2024This is an update to my previous review. We were experiencing gurgling sounds when flushing our toilets. Graham Simons Kevin and Caesar to the rescue. The plumbers replaced the toilet seals and o-rings on two toilets and scoped the drainage pipes leading from the toilets to the main drain line, removing a soft obstruction that was part of the issue.We are always very pleased with the service provided by Graham Simon Plumbing. They are professional, courteous, and arrive on time for appointments. Kevin and Caesar explained the work that needed to be done clearly and answered all of our questions. I decided to replace the bathtub with walk in shower and move washer and dryer to my garage. I called Graham-Simon to see if they did that type of work, when Kevin came I said this is what I would like can it be done. He took measurements and said yes, my bathroom looks great, and what a great job the plumbers did. When the tub was removed and the shower stall was about an inch narrower than the shower pan, Russ came up with an idea to make a strip of wood that covered and it looks like it should have been there all the time. I didnt shop around for a cheaper price since I have had this company here on other issues, I know how they work since I didnt want to have to pay twice if I chose a different company.Special thanks to Russ, Butch, Kevin, Brandon and the girls Jodie and Jayden. They are truly professionals. I am very pleased with their work. If you want a company to do a job with no complications, Graham-Simon will do the job right.

Hello. At one of the properties that the business owns, we were having drainage problems from the downspouts into the drain lines. Graham-Simon Plumbing sent out Kevin and Caesar to take a look at the issue. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable . They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the drains flowing free again in no time. They cleaned up and left the area as clean as it was prior to their arrival. I would highly recommend them. These guys came that day to fix my septic issue when I called later in the morning. They are very nice and polite and professional and got the job done fairly quickly. They even asked if there was a back entrance to my basement so they wouldn’t track any water or mud which I told them yes. They made sure it was done and no leaks happened before they left. The only thing I wished they did was put my cellar door back down which they forgot to do. I found it left wide open the next day but that was a small issue I should’ve double checked. I would still use those guys for future issues.

Graham-Simon plumbing completely exceeded my expectations. They arrived to my house at the scheduled time, and inspected the area where the drain was leaking. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me two options to repair it, and quickly fixed the issue with ease. Their knowledge and professionalism did not go unnoticed, especially after the first plumbing company I called was here for 15 minutes, said they couldnt repair a drain, and left. I will now be a Graham-Simon customer exclusively if I ever need a plumber again.

I had 2 projects that I brought GSP in for. One was a bathroom project whereas Im installing a new shower enclosure. Once I tore out the old unit, I found that the original builder had installed gate valves behind the wall which is a big no no. I wanted to transition from copper to pex and didnt want to use sharkbite fittings so GSP came in and used press fittings to get me set up. The second project involved installing a smart valve (replacing another gate valve) on my main water line coming in. Using press fittings again, they installed my new FLO by Moen valve. On both projects they did a fine job. They did everything for the price they quoted me and they showed up at the scheduled time. Would highly recommend. Before and after pictures are attached.
