We live in an older house- the walls and the floors are not 100 straight. We discussed exactly what we wanted. Stan and Hermes built custom bookcases on both sides of the fireplace in our living room. The bookcases are very good quality, the shelves are at custom heights, and staining is amazing.We will enjoy these built-ins for years.

My wife found Stan on Facebook and reached out to him regarding the installation of shelving in our built ins in our family room. Stan responded quickly and was able to come out to take a look the next day.In the course of our conversation, we also asked Stan about doing some custom wall work. He discussed ideas with my wife and said he would come back in 24 hours with a quote.We got a quote back that night and he was able to to get us on his schedule in short order.They did everything from soup to nuts (including the painting - Ruben was great by the way) and were in and out of our house in 2 days.Stan and his crew are professional, they do excellent work, his costs are reasonable and he listens so as to provide you with exactly what it is you are looking for.Stan, mark my words, we will definitely be back. ALWAYS on time and ready to work hard, they finished our project sooner than expected. With four kids at home and homeschooling during a pandemic, this mom appreciated the time they put in each day to complete our project in a timely manner! We have already enjoyed sitting outside and could not be more happy with how our patio turned out. Stan did not cut any corners and used high quality products. We love our Shiplapped ceiling!! They installed crown molding, custom paneling, brick fireplace & hearth, painted The entire downstairs including the ceilings, and replaced all trim. Stan did a great job executing my vision for board and batten in my office and also built a custom drop zone for my mud room. He did both of these jobs in one day! He is friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. You can tell he loves what he does. I was referred to him by an interior designer and would use him again on another project.

After weighing my needs and my wants I decided to complete 2 projects instead of just the one. One I needed and one I just wanted. After meeting with Stan things were rolling. Scheduling was quick and easy, Stan was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. He (and his mom 💗) arrived on time and with smiles. Both projects were knocked out in a day and mom cleaned up great! She’s extremely proud of her sons work and he is really good at what he does. I had shiplap installed in a hall bathroom and a shelf built in my laundry room for more storage. Painting happened the next day on both and Ruben was wonderful. Arriving on time, working diligently through the day, cleaning up and finishing the job quickly. I’m very happy with how both projects turned out and would absolutely call on Stan and his team for any future “wants” I may come up with.

Stan was great to work with and we decided on doing built in shelves in the space. I am so happy with his work. At the last minute, I asked for additional shelves for a small cutout area in the bathroom. His work was exceptional and I’ll definitely use him in the future when I finish my office.

We are very pleased with quality of workmanship, so much so that we are going to have them add shiplap in 2 areas of our home. I highly recommend Stan and Creative Wood Designers.
