And they cleaned up after themselves. For over 20 years Sean or his guys have taken care of all my electrical needs, at my business, my rentals, and my homes. They have fair prices too! Patrick and JC did a great job! They installed two new lights in my basement, added switches as well as mounted a hanging lamp in my entryway. As I have had many tradesmen in my home recently for different projects I can tell you that I know when folks do a thorough job and dont cut corners. They not only did an excellent wiring job in my ceiling, they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves and even took all the trash with them. Pricing was fair. Highly recommended.

Came home Sunday to my garage doors not working. Found that all the lights and appliances in my entry and garage were dimming or cycling on and off….Called Signature Electric in Cheyenne, WY and spoke to Sean, he immediately determined the problem over the phone just by hearing the issues I was having and scheduled me for a trouble shoot appointment Wednesday. He was perfectly on time and quickly went to work. He found the issue almost immediately and had our power restored within the hour.Home run in my book! Great people and friendly service. Businesss like Signature Electric, that are fast, professional, knowledgeable and affordable are hard to find!

We were having an issue with power running to an outbuilding. I called 5 places and Signature was the only place that answered. Jennifer was able to get someone out to take a look despite having a pretty full schedule. Terry came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed in about an hour. He explained exactly what he was doing and educated me on the next steps we should take to rehabilitate the sketchy electrical situation the previous owners left us with. I would absolutely use Signature again.

His guys did excellent work and went the extra mile to do a follow-up 10 months later after the finish trim-out had been completed. The project was a bit pricey, but youre paying for QUALITY WORK. No shortcuts taken on your home or business.

We are new homeowners of an older home and we are still learning what it takes to assure safety when it comes to electrical work. Signature Electric did our initial inspection and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding which is what initially impressed me. When the guys came to do the work on our home, they were extremely courteous and friendly. They were here to fix a set list of items and even went above and beyond to complete a couple other jobs that were beyond my capabilities. Never once, did they seem inconvenienced or annoyed by my requests. At one point, there was a miscommunication regarding a specific task that I had requested but was not on the to-do list. What matters in these cases, is how the situation is handled. I received a call from the owner, who preceded to go to great lengths to resolve the situation. I have never interacted with individuals within a business that made me feel like my concerns matter and that there are no stupid questions. Simply put, I could not be any happier with the services rendered. For all of your electrical needs, big or small, call Signature Electric!!

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a local Cheyenne serviceman. We made a call that we had parts of our electricity in our basement in the morning and by 3:00 pm the owner came out to do our service. He was very polite and respectful. I am very nosey so I asked lots of questions and he answered them all fully in a way I could understand (not in a way that would ensure his need to return if the problem occurred again as so many trades professionals do). The issue that we had was extremely complicated as we had a hidden junction box from a previous owner. After a few hours the first day the problem was not found. After ensuring with us that it would not hinder us to stop work for the day he left to return the next day. With his instruction my husband and I were able to deduct approximately where the junction box was (his instruction saved us time that we could have been paying him for service). When he returned he brought a scoping camera and located and repaired the junction box with only one hole that was bigger than a little spackle repair of which we just got an access panel to allow access to the junction box in the future.I was very impressed with his service, response time, knowledge, communication, friendliness and work. I would highly recommend him to any one in Cheyenne needing electrical help. I will also ensure that he is the only electrician we use in the future.

We lost half of our power on a Friday night, after everyone had closed for the day. A call to Sean at Signature Electirc was immediately answered. Less than 5 minutes after the initial call, Sean called back to say he was on his way - he arrived less than 10 minutes after that. Sean was very professional and courteous. Within 5 minutes of being on our property, he had diagnosed the problem, called the power company (it was there problem), relayed the problems, and got them to respond. Even though this was after hours and the rates were 1 1/2, Sean was able to work with us and get the service call to a very affordable rate.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNATURE ELECTRIC - I DO NOT SEE HOW YOU COULD GO WRONG!!!

Sean was awesome I had a home generator system in the house I bought and was not sure if it was all up to specific wiring code he saw what I had and told me how it works. He was easy to listen to and explained it in terms I understood. I have jobs in the past he has done and nothing but the best work and is very enjoyable thanks again 🙂

Signature electric recently helped me with several small fixes around my new house. Sean was very helpful and responsive with the quote. The work was done by Terry. He did a great job with the wiring and cleaning up afterwards. Overall, Im very pleased with their work, and I will definitely call Signature Electric again!Update: Had Signature back to run power for a mini-split. Service was just as good as the first time. As before, Sean was very prompt getting me a quote, and Terry did a great job with the install.

We use Signature Electric for all our electric needs and repairs. Most recently, Scott and Pat installed some ceiling outlet reels for our pottery wheels. They were courteous, prompt, neat, and did a fantastic job! The new reels will conveniently keep cords off the floor and are a huge asset to our new studio.

Used their services twice at my current location. First time they installed ceiling fans and bathroom fans. Second time a gentleman named Terry Nichols came out and helped install a new outlet for an overhead microwave. When there was a misunderstanding in regards to the request, his boss allowed him to stay and go above and beyond and helped my family members install that particular fixture in the house even though it is not something they normally do. I have used Signature Electric for years and appreciate their professionalism and service. They are all awesome, but Terry deserves the Kudos for this particular above and beyond the call of duty. I took a star away because he damaged one of the walls during a new light switch installation and didnt mention it to me. Im handy so I will fix it but to just leave and not say anything upsets me slightly.

We were moving something and it hit a plug that was plugged into our outlet it made a popping noise and suddenly no outlet in the room worked. Called these guys and they showed up in less then 15 minutes. The service was PHENOMENAL and the price was completely reasonable. Sean came out to address concerns regarding a house I bought. Another electrical company did an inspection prior to my move in and didnt find numerous issue which I found within a few days of my move. Sean went through my concerns and confirmed most were valid. He discovered several additional issues, one being that a finished basement area was incorrectly wired. He advised me not to plug in anything requiring a ground. Signature Electric is the only Electrical contractor I will use to fix these issues and for any future needs.
