is prompt - it took less than a week for us to get a quote for a new HVAC system, and a week later the system is installed and working wonderfully.     When my furnace broke down and i needed to get it fixed, i called Grogg’s and they came out and checked it out. After they did an inspection and determined it was at the end of its life, they gave me all the information i requested for various options on what replacement to go with. Once we made our decision they were able to come out the next day and start installing our new equipment. The installers were very courteous and efficient with the install and got our house back to being heated before the cold weather could break through. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone.

    Clyde Scranage, an HVAC Technician, came to my home to assess whether my furnace could be repaired. Given that my furnace was 22 years old and had significant deterioration, he informed me that the repair would cost nearly $800. During his assessment, Clyde highlighted some safety issues associated with fixing the furnace that could lead to it being condemned. He thoroughly explained the areas of concern but ultimately left the decision in my hands. After considering everything, I concluded that replacing both my furnace and central air system would be a wiser investment.On the same day, a Comfort Advisor named Don Martin visited my home to perform a comprehensive assessment of the space before providing an estimate. He took the time to discuss various pricing options for an HVAC system that would suit the size of my house. Don carefully reviewed all the available options with me, making the entire process smooth and ensuring I felt well-informed. Although I was anxious about making a large purchase, especially since my house was unheated and the temperature was dropping to 30 degrees, Don helped me find a suitable solution. He was transparent about the choices tailored to my specific needs, which I greatly appreciated.The following day, a lead installer named Josh Jones, along with another friendly worker whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, arrived at my home to remove my old furnace and central air system and install the new ones. Both men were punctual, extremely professional, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the installation. They provided clear instructions on how to operate the new system and kept me updated throughout the process, informing me of any issues that arose.Overall, I highly recommend Grogg’s for anyone needing HVAC services. Their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart in the industry!

    Alex was very professional showed me exactly how do use this thermostat and what everything meant I thought that we would need a new thermostat however he saved me money because he found out that it was batteries.     My wife and I were starting to feel the house warming up with no break in the heat.We called Groggs as they worked on our furnace and Clyde in a very short time diagnosed that the relay that engaged the AC wasnt working and the fan was running but not engaging the AC.Truthfully I can say we almost feel a chill in a very short time.Clyde told me some things to improve on to make things better about air flow.Clyde worked on my furnace this winter and the AC now it is a pleasure having a qualified service tec who knows his trade.

    We live in an older home. It was built in 1930. Repairing plumbing in a home of this age is not always an easy job. The two plumbers that were sent out were able to complete all of the work requested, except for the one job that needed parts ordered. Parts are on order and they will be returning next week to complete the job. He explained everything, and gave an appropriate estimate prior to starting the work. He asked for no money until the job was complete. Overall a great experience and they are now on my list to use in the future.

    I just bought a house and I have had Groggs Home Service come out twice. The first time was to just do a preventative maintenance and inspection on my furnace. The second time was for them to take the furnace apart and do a deep cleaning on it, along with cleaning the duct work. Both times men where great.     Michael Leeson was our technician from Groggs. Our appointment window was from 12-5pm. Michael called me to let me know he was running behind due to other jobs that day and offered me the option to come a little bit later than our appointment window or to reschedule altogether. I appreciated the phone call and agreed to him coming later than the scheduled time. (I have a family member in the same line of work and understand time tables don’t always work out as planned depending on the project). Michael was professional and explained the maintenance plan for servicing and cleaning our units throughout the year and took care of payment right then and there which was super convenient. We had a great experience with Michael and would recommend him to all our family and friends.

    Grogg’s has been one of the best things to happen to our household! As first time home owners, only having bought this home in March, we’ve had to replace the AC, Furnace, Outdoor AC unit, and today our water heater. In this time met 5 men who did their absolute best to not only fix, install, or remove items but also to educate us on how they work, why they don’t, and what we can do for maintenance.Michael (Ian) checked our AC and Furnace out first and told us it was going to need replaced. He explained how they worked, why they stopped, and even helped on a personal level when explaining good ideas moving forward in replacing them.Don Martin came and checked everything out to give us a quote for replacement. He was incredible in explaining things, answering our questions, and assuring us we made the right decision.Josh Jones (and crew) replaced our indoor AC unit, outdoor AC unit, furnace, and put in a new thermostat for us. He was efficient at his job and made it all easier on us.Richard Walsh and Carl came today to check our water heater and then simultaneously have to replace it. They were hilarious and so helpful! They explained everything to both of us and didn’t make us feel bad for having to have it explained twice due to our own scheduling issues. We were so thankful for the thorough job they did and would hope to always have them back!Everyone who has helped us at Grogg’s has just made the whole experience so easy. We are more than just grateful to have encountered these guys and hope they get all the credit they are due! They’re amazing!

    Matt and Chuck completed an exceptional faucet replacement for me today. Highest quality workmanship and professionalism. Very personable and exceptional at communicating the details, estimate and post-install information we needed. We look forward to having them complete some additional near-term plumbing projects. How I wish Groggs HVAC division had done as good a job as these two gentlemen. I couldnt be more pleased with their plumbing division. Their plumbing division is exceptional.The Groggs HVAC division is sub-par at-best. Apparently, the owner who responded below is not paying attention to the detail. My review was not complimentary of his HVAC crew.

They immediately gave me an appointment that was convenient for me and my busy schedule. Don came and did an inspection inside & outside & gave me different options that I could choose from. When I called back to say that I wanted both new systems installed, James & Brock literally came within a couple days. They were both very personable.     The very initial communication with your secretary was impressive, then when Sal got to our home he was just above and beyond a positive experience!! He was quite technically adept/knowledgeable, and our old system required intense trouble shooting (to say the least). He was able to communicate all of the options and consequences/outcomes for each. He truly did whatever he could to secure a safe functional unit, and I wasn’t even sure that it was possible. But when you cannot afford an entirely new ac unit, you wish for a tech such as him to come to your home!!

    Great service all the way around. Epson was our service tech that initially came to fix our furnace, but due to the age getting parts would be expensive. So the following day Joe came to give us an estimate for a new furnace. Joe was great, honest explained everything to us from the unit to financing. On Monday morning Chad and Zach installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. They were very professional friendly and polite. They answered all of our questions, explained everything they did and how the new unit works. They did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend using Groggs from the service tech, sales and installation all the guys were fantastic.

He was quick to identify the problem and quickly fixed it, setting my anxious mind at ease! Amazing customer service all around, which is why I like to use this company! The only drawback I can think of is that they are comparatively a bit more expensive than other companies, but they are super timely and reliable! And they are also very honest about being a little more expensive, so the transparency is a plus! So far, I’ve only used the plumbing service, but will be switching to Groggs for my HVAC needs going forward! Thanks again, Groggs!

    Groggs is a great company. I had a leak with 150 water bill. They came right out and fixed the problem. Poor guys took a bath thats how much water was under the house. I was terrified the price would break me. The price was perfect and fair well worth the money we will save now. I also have an estimate for my water heater after the electrican fixes my wires. I will have them back out to fix it. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for the future.Matt and Rick came back out to replace my valve. I want to thank them both for the amazing and very grateful job they did. They deserve appreciation for having to deal with my plumbing problems.

After discussing options, I went with #2, which was affordable, 10 years parts and labor. A no-brainer. Install crew, Mick & Frank were on it, very personable knowledgeable and courteous.
