    I lost my tankless heater heater and I called Cardwell a couple days before Christmas. They handled everything and had there install team at my house right on time on Christmas Eve and I had hot water back for Christmas.I highly recommend this company. I have used them several times in recent years and everything was great. Everyone from the front office to the field techs really know how to get the job done.

    I called at 8am on Sunday and Eric was at my house by 9. He was polite and went right to work. Eric identified the issue and gave me a proposal within an hour. He was able to secure the parts within 24 hours. Eric also went back to headquarters and retrieved space heaters so we could make it through the night. I never write reviews unless it is outstanding service, and this was! Thank you for restoring my faith in an excellent work ethic! Sincerely Mike Gilbert

    Tyler was very punctual, friendly and thorough in getting the issue resolved, he informed me along the way about what he was doing and explained preventative measures to avoid the situation again. He also shared that there were coupons i could use for discounts. He stuck around outside to double check that the sink was draining properly. Iā€™m glad for a last minute problem i contacted Cardwell for my plumbing repair.

    Cardwell not only fixed our heating issues, but did it on New Years Eve, knowing that we are a business and our customers need to be comfortable while waiting for their vehicles. Nico and Eric were awesome as usual. Hats off to Cardwell!!! We will never use anyone else! Happy New Year!!

    When Cardwell HVAC sends a service tech to your home it feels more like a friend or neighbor has come by to check on you than it does like there is a stranger in the house.Personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, Cardwell teammates arrive on time and get right to the work to be done. They take the time to explain what needs to happen to restore HVAC services to your home. They always offer cost effective solutions and they never skimp on quality.I could not give a stronger recommendation for Cardwell HVAC. If you value peace of mind and being treated with respect call Cardwell. If you like worry and stress call another HVAC vendor.

    This was our first time using Cardwell. They were very responsive to our plumbing needs. Great interaction with customer service. When a unique part for our shower was going to take 2 weeks, and after learning we only had one bathroom, Cardwell exceeded our expectations by going out of their way to expedite an alternative fix within 1 1/2 days. Also had an open issue with a leaking pipe in our basement that I had the plumber (Tyler) look at, which he also fixed to our full satisfaction. Tyler (sharp kid) was great to work with, taking the time to explain everything to us, and always asking us if we had any questions about the work he had performed. We will definitely be using Cardwell for any future plumbing issues that may arise!

    Awesome! Any time weā€™ve ever needed our HVAC system serviced, weā€™ve gone with Cardwell. They have legit technicians who do the job right every time. Sean came out to service our AC system and install a new thermostat and he did an awesome job. Super honest and pleasant to work with. He showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. We also had Ryan come out to help with some plumbing and he was great, too. Honest, knowledgeable, on time and friendly. All around legit and reliable company with experienced, hard working techs.

    We had Mike come by and do our winter maintenance. Heā€™s absolutely fantastic. Took the time to explain what everything was. Answered all my questions. Gave me his true and honest opinion about our system, what needed to be done more urgently, what could possibly wait, and things to consider moving forward. His honest feedback was truly appreciated. Heā€™s very much exceptional, and we would be happy to have him come back to do our maintenance in the future.

    Everything was smooth and transparent from start to finish. John came and did a thorough walkthrough of our home and then provided detailed estimates that would help address our needs. He came again 6 months later as we were closer to following through on our project. John also helped us navigate the options and the potential programs to offset costs. The site survey with install supervisor was also quick and painless and helped set us up for success on the day of. Install day was all hands on deck. Everyone was very really respectful of our home and our time and space. Drop cloths and canvas was placed to protect our floors and furniture. The install took almost all day but in the end it was very organized and clean.

    Jessica, the scheduler, was awesome! I scheduled a time slot for a Saturday & forgot I had plans that day. Jessica worked to change my appointment and even texted me back to offer a sooner one which worked better.Sean ,the technician was very! He was on time; not too early & not too late. He worked quickly & neatly. This was my first time using Cardwell but, they both represented so well, it will not be my last. I will certainly sing their praises to my friends!

