    I highly recommend Rock Creek Plumbing. We had a pipe pop off our sump pump and Rock Creek Plumbing came out the same day I called. They were very courteous and efficient. They took care of our problem in a few minutes and gave us peace of mind everything was now working properly.

    We called Rock Creek about a propane leak beneath our kitchen stove. After calling several plumbers, HVAC companies, and our propane supplier, Rock Creek was the first company to give us a YES, we service propane leaks. They came out in less than 24 hours, fixed it, and charged us a lower-than-fair price. Ill definitely be calling them back for any plumbing or propane issues. Great technician, too!

    I rarely post reviews, but Im really impressed by this company. Great communication throughout the whole process, which took all of one day! They responded very quickly to my online request and were able to send Jade & Ashton the next day. They assessed the problem, gave me a quote and fixed it within 1 hour. My highest recommendation!

    I had a plumbing emergency that wasn’t a big fix but it was needed or I wasn’t going to be able to use my shower. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and they fixed my issue in less than 45 minutes. I’ve got other problems that are going to need fixing and you can bet I’ll be calling them again. They were professional, efficient and very kind. If you need a local plumber you need to call Rock Creek!!

    Jade and Ashton were fast and professional. I had a leak from the water disposal and then the water lines got plugged with sediment after I turned off the water off under the sink. They were able identify and fix the problems. Pricing is accurate and fair. I highly recommend this business and I would hire them again in the future if I needed a plumber.

    This business is worth every 5 star review theyve earned. I had an urgent plumbing issue I needed taken care of. I messaged them in the middle of the night, they responded and were out first thing in the morning! They were so kind and professional, gave me all of my options, explained everything, and were so knowledgeable. They will be my go to for all of my future plumbing needs.

    Rand and company just left after installing a new water storage tank and repairing our line....our old tank had sprung a hole after 13 years of service. Rand got right back to us, patiently explained what repairing it might involve versus replacement, and helped us reach the best decision. He was willing to work with us no matter our choice, and at no time did I feel he was trying to upsell us or convince us of options we would not need. 24 hours later, the job is done, the tank is filling and our water is back. We couldnt be happier, and they completely examined the line and saw the particulars of our set up. They will be helping us out from here on in, whenever we need it. We cant imagine service being any better, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

    This company is extremely professional! Rand was able to get out to our house earlier than expected, made a quick diagnosis of the problem with our water heater, and had us quoted for a new one (under the budget we expected to pay) all while being friendly and easy to talk to and work with!     A previous owner made a weird diy opening in the pipe possible to dump waste from an RV and something got lodged in there which caused it to plug up and caused sewage to flood onto our driveway. Rock creek was amazing and helpful and helped us get out whatever was clogging up the pipe. We are beyond thankful for it and would 100% hire him again and recommend him to anyone who asks. They are honest, personable and truly professional.

    Rock Creek LLC replaced an exterior faucet on my house. I was given an estimate that was very close to the actual bill. The plumber showed up when he said he would. He turned what I thought was going to be difficult into something fast and easy. Rand is a pleasure to have on the job. He made short work of the problem, left the work area clean, and fit in a patch where he went in through the drywall.     I was walking through Home Depot and Rand was shopping as well,I was looking for plumbing parts and he struck up conversation and gave me a fast lesson on plumbing, because Im a do it myself kind of guy I gave it a shot, well while we where chatting my wife was asking him who he worked for and he gave her the company name and his number, after we talked I went home and gave it a run and failed it was still leaking, so we called Rand and his co owner was at our house within a few hours, he explained how we needed to change over to single valve vs the really old style two valves we had and he explained really well why and he seemed to me to be very honest and sincere,I was thinking a few hundred and it was way more then that, we called another company to give us an estimate as well, and they were a little bit cheaper but I the guy that came from the other company was very rude and didnt want to explain or even be friendly, so without a doubt we called Rand back and they sent the same two gentlemen back out. few hours later and they had our issue fixed within an hour or so, they where both very polite and sincere with there info, they came in clean and left my house the same way. they even hooked me up with a T shirt. I will always use this company, I believe in supporting local business and especially if they are gonna be as pleasant as Rock Creek LLC is and was, you get what you pay for and the guys seems to go the extra mile to make sure it goes smooth and very nicely done as well...looks great. very happy. thank you guys keep up the good work.

    Last night a pipe broke behind the bathroom wall in my son-in law and daughter’s home. Of course it was a cold snowy evening and couldn’t get anyone out to come. Main water valve had to be turned off, so no water till they could get someone out in Toutle. Next morning she called around leaving messages for help, Rock Creek responded, called her back and was out the same day. They were very happy with the quick response and service.
