    I had the absolute best experience with this company! Victor is dedicated and thoroughly completes any job he’s assigned. We completed a build out of an office unit needing walls demolished and walls rebuilt. Victor and his team was able to complete this quickly and did an amazing job! Highly recommended!!

    This company is awesome and very professional. I bought my first house and I wanted to turn a sitting room into a bedroom and they were able to do it in 2 days. I would recommend them for all if my jobs very very good. As you can see in the photos they were able to add a wall, and then place a door to the new room. This company is great I really want to express that!!!

    Fast response and great communication. Repaired big hole and damaged ceilings in my bathrooms. It is difficult to have smooth ceilings repaired without bumps or other defects, but their work is perfectly seamless - youd never be able to tell the ceilings were ever damaged! Highly recommended A++++

    Wonderful experience working with this company from final touch. The entire process of getting our remodeling covered by insurance and then worked on went so quickly and effortlessly. This company was very professional, prompt, quick to respond to any questions, and made sure our house was taken care of start to finish.     Once again, I had VIP do a couple of jobs for me. They painted my downstairs ad removed my hedges. I have a huge downstairs 1650 sq feet, and when I tell you they did an amazing job they did an amazing job!! The price was very good with the work being amazing. I really enjoyed this company, and with me being a new 1st time homeowner this company has placed me at ease. I highly recommend this company for all of your home needs!!!!

    We first connected with VIP after a tree fell on our front deck, messing up several floor joists and decking boards. We thought we’d need a whole new deck, so we called them for an estimate. Victor and Luis came by, checked it out, and suggested fixing the existing deck to its original state, saving us the cost of a full replacement. They also gave us a quote for building a new deck to our specs, just for comparison. Seeing the price difference, we chose to repair the deck since we didn’t need a complete overhaul. Plus, our insurance claim wouldn’t cover a brand-new deck without us paying a couple thousand out of pocket.The repair quote was surprisingly quick and affordable, which made us curious. When I asked about it, Victor said his main goal is to support his family and his employees’ families. He stressed that taking care of customers is key because they’re the ones who enable him to provide for him and his team. His ultimate aim is 100% client satisfaction on every project.After we agreed to the repair, he gave us two choices: he could buy the materials himself, or we could go with him to Home Depot to purchase them. It wasn’t about trust; I think he just wants customers to be as involved as they want, ensuring everything’s transparent and fairness.During the repair, Victor pointed out a few other issues that needed attention and left it up to us to approve or disapprove his recommendations. For instance, he showed us that one of the handrail 4x4s was rotting at the bottom, and after further inspection, he found another rotting 4x4 on the other set of steps. Aware that these additional repairs would incur extra costs, he suggested that we cover the cost of the necessary materials, and he would work with us on the additional labor costs when it was time for payment. These extra repairs cost us an additional $250 in materials, and (YES) he gave us a significant break on the labor………..because he’s fair!Victor’s crew was dedicated, diligent, and professional. Aside from the repair noise, you wouldn’t even know they were there. Victor himself is thorough, humble, and personable; he truly cares about his work. We’ve already scheduled him for a few more projects which we’re needing done around our house.The repair turned out perfect—we didn’t expect it to be this good! We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result and highly recommend them for your construction needs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would without hesitation. VIP would be an excellent choice if and when you need their services!!!