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! This was the ONLY company out of 6 I called that advertised as ā€œavailable 24 hoursā€ that was available the same day after business hours. The tech was very knowledgeable, took the time to show me what was wrong, explain what I needed to do step by step & did not leave until he was sure that he had answered all of my questions. He was VERY clear about the cost. I appreciate this company & its service so much & will be recommending them to anyone who asks.10/02/24 update: Wellā€¦A/C dying. Since my unit is so old it used the old kind of Freon thatā€™s been phased out nationwide. So, new system. Anthony was great, explained everything & found me multiple discounts & rebates I could use - plus a free air purifier which my cat & I will appreciate. Chris & his partner (I CANNOT REMEMBER YOUR NAME I AM SO SORRY) were very professional, courteous, answered all of my questions & were great about staying out of my say since I was working from home.     Mike, my technician from Cardwell HVAC, was just so fantastic--very knowledgeable and so incredibly patient with the many questions I had for him.     From initial meeting to get estimate.. to completing installation today (7/19/24) of a complete HVAC system, including new line set, my experience with Cardwell HVAC has been seamless and very relaxing. A team of three service people (Chuck, Rob and Chris) arrived at my house @ 8:45 amā€¦ and were finished with the installation just before 3 pm.     I called Cardwell when my home AC was not keeping our house cool enough. They sent someone out the very next day even though I said it was not an urgent situation. Technician Al Nicolosi came out and got right to work inspecting and investigating the problem. He replaced a faulty part and corrected a couple other issues and even educated me about what I can do to help keep our system running efficiently. Al was respectful and courteous and represented Cardwell with professionalism. I highly recommend Cardwell HVAC.

    This was my first experience with using Caldwell. I had a plumbing problem. Ryan came within the time frame that was given to me. He was very pleasant, sociable and very knowledgeable.     I just recently replaced my HVAC system and we chose Cardwell HVAC and Plumbing and could not be happier. We met with 4 contractors and after speaking with Anthony Colaciello from Cardwell, who came to our house and assessed our needs we immediately knew we would give them the job. It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony who provided all pricing options, and answered numerous questions we had over the next few days immediately and was always available. Installation took 1 day to complete. We enjoyed working with Nick who coordinated the work at our house and Anthony who stayed in contact with us during the entire install making sure we were happy. I spoke with Bob Cardwell who contacted us during the install who made sure we were happy with the solution to a problem that crept up during the install. Their warranty for Parts and Labor on the equipment was the best of all the companies we spoke with during the process. I highly recommend Cardwell HVAC and Plumbing for all your HVAC needs.

    Nick and Mike were awesome! They performed maintenance on our air conditioning units which was long overdue. They also observed issues that could have caused failures down the road. They were able to repair those issues while they were here ( huge!) and all was done in what seemed like no time. All was explained perfectly to myself (Service Director) and our CFO who was also impressed with their thoroughness. I feel confident in knowing that Cardwell will be keeping our heating and air conditioning running smoothly.

    Im super happy with Cardwell!Yesterday we had an issue with one of my rental properties and I needed someone to respond quickly.I had the pure pleasure of speaking to Jessica at the office who was professional and very friendly.     Tyler was polite funny smart and had a great sense of humor very knowledgeable on what he was doing worked fast efficiently and made sure everything was in working order .he walked me through each thing he did step by step and didnā€™t push me a side like most people do he allowed me to stay near so he could teach me things i literally felt so cared for and respected and we even shared some laughs the experiemce was amazing i felt like he was legit family and when he left the first time he came here he hugged me good by and i said listen for now on i will be only asking for u by name when i call i donā€™t want one touching this house as far as plumbing except u i trust u completely and i feel like ur a member of this family people should start being more like how great of communication and interaction u have us today those people are very hard to find then he came back a few days later to fix something else and got the same experience again from him . he is the only one i trust and communicated very well with my dad my dad can be a difficult man to communicate with and doesnā€™t like most people but heā€™s blown away by the experience knowledge and experiemce we share with him and said we will have to fix everything else when ever we get more money my father and i agree thereā€™s no one in the world who still has manners and patience and humor like tyler gave us we both told him to stick with this company cause we only want himfixing things here and that this company is so incredibly blessed to have someone like you. it means the world to us please keep coming backmr. brennan

