Davis Drain Cleaning really came through for us in a time of need. On a rainy evening in Cherry Hill, we suddenly found sewage water backing up into our basement - what a nightmare! We immediately called Davis Drain and they had a team out to inspect the issue within an hour.Ronnie, Wayne, Luis and Ron got to work, jetting our drain lines from both inside and outside to try and locate the blockage. It didnt take them long to discover the problem - an old section of clay pipe running from our house to the street had cracked, causing a major clog. But these hardworking guys werent deterred. They dug a huge hole out front, maybe 4 or 6 feet deep, to access the damaged section below.I was impressed watching them go at it with the high-pressure jets, wrestling that pipe back into working order. What a mess it was down in that hole, but they cleaned it all up professionally before filling it in. Our drain is now flowing like new again. Davis Drain really saved us from a bigger flooding disaster, just in time before the next storm. Their prompt response and skilled handiwork earned them lifelong customers in me and my neighbors in Cherry Hill. Top notch service - you cant go wrong calling these guys for any plumbing or drain issues!

Nigel completed the job of unclogging kitchen sink drain and snaking basement pipes out to the main. Nigel also replaced a few old pipes that were leaking and also put a much better pitch on a pipe in the basement when he resecured it. Very polite young man who explained everything. Job was completed in Florence.

I called Davis Plumbing at about 7:30 in the morning explaining that I had a leak from the water line connected to my refrigerator with an inoperable shutoff valve. They said a technician could come the same day between 1pm and 5pm. The technician arrived around 3:20 and finished repairing everything just past 4:30. Our technician’s name was Azeez. I very nice and knowledgeable young man! I will gladly use this company for any future issues.

Davis came out to figure out why our kitchen sink was clogging after being given a quote by another plumbing company to have a floor dug up (we are on slab) and the pipes replaced. They used a Jet to clean out all the sludge and slime; and it came with a five year warranty. Highly recommend.

Great service!!I woke up at 2am to find the water heater leaking from the top like a sprinkler.Initially I sent Davis Hime services a text at 650am and then tried again with a call at 940amJessica answered the phone and was very friendly and professional (loved that she added “hope we can make you smile) by the end of the call I was Definetly smiling when she said she could have someone out in 40 mins to look at the water heater. I received text messages on who would be arriving with a picture and the estimated time of arrival. Devin arrived by 1025 to save the day within a few minutes he let me know the issue and discussed the options with me. I asked for a few minutes to look at my options while he went outside to wait. I let him know my decision and he started promptly. Worked on the replacement a within 5 hours I had a new water heater with an auto shut down valve installed!!Devin was extremely efficient with his time and walked me through what was installed and what I needed to do he also answered any questions I had.This was my first time using Davis Home services. I will definitely be a return customer for any future plumbing issues that may occur in my homeThank you guys so much!!
