Technician Bret from Heads up sprinkler system was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He installed the water valve in 20 minutes. Then did the test for the system. He was only at the my home for 45 minutes. He was amazing. I will recommend them to everyone.

The work was completed in a professional and efficient manner. I had a sprinkler system installed by this group of professionals on 20 December 2017. The warranty on the system was for 2 years. On 14 May, 2019, I took some pictures of a crack that had developed on the pump. The pump was leaking a little water and I had intended to call Heads Up Sprinkler systems office to schedule a service call to ensure I would get the issue fixed under warranty before it elapsed. I got busy with life and forgot set up the service call and by the time I called them to take a look at the issue, it was 8 April 2020. Of course the system was not under warranty by then but I took a chance and called them anyway. Mr. Greg Gibson came out and inspected my system and covered the repairs under warranty since I was able to prove the pictures were taken within the warranty period. Considering I didnt present the pictures to him til after the warranty had expired, he didnt have to cover the repair under warranty. Situations like this make customers happy and they become repeat customers. I will always do business with this company and I have given great feedback to many homeowners in my neighborhood when they inquire on the company that installed my sprinkler system. Ive had a great experience dealing with them and this is brilliant customer service.

These guys are top notch!! We have an in-ground sprinkler system that hasnt been run for over 5 years and we called Heads Up to come out and help us get it running. From the very minute the technician showed up, he was solution focused. He knew what he was doing, kept me informed of everything he was doing and why it needed to be done and didnt let minor issues deter him from getting the system working again! By far, one of the best companies in the service industry across the board. I wish I could find handy man services, electricians, plumbers, etc. that were as good at what they do, honest, hard working as these guys!

Just had an extensive system installed by Heads Up. 103 spray heads for my large yard and garden beds. Their system design was excellent accounting for all the different intricacies of my yard. The team was professional and conscientious attending to every detail. Despite the fact that pipes had to be put underground all over my yard, when you look at my yard just 1 day later there are only minimal places where you can even tell any activity took place. Literally within about 2 weeks you wont be able to tell they were here. The price was very fair for what was done. I was also trained by their staff on all the details of operating the system. (Its easy) A+ all the way around.

I began using Heads Up last year. Three different technicians have serviced my irrigation system...David, Ryan and Brett. Each of them were professional, efficient an courteous. Ryan put me onto a homeowner version of the remote system for controlling each zone. Now I can sit in my recliner in the sunroom and control the length of time to water each zone or I can just run the entire system with the program. Great company with excellent customer service.

Brian and Bill worked closely and very well with our landscaper on the design.Their recommendations on products and placement of lighting fixtures are greatly appreciated. We really enjoy the ability to operate both systems using our mobile phones.The installation crews were great, hardworking and efficient. They also went above and beyond to install conduits for our outdoor speaker wiring.We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Heads Up and use their recommendations, especially the landscape lighting. The perfectly placed lighting greatly enhances the curb appeal of our property!We highly recommend them for your irrigation and landscape lighting needs.

We are very impressed with the installation crew and leadership. The install techs were very responsive to questions and suggestions. They worked hard to prevent lawn damage and repaired areas they had to dig into. The crew leaders were great to work with and treated the install technicians with respect. Weve had excellent service with any help we needed as we learned to use the system and the office staff are extremely accommodating.

Our builder used Heads Up for the front and side yard irrigation at our home in Smithfield. When we were ready to complete the system in the backyard, we called on Heads Up. Their estimate was in line with our expectations and Brian was able to get us scheduled in short order. The installation crew was professional and efficient and Darrell, the crew chief, provided a system tutorial before leaving. Terrific! Heads Up has earned and receives my highest recommendation.
