We hired the Metro team for our design/remodel and were very impressed throughout the entire process. We had a tight timeline due to our baby arriving and they hit it, which was incredible. The team is seasoned, organized, professional, reliable, detail oriented and very communicative which we greatly appreciated. It’s now been two months and my husband and I still say at least once a week how happy we are with our new home and how much we love what they’ve done. We highly recommend Heather, Tony and Josh to take on your project and make your home the place you can’t wait to go after a long days work!

Metro Design Build recently remodeled my kitchen. They did a terrific job and I’m very happy with the results.Everyone involved was a delight to work with. They were excellent partners from the first design consultation through the final tweaks and polish at the end. The team was accessible and great at communication. We hired Metro in 2022 to do the project management and construction on our kitchen remodel and we were incredibly happy with Tony, Heather, Josh, and their team! We had completed our design work prior to meeting with the Metro team, but Heather was willing to meet with us to review our design, offer feedback, and help us update a couple choices (at our request). She was also available throughout the process for quick design consultations (i.e paint colors, cabinet panel design, etc.). Tony and Josh (our project manager) were also incredibly helpful as we finalized some of the construction details. We had a soffit / dropped ceiling in our kitchen that I really wanted removed and other contractors had taken a quick look and told us it had to stay, but Tony and Josh were able to identify a solution that allowed us to raise our ceilings, which made me incredibly happy and made the finished product significantly better than it would have been if we had kept the lower ceilings. Throughout the process, Tony and Josh were incredibly patient with all of our questions and we are so happy with our decision to use Metro. We would definitely work with them again, if we had another house project!

Metro Design provided excellent design services followed by a fantastic renovation, including the removal of a fireplace and installation of cabinetry and lighting. The Metro Design team was EXCELLENT. Friendly, responsive, super organized. I really enjoyed working with them and especially appreciated that they finished about 2 weeks earlier than the plan. I highly recommend this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Metro Design Build. Before I found them, I couldnt get another designer to answer my emails/calls and actually work with me because my project was too small, and Heather and Tony were unbelievable. They responded right away and took on my project even though it was very small (color consultation for cabinets, picking tile for a backsplash, and installing the backsplash). They were punctual for each appointment. Heather brought creative ideas/solutions and gave me a design that I LOVE and would never have thought of myself. They answered all of my questions and were so kind and easy to work with. Then for installing the backsplash, they brought in a great tiler, who was friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Tony came to check in on the progress and make sure it was being executed with excellence. We had a large space to tile, and the whole project was done in two days (with one tiler!). Absolutely incredible. I would recommend Metro Design Build for every project big or small. They are laser focused on providing high quality, trustworthy service, and they make sure all of the partner they work with perform similarly high quality, timely work.

Having just completed my first full-scale bathroom re-model, I cannot recommend and thank the crew at Metro and particularly Tony Pino, enough. Tony initially responded to my plea on a neighborhood group after I was let down by another contractor AFTER having done the demolition! He happily took on my project at short notice, was endlessly helpful with design ideas, cheerfully put up with my indecision and changes-of-mind, worked seamlessly with sub-contractors, and encouraged me in making choices that worked beautifully. That the workmanship and finishes were of impeccable quality was just the icing on the cake, and I think the results speak for themselves!Thanks Tony, and your whole team... I can and do whole heartedly recommend Metro Design & Build to anyone, first time or seasoned remodeler!

Metro did a great job renovating our bathroom. The design process was a major added value from what we saw at other places. The designers, Kate & Sam, really listened to what we wanted, and they also presented options for us to consider that resulted in a bathroom that looks great and is not just some cookie-cutter project. During the construction, the quality of the work was great, and Metro did an excellent job communicating with us about each step along way, including when there were a few delays due to supply chain issues. Josh was our project manager for the construction, and he was excellent in communicating and addressing any minor issues that came up.
