    Very professional dealings with this company and super fast response. When I called for heater maintenance, I picked this company from reading reviews online so basically went on a whim. They have not disappointed. Unfortunately, an entire new system was needed. Very fair pricing for the quotes received for new furnace and a/c unit. (They were very patient while my husband and I did our homework and sought other estimates as well). From the initial contact with the gentleman who came out to give the estimate (Dan?) to Jon the installer and Christopher the tech. All have been very responsive and professional Also, there was a miscommunication/oversight in the financing details however they kept their word and honored the financing contract as was. That, my friends, is the marking of a solid company. Thank you Davis Heating & Air, job well done.

    I was having a home renovation project completed where a large doorway was being added to an existing wall. Once the wall was opened it revealed that 2 radiator pipes were in that area and would need to be rerouted before the project could continue. This was the week before Christmas and this needed to be completed quickly so the rest of the project could continue. Davis Services offered to come out next day. The project ended up being huge as they had to drain my whole old boiler system and then refill the system. This took a team of three people 2 days to complete but they honored their original quote and even upgraded the valve system at no extra charge so that this process would not be as difficult for future projects. The technicians were friendly and completed the job well. Would definitely recommend them for future work.

    Davis sent a young man, Chris to our home to replace parts on our very old broiler and he did a great job! He was professional and considerate of our home. Davis should be proud to have that caliber of workmanship on staff!

    My heater was turning on and off and wasnt generating heat. I called Davis, they set me up with Ralph, who called me quickly after I hung up with dispatch. Ralph gave me a time window and arrived in said time. When he arrived he was very courteous and got to work quickly. He diagnosed the problem which was something fairly simple. This was an all around great experience and I signed with Davis for their annual HVAC maintenance plan. Thumbs up to Ralph who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

    I can not say enough good things about Davis Home Services. My heater wasnt working correctly and they were able to send someone out next day. Christopher was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, finding and fixing the issue quickly. He also did some other maintenance and checked my CO2 output. On top of it all, they were very affordable. I highly recommend Davis Home Services for you HVAC needs.

    This is second time using Davis over past year. The first time I got Harry. He was awesome so when I called for service call , I requested him but he got promoted and was not available. They sent out Chris and he was Knowledgeable, professional and very efficient in his work! I was very satisfied with his services! He got my air conditioner at my rental property up and running within the hour which made my tenant very happy. I have to add the person answering the phones ( Garett ? Or something close to that is so friendly, helpful and professional as well ! Overall, a reliable and professional company.

    I had Davis Home Services come to help with a new thermostat. Ralph was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I could not use the thermostat on my old boiler, but Ralph gave great advice on a thermostat that I can buy.I was very impressed with Davis.

    I called them at 8:30 in the morning and someone came out by around 11. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. We were so impressed with everything that signed we up for the “total home care club” warranty during the first visit.

    I have Christopher as my technician. He was quick to find the issue on my furnace and gave me his honest opinion. He suggested to replace the bad parts rather than buying a brand new furnace which will cost me even more money. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back to him the next time I run into issues with my heater.

    Chris was awesome very knowledgeable took his time looking at the control panel to see how it was supposed to be set up to find that the one wire was set up backwards from the two switches. Once he corrected the issue the heater started working. I cant thank him enough.

    Hit the jackpot with Davis Home Services! AC unit stopped working yesterday. Couldn’t even get a return call from the company that installed it. Saw great reviews online for Davis.     Our AC went down at the begining of a week that was predictable to be pretty hot! A referral I received from a friend had no availability so I chose Davis from Google. They scheduled our house for a couple of hours after the call. Christopher Lewis was fantastic and provided professional, friendly and immediate service on our AC. Not sure what the usual rate is for AC repairs, but it was less than expected. Will use them again in the future!!!

    This would be the 2nd time Im leaving a review for this company. The last time it was 5 stars. And, once again, its 5 stars.We had a Davis tech (Daniel) come out for a regular maintenance check-up before the winter season really kicked off. Hed found an issue and we scheduled with him for another visit so that he could fix what he needed to. Unfortunately for us, when he opened up our HVAC unit to replace a broken fan, he found a much, much bigger problem. He went above and beyond to figure out what the cause was, and, thankfully, we were able to get on Davis books to replace our entire HVAC unit because it was corroding from the inside.This morning, Jon & Ty made quick work of what was a massive project. They skillfully and carefully removed my old unit and replaced it with a brand new one. They walked me through everything they needed to do and answered all of my questions, and when they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They were fantastic.Davis techs continue to be quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks, again!

    This was my first experience with Davis home services for my air conditioning preseason service. Dan did a great job as I saw through my window as he used my hose and sprayed off my air conditioner. This was NEVER done before by me or from the other big name Cherry Hill area companies (my unit is only 6 years old so it’s not visibly dirty) but a nice touch by him. Then came the dreaded I’m done and here comes the extra services push…well I guess I was prepared for a war but he just mentioned recommendations and then asked if I’d like to have any of them emailed to me for further consideration. Davis is more money than the others but I feel confident with them and will be calling for the blower cleaning.

    My wife and I had an intermittent issue with our furnace turning on and off and contacted Davis Home Services for help. They sent Daniel out later the same day. Daniel was fantastic to work with. The issue was very tricky, but Daniel kept at it and made sure to clearly communicate where things stood and what steps he was taking along the way. We ended up needing a new furnace (due to a cracked heat exchanger) and also enlisted Davis Home Services to install that. They promptly sent Josh and Steve out for the installation and they were great to work with as well. They did a very clean, quick installation and had our heat back in order. We trust and would recommend Davis Home Services to others and will be contacting them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

    I have a commercial retail business (Ice Cream Parlor) and had one of our rooftop AC units go down during the hottest week of the year. Turned out we needed an entirely new unit and Davis went above and beyond to get us back up and running PROMPTLY! Harry (our technician) went out of his way to reach out to all possible avenues to find us a new unit as quickly as possible and within 3 days the new unit was on its way. As soon as the unit arrived Harry and Nicholas (our install technicians) along with their crane team had the old unit out and our new unit installed within hours. The new unit immediately brought my team some much needed relief and brought us back to 100% before our biggest weekend of the season. Needed a new water heater to replace an old one that I had - and Davis was actually able to keep the same brand, which had worked extremely well.     Harry arrived early for my appointment after calling to make sure it was ok. He was very knowledgeable. He replaced my thermostat & inspected my air conditioner to see why it was not working properly. He explained what the problem was & showed photos he had taken of the problem. He told me what my options were & also about the company’s service plan. I contracted to have a new air conditioner installed.I was quickly scheduled for installation.On the day scheduled, Russell arrived on time with two other men. They worked most of the day in my crawl space to change out my air conditioner. They were all very polite. Russell was very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done correctly. I was very pleased with the service.

    Of course, on one of the coldest days of the year, our heating system died (it was 20 years old). Called Davis Home Services because they did plumbing work for us in the summer of 2021 (replaced hot water heater, fixed leaks and repaired a toilet). They came out same day to confirm what we already figured. Next, they had estimates and were working to juggle their schedule to accommodate our situation. Next morning, Iggy and Michael arrived to install the new system. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense when it came to getting the job done. When they were done, they checked everything to make sure it was working properly, and did a great job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend!

    This is the second time I have used Davis and they will be the only plumbers I use going forward. They unclogged a sewer line the first time AFTER we were told by another company we had to replace the line. The second time they fixed a sump pump. They are professional, fast, honest and reasonably priced.
