Communicated every step of the way, and did excellent work at a fair price. The team actually met up and got my part and came back and installed it at 6 pm at night!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything to do with water softening work in our area.

    Long story short... we had very bad water issues. It tasted bad...smelt awful..made anything white... brown...That being said...I got ahold of the Water Doctors. They sent a gentleman named Shane and he got to work on what our problems were...after a while he had our answer and a solution. He was very professional and a great person to deal with. He explained what system was needed and why...good detailed information and then set us up a appointment to get closer to having good water.The day comes and a gentleman named Isaiah shows up... I could have talked with him for ages... super cool and down to earth. He as well gets to work on installing the system that we got.... very professional job he did.. looks great and was left very clean...job well done. I will be including the pictures I took of the equipment and installation..ok now....Its been two weeks....I cannot be more excited about how everything has turned out! It is so great to have clean.. non smelling..not staining...healthy water..Some of my girlfriends skin issues are now clearing up thanks to better water...cooking food is better...clothes and self all are feeling better....having good clean water is essential...I cannot thank all involved more but We Thank You very much.I definitely would recommend this business to anyone I know.Excellent professional job and excellent people.Remember to support your local business for they are the backbone of your community.

    Had a water filtration system installed for my well house as my well water smelled really bad and was staining and ruining all of my appliances and fixtures so far so good although the maintenance on it is a little confusing and very involved and not cheap.     I was able to text to get an appointment set up which was amazing. Their communication was flawless and done between text and email. Jason was extremely professional and did an amazing job with fixing our faucets including going down in the crawl space to fix a pipe that was broken. Everything looks amazing and there have been no issues. We will gladly use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

    We have been using water doc since we bought our house in Roy. They came out showed us our entire well system, and walked us through how to use and maintain it properly. We had then our recently for an issue and they were able to resolve it with a plan moving forward if we need. I can’t recommend them enough when it comes to water needs

    It had been over 20 years since drinking tap water before installing this water system. We’ve had our new system for a year now, and I love how people come over to drink our water. We installed the fluoride free filter for the kitchen sink, and so happy with our system and taste. Ditched all water delivery services and never looked back. Best home purchase ever.

    Tim and Jason were dependable and came at the appointed time. They found the leak under our house in a short amount of time and fixed the leak in less than an hour. I cant say enough good things about the Water Doctor. I called a couple times, before setting up an appointment, and talked to Tim. He was very helpful each time and was willing to come the sixty plus miles to our house to find the leak. We had spent almost two weeks and $1,000 looking for the leak on our own.     I contacted The Water Doctor of Washington about a filtration system that was already in place when I moved in that I needed maintenanced as well a leak in a pipe between my pressure tank and filtration system. They were very quick to get back to me and had Shane come out the next day to look at things. Shane was very friendly, professional, and thorough in his inspection of my situation. He explained what he thought I needed which included a new pressure tank, neutralizer, and softener and gave me a very reasonable quote on the work I needed done. I appreciated that he didnt recommend a whole new water filtration system because the system I had seemed to be filtering the enormous amounts of iron in my water already. A few days after he was here I contacted him about questions I had about my water pressure and he was again very helpful.A week later they sent someone else by the name of Shane out to do the extensive work I needed. He was also friendly, professional, and thorough in his work as well as walking us through everything as he was working. Im beyond thrilled with the customer service as well as the work that was completed. I highly recommend contacting them if you have plumbing and/or water quality issues they are fantastic!

    We purchased a water softener/filtration system from Water Doctor several years ago. This was one of the best improvements we could have made to our home. We no longer have brown stains on everything from the inside of the dishwasher to spots on our clothes and we have great tasting water. Not only is our water great now, but with the service plan that you can get from Water Doctor, we never have to worry about making sure we have pellets or filters for the system. Our service technician is Mike and he comes out regularly to take care of that stuff. Not only does he provide excellent customer service but he is also very professional and a genuinely nice guy. My wife and I are both happy that we purchased this system.

    Water Doctor staff were pleasant and respectful. I needed a drain leak fixed that was detected in a home inspection when I was buying a house. The leak turned out to be minor and they were able to take care of it with putty. They also hooked up my new washer and dryer and provided a newer hose. Costs were minimal as they were efficient and didnt charge me for any parts.

    Water Doctors of Washington in Vancouver helped me with a problem of water spots and dark stains despite having soft water. An additional test identified the presence of silica. Aqua Shield, a set of two additional filters have been installed that will eliminate the current silica deposits and stains and prevent them from forming again. Everyone I worked with at Water Doctors was prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to even better water quality. Thank you all so much!

