    PART 2, NYC APARTMENT:Im back. Its several months later and weve now been through a *second* excellent experience with Palette-Pro, as a result of not one but TWO serious leaks in our NYC apartment.P-P absolutely came to our rescue and made what could have been a painful and protracted process of fixing major leaks (plus the ceilings in 2 rooms of our downstairs neighbors apartment) take as little time as it possibly could have to repair.And they managed the job, coordinating with me, our building staff, the building management company, the downstairs neighbor and her adult daughter, and OUR plumber, not theirs. The fact that they pulled all of this together meant that I didnt have to for which I am very grateful.The process went pretty seamlessly and smoothly. It was such a relief to know that we were in such good, trustworthy hands. All fixed now...and once again, we can shower in our apartment. Very happy about that!! Thank you Palette-Pro, Willian and Rafael! You guys are the BEST!PART 1, CONNECTICUT:My husband and I just completed a renovation with Palette-Pro. They did a lot of painting and other amendments to the house. But by far, the most consequential project was the gutting and renovation of our primary bathroom. And it came out perfect!!I’ve been through renovations in several of my past homes and in several states. I’ve never had as good an experience as I had with Palette-Pro. They were (are) responsive, professional and kind. They were also thoughtful about the recommendations they made to me as we worked our way through many many on the spot decisions.In particular I want to call out Willian Lago of the Palette-Pro staff who spearheaded the bathroom reno.     Great job by Palette Pro power washing and staining our house. We had used them the last time we did the project and were very pleased with the work to return to them again. All our contacts with the company were professional and prompt, including Andre to estimate, Pedro to oversee and Fabio on premises. The job was done on time and fit quickly into their schedule.     I was referred to Palette Pro from a friend who had seen their work and was highly impressed. I called and spoke to Sophie who gave me as much information as possible and asked me to send pictures of my kitchen cabinets. She said Rodrigo would get back to me with a price to have the cabinets painted. He was very timely in sending me a detailed email with exactly what would be done and the cost. I sent a third of the cost as the deposit the end of March 2022 and work began the middle of May 2022 which was not a problem.I was told that Adrian was going to be my painter and that he would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. The Palette Pro van was parked in front of my house at 8:15am on a Wednesday morning! Adrian Jr. and Adrian Sr. arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started removing all the cabinet doors and hardware. All the relevant hardware was left on the adjoining shelves. Except for the machinery they used, they worked as quiet as church mice. Once the doors were removed, they were taken back to Palette Pro for refinishing. Adrian Jr. said it would take approximately one week.One week later both gentlemen were back and on the job before 8:30am to paint the fixed cabinets. They METICULOUSLY taped paper and plastic drop cloths on everything not to be touched by paint. They started painting in the afternoon with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of the color the following day. They returned on the third day to replace all the doors, hardware and remove all the drop cloths, paper, tape and their equipment.There was NOTHING for me to clean up only to replace the kitchenware back in the cabinets.I cannot say enough of the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and friendliness of these 2 men. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Adrian and Adrian and thank you Rodrigo for sending them to do my kitchen! A job extremely well done and second to none.

    We just finished using Palette Pro to paint 2 bedrooms and refinish hardwood floors in those bedrooms and the hallway. They did a beautiful job. The floors came out amazing. They were quite stained and pitted, but youd never know it. We have additional 2 additional rooms that need drywall repair and painting and we will be using Palette Pro. Top notch company.

    Everyone involved in the renovation project was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with, especially William who oversaw the job and Daniel the painter. They were on time when they said they would be there and finished within the original amount of time stated, even though I asked for some extra work during the process .     Super great, impressive experience! I had a relatively small, 2 day exterior limewash job, but despite the small project size it was treated in an exceptionally professional manner, I feel! From the estimate, to design through the construction and completion of our project everyone involved was highly skilled, responsive and adaptable. All paperwork can be conveniently done via phone apps. The crews know their craft well, are respectful of the home, and do things the right way. Rafael our project manager was an excellent communicator and planner. He saved us time and money making recommendations and followed up on every detail.     We had an exceptional experience working with Palette Pro to complete a significant update of our house. From the scoping of the job, to the price quote and contract, to the detailed projected timelines, to the actual work that was carried out with minimal intrusion into our daily lives, to the finished product and the attention to detail, it was all done exceptionally well and with the highest level of service. The Palette Pro team is the real deal for professional and well executed painting and renovation work.The price quote was accurate and we did not get billed for anything additional, and the contract is electronic and detailed so you have an ongoing record of what is inside and outside the contract. The team completed the work on time, and even worked on Saturdays to get the job done. They cared about every detail, even making sure that the AC vents on the floor fit perfectly and were as minimally visible as possible.And the best of all was the professional attention of Rafael, who came to our house to check the work on a regular basis. If something was not right, Rafael would examine it and send it back (he did not wait for us the client to notice an issue, he took care of it before we even saw it). Rafael ensured that each and every one of the punchlist items were taken care of. The team is just so wonderful, they even fixed a few small things around the house that were completely outside the scope of work but were driving me crazy. We now have freshly painted rooms (and this was no small feat because the prior paint job was a complete disaster), a beautifully tiled fireplace, as well as built-ins in our family room and beams on our ceiling that are simply wonderful and make us so happy. Would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