    Nicolas and John and Sean Talbot has been Amazing from Cardwell. They spent time with us, explaining and going over the process of what was going to happen next. While John sat in our 90Ā° house going step by step over an application with me 3xs because Im not tecky, Nicolas litterally poured sweat putting in temporary units to cool us off. Sean was beautiful through and through working outside in the heat, never stopping to rest. He also went out if his way to help me w/an issue i was having and excerted himself in his efforts blessing me. These men shined brightly and brought beautiful recognition to there companies name. I called late at night and early in the morning and they were there. John and Sean came out multiple times until the probkems were resolved. I Would highly recommend them and this company for any cooling/ heating and water heater service you may need!!! They are handling all three for me.. May God bless you men greatly!     Sean arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He serviced our equipment with precision, explained what he was doing and gave us tips to prevent issues. Although he was here on a preventative call, he did find that we needed a capacitor and he replaced it. We live in a 55+ community and had a coupon for $50 off a $200 service or 5% off a call. Sean called his office for the $50 off discount approval but was told he could only give us the 5% off-a difference of $37 dollars. That was the only concern I had with the service as it was misleading.

    Updated 5/12/22: Had a mystery plumbing leak in the ceiling of my kitchen so I called Cardwell after my excellent HVAC experience last year.They were able to get me an appointment that afternoon with their plumber Christopher. He arrived on time and was transparent about all the troubleshooting work he had to do; he was clearly very knowledgeable. After some minor repairs we thought we had the leak repaired and a crisis averted - since it was so quick, I asked he could snake a drain line in my upstairs bathroom which he had no problem adding to the service visit. He worked to unclog it and even had to run to Home Depot for a new drain stopper before wrapping up the visit. As soon as he left I went to see how the sink was draining - unfortunately, doing this led to the downstairs leak returning! I immediately called Cardwell and left a message - they had Christopher back here within about 30 minutes to begin tackling the issue again! Long story short, we had flux decay that was eating through a drain pipe - the thorough snaking job likely exacerbated that issue and caused the leak to worsen. If we hadnt done that, we wouldve just masked the issue temporarily and been right back to where we started at some undisclosed later date. Christopher worked diligently to isolate the issue with minimal holes in the drywall (youve gotta cut it to see where the leak is), cut out the damaged piping, and replaced it with PVC. The work was done cleanly and thoroughly - in the event I have any future plumbing needs, Ill be calling Cardwell without question. It may be new to their business, but Christophers experience was top notch in solving my problem for a very reasonable price.Kyle and Jeremy were on time and very professional. They clearly worked with hustle while not cutting corners. During the final walk through I brought up that something else was on the proposal that hadnā€™t been addressed. Once they were aware and confirmed this they didnā€™t bat an eye at trying to resolve the issue. I also asked for a condensate line to be replaced and again, no issue or attitude - just top notch customer service. As long as the install holds up, Iā€™ve found my go-to HVAC company for years to come.

The noise coming from our return vent didnt improve by the end of the install, so they came out the next day too to remedy the noise issue which was successful. Wouldve been a perfect install if it was all done in one swoop without having to call attention to the noisy return that we wanted remedied in the first place.All in all, we are very satisfied with our new 2-stage system.

    Scheduled Scheduled appointment same day to figure out what was going on with our heater in the middle of winter. The rep on the phone was so nice and helpful in getting scheduled. The tech came out promptly and was extremely professional and friendly.     May 2021I used them once before when I had a problem with the heat. They came, found and fixed the problem the same day.Now I had them in to check the AC system before the summer. Also, had them review and recommend necessary heating repairs.They are professional, knowledgeable, on-time, adhere to safety protocols and explain everything they do or recommend.Update July 2021Called them on a Tuesday morning, day 2 of a heat wave, with an AC problem. They came that afternoon! They fixed the issue the same day. I asked them to do the maintenance on the system while they were here. Everything was done on the one call.At the time, I was babysitting my 11 mo old granddaughter, who was napping. The tech, Nicholas, was wonderful.