    Bought this home and had a plumbing inspection done….unbeknownst to me the pressure tank was bad…they also found other issues and let them be known…the 100 gallon water heater was almost 20 years old and electric and I wanted a KINETICO water softener installed to combat the hard water and iron issu…they got my new pressure tank, tankless water heater, water softener, and dish washer replacement done right away and were super efficient and professional…if you live the Chehalis, Centralia, or Salkum areas I highly recommend this company and you also get to support local business… they are definitely going to be my go to plumbing company for all my future needs

    We live in the Rainier/Yelm area where our well water badly needs filtration. From the very beginning, Shane was very helpful in testing our water and recommending a system. They have continued to be very helpful even though we are not close to Chehalis. In particular, Shane has gone above and beyond his evaluating/sales type work to help us whenever anything has gone wrong. He is particularly helpful in explaining what he does so that I can try to do things like changing filters and troubleshooting etc by myself if I want. In short, he and they take Customer Service seriously, which I really appreciate!! They recently started a general plumbing business as well. I have used them for that as well, and have no complaints.

    I love love love to write reviews, the good the bad or even the ugly. I also LOVE to read others reviews. I must say there are few here that had me raise eyebrows only because the treatment we received from the Water Doctor crew from sales to install and even the check up calls has been nothing less then flawless. The sales guy was awesome and when he came to the house after the trade show I saw him at he was friendly took his time and explained everything. Mind you we already knew our water was not so great and very hard. The install guys were AMAZING and so friendly and again walked us through absolutely everything from how the system works to how and when to change filters. Every step they took they let us know what was going on. They had to cut one hole and they asked first and it looks great. They even helped relieve a few pressure issues with our existing lines. We were told by more than one person about filter changes and managing salt. All in all the money spent for the system including the filters and salt FAR out way not being able to drink our water. Then to top it off the hard water and deposits that are now NO LONGER ruining all of our appliances from water heater to dishwasher and septic and plumbing lines!!! I couldnt be happier with all of this! THANK YOU Water Doctor!!!

    You will not go wrong using Water Doctor. Though I had to wait a bit for my appointment, the wait was worth it. Shane was unbelievably skilled - a total expert. He was able to diagnose what was going on really quickly and it required a return trip. He fit me into the schedule just a few days later and was back to complete the job. Great service is increasingly hard to come by. This was out and out one of the best experiences Ive had for a home/well repair. If I was installing a new system, I would use Water Doctor. True pros.

    We have thought about getting a water treatment system for years but put it off when we got a quote for over $8000 from another company. After looking at other options and companies, we learned of The Water Doctors. Shane 1 came out, tested our water and made a recommendation of what we needed and cost. The cost was so much better than we had gotten previously and I mean by alot. We were able to get an install date just about a week or two after initial consultation. Shane 2 and one other tech arrived as scheduled, got to work and in less than 4 hours we had new Kinetco water softener system installed and drinking clean fresh water. There was no mess and they tucked the system exactly where I wanted it installed. Shane 2 was very helpful in explaining all the components and how they worked with each other and how to perform the regular maintenance. He also offered the system maintenance program available. I would highly recommend the Kinetco system and The Water Doctors for you water treatment needs.

    I cannot sing enough praise for our water softener installation from Water Doctor. This includes everything from Jeffs initial presentation to post install follow-up. The installation took less time than expected. Bonus! The installer/technicians Chirs and Isaiah were professional, courteous and efficient. They were on time and kept us informed of their progress throughout the install. They explained how the system worked and what to expect. It’s been a week since the Kinetico water softener and the Dechlorinate was installed. We started noticing the differences in less than a day while doing the dishes and then taking a shower. Our tap water tastes better, and we use less soap when washing clothes. Not to mention that our skin does not feel dry after a shower. I highly recommend this company and the Kinetic water softener system.

I thought they were going to service at the same time , but they didn’t. Weeks later I had them back out to take a look at another issue. They not only repaired that issue, but they also completed my annual service at no charge. Because they felt bad about the misunderstanding. I strongly recommend Water Doctor of Washington.

    After building a new home and moving in, imagine our surprise when the water - as of day one - was so horrible that we thought we were going to have to sell our new house. We had researched water quality reports and the neighborhood water well before we started the building, and nothing implied that we would have water issues. After spending the entire first week in our new home alternating between unpacking boxes and researching water filtration systems, with a few desperate tears scattered in there as well, imagine my surprise when I called Water Doctor at 3:45 pm on a Friday, left a message, and then Shane called back at 5:30 pm, saying he could be to our house to test the water by noon on Saturday. I was thrilled, surprised, and thankful! We had a whole house filtration system installed, along with reverse osmosis in the kitchen. From my initial phone call to Shanes first visit to the tech who installed our systems to Shanes follow up visits, this company is top notch.     Young man by the name of Levy installed our system today. On time, very professional, confident, cleaned up after installing, explained how the system works and what our requirements were to maintain the system. I will write another review after a month or two to let you know how the system is performing. I have no idea whether the price was too high, but you can expect to pay $3K-4K depending on the system you select. Since it looks like this system is being installed widely, it is highly recommended that the local Water Doctor office write a procedural/maintenance manual for all us dummies-please include pictures, lots of them. As I said, Levy explained things, but I probably wont remember all the steps. Please write a manual.

    Shane called ahead of time to confirm we were going to be at the house. When he arrived I showed him a leak and also spoke about the lack of salt being used. He took it from there.