    My 35 year old kitchen was stuck in the 80s until Palette Pro arrived. The oak cabinets were restored and painted to a smooth factory finish. The painters were exceptional - neat as can be! The carpenter was a magician - glass doors and enclosed doors were manufactured and hung with precision (all open shelving). Hardware was mounted with mathematical accuracy. All the workers were exceptional and I was completely at ease with them in my home. The communication was easy and the timelines met. I look forward to my next project as Palette Pro is now my go to!

    In the summer of 2023, Palette Pro performed a major renovation of our kitchen, living room, dining room, 2nd level hallway & downstairs entryway. The kitchen involved a complete demo removing all old appliances, cabinets & creating a pass through between the kitchen & dining room. The entire process, from the initial estimating phase handled by Rodrigo and construction phase overseen by Rafael was seamless & professional. The attention to detail & superb craftsmanship of the entire Palette Pro team over exceeded our expectations. Palette Pro brought our dream kitchen to life! They truly cared about having us feel comfortable & worry free during a 2 month renovation process. Rafael made key recommendations on lighting & moldings that other contractors probably would not have thought of. Everyone on the Palette Pro team was amazing in terms of quality work, friendly interactions & overall professionalism. Joe (carpentry) & Jorge (electrician) stood out for their excellence.     Palette-Pro professionals Rafael, Rodrigo, and their workers did expert and meticulous work refreshing and updating the interior of our 100-year-old house and were a pleasure to work with. They renovated two bathrooms and four bedrooms, removed old wallpaper from our stairwell and hallway, refinished our hardwood floors, built and installed new kitchen cabinet doors, and replaced a crumbling column on our front porch and installed a new storm door. All of the work done by Palette-Pro plumbers, electricians, painters, and carpenters was carefully done and completed in the designated time frame. They were also very flexible, adapting the many stages of the project to our busy schedules. This is the second time we have hired Palette-Pro to work on our home.     We recently had our kitchen cabinets painted or refinished from a cherry wood color to gray on the island cabinets and white on the wall cabinets. The job they performed is fantastic and the 2 gentleman who did the work I cannot commend enough. They were all professional, clean, caring and made us very aware of what they were doing. I was a concerned about having this done as the cabinets are only 7 years old. After researching the process and now the finished product speaks for itself.

    I had two bedrooms painted along with a door replacement and woodworking. There was extensive preparation with wallpaper removal, scraping peeling paint and skimcoating applied before the walls were painted. The doors and new window frame were stained and polyurethane applied. I am extremely happy with the results! The painters and carpenter were very courteous, quiet,neat, and paid attention to detail. The workers cleaned up everything; there was nothing left for me to do! Rodrigo was available and answered all my questions. I will definitely hire them again.

    This is the second job I had done by Palette Pro. The first time, they completely re-skim coated the walls in my prewar co-op, replaced all skirting boards, added crown moulding and painted everything to my exact specification.I then asked them to come back for one day to one small bathroom that wasnt yet renovated at the time of the first job. The service was easy to book --- you actually speak to a real person, Valerie, who was able to confirm right away the exact date required, which was about three weeks in advance. The painter arrived at precisely 8:00am as agreed. He came in, looked at the job, went to his vehicle to get supplies and returned. He was very neat and tidy, took care to gently remove the light fixtures and lightswitch plates etc. for a clean finish around everything. By 5pm he had completely finished, cleaned and swept the floor and said goodbye.I got the invoice the next day and sent payment. All very professional and to a high standard. I will continue to use their services as I need them!

    This is the best home improvement company I have used in years. They did a superb job painting my old house. They were excellent with repairing plaster moldings. Jobs done in my house were: floors, walls, wallpaper, installing ceramic tile floor, and resurfacing kitchen cabinets. Everything gets a 5 star rating.
