    Our experience with Hitson was excellent. They were top notch in all areas, from design to installation. We used Hitson in a new build that included four separate projects. All of these cabinets are of high quality and still in excellent condition over a year later.Our designer, Carly, was an amazing resource and guide during the design process. She listened to our ideas, and then she used her expertise to help us identify exactly what we needed/ wanted for each room. Carly made sure to communicate with us throughout the entire process.The installation team was very professional and did an excellent job installing and doing the punch work to make sure everything was installed perfectly. We would use Hitson again and highly recommend them to others.

    We purchased our cabinets in 2022. Very happy with the quality. In fact we went back in 2023 to get our pantry done. Again, excellent quality. Thanks to Hitson we have a beautiful kitchen and pantry and my wife is so happy.

    Hitson built the most beautiful kitchen, and built in’s for me. The quality, design, customer service was excellent! I recently sold my house, and it was only in the market for one day, I was so sad to leave but the people who bought it raved about my cabinets! I am in the process of renovating my new home, and I am so excited to work with Hitson again. They are the absolute best in the business! Thank you for everything !

    We needed cabinets for our entire house and shopped around before landing at Hitson. From the first time I spoke with Kristin, I knew this is where we wanted our cabinetry from.Kristin and Abbey took so much time discussing color options with us and got our design absolutely perfect. We did change things around quite a bit and there was never one time where they seemed frustrated with us, which I was thankful for.The cabinets are stunning, and craftsmanship is top notch!We did run into an issue with our hood not fitting in the into the cabinet, they fixed it and everything looks flawless. Chris was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He took tons of time getting all the small details right. Gary personally called me a few weeks after install was complete just to make sure we were totally happy with everything, and I did appreciate that. We would recommend Hitson to anyone looking for cabinetry!

    Hitson cabinets did a beautiful job with our rebuild after the tornado. From listening and designing specifically for our needs and budget, to beautiful craftsmanship, they went above and beyond. After our installation, they came back to fix an issue that we had, without complaining and in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or add custom cabinetry to their home.

    Kyle and the staff are excellent to deal with. Cabinets were manufactured in a very responsible amount of time. The cabinets are very nice and high quality.Only reason Im leaving a 4 start is the initial install guy was very rude and to get the loose ends wrapped up it took months also I didnt get the finish I was truly wanting. this being said kyle went the extra mile to make up for some of the issues we were having and pretty much made it good in the end. I believe some of the issues may have been due to all the 2020 fun stuff everyone was having. I will most likely used them again on our master bath and give it another shot.

    I used Hitson in a new build. They did a great job. Fast forward to January where I decided I wanted to add additional cabinets (built ins by the fireplace). I worked with Kyle, who was prompt, very nice, knowledgeable, and listened very well when I described my idea for that corner. Will hopefully be getting these installed mid February!

    Our custom made cabinets from Hitson are what kitchen dreams are made of. They carefully designed each detail of our cabinets getting our requests and feedback the whole time. Everything from our pantry to our custom pullouts to our unique oven hood and floating shelves make our kitchen one of my favorite spaces in our home.

    Hitson Cabinets did a beautiful job on our cabinets in our custom-built home in 2012. Seven years later, I decided I’d like a couple of new shelves for the built-in bookcases they installed. After all that time, Gary and his crew made two additional shelves for me and insisted that they wanted to do it for free. I certainly did not ask for or expect that....and certainly not 7-years later! I know it’s a little thing, but I think it speaks volumes. Hitson Cabinets does wonderful work and has tremendous customer service. I can’t recommend Gary and his folks enough. Way to go, Hitson Cabinets!

    When I first met with Hitson to obtain a bid for cabinetry in our new home, I walked away thinking these are the folks I want to do the job. After doing my diligence and checking references I was deflated. I was honest with Gary and told him what I read and he was honest and shared his trials during 2020 and why those reviews existed. He offered an immediate solution to address my fears and backed that in writing. Their work is top notch from design, construction through installation. Every step of the process, they remained in contact with me so I knew exactly how things were progressing. Hitson met our needs, delivered exactly what we wanted and ahead of schedule. You wont go wrong with working with the Hitson team.
