    Thankful for them! The technician on call was open and honest about costs. He was more than willing to come but we decided to wait until Monday. Dallas came that afternoon, quickly found the issue and replaced our pump quickly.Great to work with, would highly recommend.

    Had a no water issue, called this company , super nice over the phone, scheduled them to come out. They were here first thing in the morning. The guys were really nice, I dont know much about well systems they answered all the questions I had. Replaced my pump and pressure gage. Had us going with water in about 2 hours. Id recommend this place to anyone with a well issue.

    Moerke and Sons drilled my well almost 20 years ago and they are still a very good reliable company two decades later. They also installed my water treatment system in my garage along with my water softener. I’ve been very happy with the system. I still hear good things about the company from current customers. They are a locally owned company and are highly recommended.

    Had no water! Turned out new well pump needed and other electrical updates in well house. This company is 10 star! Professional, compassionate, expert, urgent service provided same day, great communication. Awesome Dawson was excellent at doing and explaining everything. Anthony on the phone coordinating getting us cared for was exceptional as well. We are so grateful and thankful!!!

    When we had our water shutdown it appeared to be a pump issue. MOERKE was recommended and they advertised emergency services. I called them on a Monday morning about 8 AM and a service person showed up about 9:30. He diagnosed the problem to be a pump control item and already had a replacement part in his truck. He only took about an hour to repair.The service was competent, efficient, professional and courteous. The final bill was within expectations.I could not have asked for better service.

    Great company to work with. Had to have two different crews come out (one for a pump replacement, one to deal with my filters) and all four gentleman were efficient and nice guys. Grateful to Anthony as well for setting up my appointment, giving me fair prices, and breaking down things for me in layman’s terms. Highly recommend!

    I had a leak at the well that was caused by an another service company. The other company refused to come out and even just look at the leak. Even though the leak started just after they left. So I found Moerke & Sons and not only did the come out quickly AND fix the leak, they also spent time to ensure the whole system was working properly. We found an additional issue with the well control box and they fixed that too. All for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Moerke & Sons. They do great work, are honest and let you know what’s going on as they work through the issue you are having. And they went above and beyond to look at the whole system not just the issue I called them out to repair. I am definitely recommending Moerke & Sons!!!

    Highly recommend these guys. We had pump issues and they came out next day , and stayed late to help fix our issues. We ended up having to replace the pump and the guy that came out was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced as well I expected more for late night work than what we got billed.

    Wow. What a great company! We called Moerke&Sons Pump and Well Drilling just after 0800 on friday May 3rd. NO WATER.Told us that theyd be there that afternoon. We got a courtesy call when they were 20 minutes away. Dawson was just great, made sure we stayed safely back from operation and answered all our questions including cost. He found a cluster of burnt wires and replaced them and was all done reassembling everything and done in 2 hours. We found that AMAZING. Got the bill a week later.. Wow for labor, parts and all, very inexpensive. Great customer service skills by Dawson and new assistant Tell. So impressed and will highly recommend Moerke and Sons to everyone with big or small well problems. Know that you will be treated with respect and get a fair price. They also go to Thurston county(for those of you that have tried those pricey companies there). Thankyou also to Jose and Anthony Hackett, who can answer questions and schedule a timely appointment.     End of September No water at the house. Saw Jose at Moerke & Sons, he sent out Dawson & Dallas to inspect our well & system. They did a full diagnostic of our system from the well to filter system and more. The issue was our filtration system, which had failed. We spoke with Brent at Moerke & Sons about replacing our old filter system. He ordered it and Derrick and Brian installed it. What an awesome job they all did. Nice clean job! Great service, very helpful and reassuring that it could and would be fixed. We couldn’t be happier with outcome and definitely would refer them! THANK YOU, ALL at Moerke & Sons,…your our place for well, filter and water issues!

    A friend of mind recommended Moerke & Sons after an accident involving my well head. Their customer service over the phone was spectacular and their techs came earlier than scheduled because they were in my area (Montesano). They had the well head fixed and water was running again in less than 2 hours. I havent gotten my bill yet but I dont expect it to be exorbitant. They were great and made it a lot less stressful for me, would highly recommend their services to everyone.

    Every time we use them, they are the kindest people, answer our questions and fix our broken stuff. When we have dealt with them, 3 seperate times over the past 2 years, it seems like they truly care about you and arent just in it, just for every penny they can get. We will hopefully not need them again, any time soon, but, next time we do need someone, this is the company we will use.

    Real happy with them. Got replacement parts that day for a fair price, figured out further my pressure tank is bad and they are helping me with the warranty saving me $700, they did not do the original install so I’d say that is very cool of them 👍

    We were having a problem with our well pump and I could not find anyone local willing to come out to repair. My last phone call was to Moerke & Sons. They also were unable to come out quickly but the gentleman I spoke with was able to diagnose the most likely cause. He gave me a very detailed explanation on how to remove and replace the parts necessary for the repair.It truly was an easy fix. I am very grateful for the time he spent educating me on what to do.     Had a great experience with Moerke so far. Still getting the pump installed soon but I was grateful that they truly got our well drilled when they had availability instead of us having to call and try and stay relevant. They didnt drill any deeper than they needed which as a first time property owner, I was kinda worried about, as that would have made them more money. Honest and efficient!

    Our family and business have been served by Moerke and Sons for over 30 years. During that time, they have replaced at least two pumps and have made occasional repairs of switches and gauges. We live in the country and our house and nursery business use a total of four pumps. When irrigation pump problems occur in summer it is critical that repairs are done quickly to preserve our nursery stock. And when the house water goes out, it is also critical to get the water back on. Moerke has always responded as quickly as reasonably possible. Moerke has also been helpful in providing suggestions about solutions to water problems. We are grateful for their help when water problems or irrigation needs arise. They are a class act.

    These guys are great. My pump started to shake my entire piping, and it was rattling like Spanish Castaneda. I called my neighbor, and she recommended them saying they did her punp the day before. They came on time as promised, and even though they said it would be around 1800 to 2000 dollars, it ended up just resetting the system and the pressure and all ernt back to normal. Very nice kid and super helpful. Definetly will do business with them in the future.
