I just wanted to say I have had a excellent experience with master controls llc. The other day some electricians came by to fix a light on our loading docks and he went to the above and beyond to make sure we had a working light to indicate our drivers. I believe his name was Robin . Very well rounded professional and experienced electrician. Explained to me the whole situation unfortunately I did not understand with no knowledge of such . But what I did understand is the light was operational and our staff no longer has to signal outside on the loading dock to tell truckers it is ok to leave or load.Thanks to your staff and teamI recommend master controls to anyone in Cheyenne or near by areas .

Edit 8/6/2021After a quick rescheduling (within 24hr of my previous review), Paul and his crew were out at my house in less than one week of receiving a quote. Without knowing whether Master Controls had my business, they offered to schedule with the city to have my electrical, water, and gas line demarcated. This was a very nice complement to the very competitive quote I was given for my job which consisted of installing two new circuits to three new receptacles, a grounding rod, a whole home surge protector and upgrading all the breakers to in my panel.Their crew worked quick, clean, and we’re very personable. While I was initially doubtful that I’d be hiring Master Control because of a scheduling snafu, I am very glad to had their services.As a final note, the work came in almost exactly on budget even with a few issues that arose from old wiring in my home. I’ll be giving MC all of my future business without a 2nd thought.———————————————————————————I only spoke with Paul who was very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable over the phone. We schedule an broad time to get an estimate on a residential job but nobody contacted me during the week. I called back and he apologized and said he would be coming out himself at a set time (3pm) and was a no show/no call.This company seem like a they do solid work but I won’t be contacting them for a 3rd time to be blown off.

When my well water stopped working, Master Controls called me back right away and came over within 1.5 hours. They explained everything to me and fixed the pressure tank Control. They were fast, professional and really saved us! Thanks Paul!

Paul and Mike were very prompt, wore a mask and shoe coverings. I had a 220 volt outlet put in my garage for my Tesla. They did a very professional job on the install. The job was no small job since I didnt have any fuse positions in my panel, they installed additional panel and then had to run #6 wire to the garage. They did a very clean job, really good guys to deal with. The bid was lower then what I had expected.

I can’t thank Master Controls enough for its quick response when I called for help with an electrical problem at my Laramie home. Within two hours an electrician arrived, and shortly after that the problem was fixed. The employees were pleasant, professional, and efficient, the bill was very reasonable, and I have peace of mind that my home is safe again. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!!

Master Controls did a great job with our fitness studio and worked with us on keeping us on a schedule despite the chain supply/vendor issues we experienced during construction. Paul was receptive to our concerns and was flexible and instrumental in ensuring the project was not delayed and moved forward so we could finish on schedule. His team was responsible, picked up after themselves and kept the area clean. We would definitely recommend using them and would gladly hire them again for any future projects.
