We have used Pascoal Carpentry for three large projects in our home. They have created a beautiful built in office cabinetry for our main floor office. In addition they completely transformed my kitchen with the installation of new counters, a larger island and a custom pantry. Most recently they installed flooring in our upstairs bedrooms and closets. All work is meticulous. The artistry and craftsmanship is top notch. But the best part of this company is the people. The front facing contractors are responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. Every specialist that was in my home was professional and took time to answer questions and get our feedback. I cannot recommend the team, family at Pascoal enough!

Professional Excellence. I am extremely impressed by their knowledge, skill, and professional and polite crew. I had been having ongoing roof leak issues for two years. Several other companies have come out and “fixed” this issue only to have it flood and leak again the next time it rained. Nobody could seem to find what was wrong. Finally, like a breath of fresh air, Justin Barra and his friendly and skilled crew arrived. They quickly and effortlessly diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained everything to me, quickly fixed the problem, and went well over and above that. They did a couple of other items while they were up on the roof as a courtesy and help to me! At my request, they flooded the roof and gutters with my water hose when they were finished. Not a drop of water leaked. Finally a resolution! And when they were finished, they left the roof, driveway, and surrounding area spotlessly clean-even cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will always use this company for any construction/home needs, and will recommend them to anyone.

Pascoal (with Leo as primary) recently completed a project for us involving replacing stairs, repairing drywall, laying both tile and wood floors and also installing a new screen system on our porch. Leo was very meticulous and did beautiful work- and was quite flexible working around our schedules. Rebecca did a great job dealing with the headaches of permits! We will call them again and recommend to neighbors.

Absolutely amazing team. A friend of mine recomended this company and I was impressed. Very polite and extremely professional. I can’t describe the levél of attention they put into building this lovely porch roof from scratch and the owner Dario made sure all of my concerns were adressed. Dario took the time to draw an estimate of the price and made sure hes charging me a fair price. Very good value for money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Even though he had his men on the job, he was always available with any concerns I may have had. The job, once completed was excellent. Dario and his crew did fantastic job helping me refurbish my 51 foot Bluewater yacht. He put in all new wood floors, walls, and wallpaper. He also refurbished my two bathrooms and completed other repairs spanning from plumbing to electrical. Every person in his company was very detailed and the price was affordable. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for a good carpenter who is honest and detailed about his work. A+++++

Dario and his crew were able to get us on the schedule quickly to get the repairs and paintings started on a newly purchased home. Dario is very responsive and open to discuss different ideas that will work best for us and our budget. We also loved the professional cleaning service he included in our package. We needed help repairing a ceiling that was not structured properly from a previous contractor who took down some walls without transferring the load properly. We brought in a bunch of contractors to assess, and Pascoal was the most attentive and reasonably priced out of all of them. From the beginning, Bruno was very responsive to all of our needs and continually communicated with us during the actual work about what was being done, how they were doing it, and making sure that we liked it. Johnny was there every day with other workers, and that same attention and communication was displayed with us. He did great work in the tight spaces of our attic and then made two beautiful headers and extended walls in the living space that are painted to match the rest of the house along with a nice trim around them. They cleaned up nicely and even sent a separate cleaning crew the following day to make sure everything was spotless. Finally, they were extremely patient with us as we had to halt some of the work when guests were staying over. I would highly recommend this crew. They know their stuff, they get to work quickly each day, and the finished product speaks for itself.

Pascoal was wonderful. They did all the work efficiently, skillfully and they worked long hours to get the job done. We had to replace rotten railings on a roof top deck, replace and repair rottened wood in bedroom ceiling and walls, repaint, and then smaller jobs. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.

Reached out to them knowing I needed a professional to hang a sculpture that was 300 lbs (2 150 lbs sections) and they did an amazing job. Didn’t take them long and they clearly were professionals and took the time to take measurements, make sure everything was level and centered how I wanted it and I was happy. Definitely going to reach out in the future for other projects around the house.

Marcos Costa & his hardworking crew from Pascoal did a fabulous job resurrecting my old screened in porch. It was literally falling apart. My big puppy helped finish it off! Marcos has great ideas & knew what to do to protect the new screening & make it a beautiful space that we can all enjoy. Replaced screening, door, painted, added horizontal posts… plus. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are fast, organized, skilled and knowledgeable, supremely professional, and total perfectionists. They are highly responsive to any and all questions or concerns. The managers will be on site regularly and all work is checked. I have zero complaints.My house suffered a major catastrophe. I hired a disaster company to do the extensive structural and cosmetic repairs. The original contractors did such a poor job of literally everything that Pascoal had to come in and do the entire job again. They did beautifully in 3 weeks what the other guys took 8 months to butcher. These guys are my heroes.

Overall a great experiences from start to finish. Owner showed up on time, provided an estimate for all work, didn’t change or add to estimate, he even provided receipts for all material. He completed everything on the original estimate along with multiple more projects. He is very respectful, courteous, and honest. His crew cleaned up extremely well every day and they were also very friendly. Owner is very meticulous and detail oriented. At the end of all the work he had a cleaning crew come in and make the house cleaner than it’s ever been. I highly recommend this company for all projects!!

Im honored to have the privilege of writing a brief review of Pascoal Carpentry. We contracted with Pascoal for various repairs to our home, and the reconstruction of two decks. This company was an absolute joy to work with. The owner of the company (Dario), his foreman (Jorge), and his carpenters (Mateaus & Manchin) all demonstrated a work ethic that is almost impossible to find in modern times. The quality of the work performed by Mateaus & Manchin) was superb, and they were understanding and responsive to our requests throughout the entire process. The foreman (Jorge) was here daily, overseeing the work while it was being performed. He also made numerous trips to the lumber store to pick up any materials that the workers needed, so they would not have to stop work. After the project was finished, the owner and foreman made a final inspection of the work that was performed and corrected a couple minor oversights (that I hadnt even noticed). When the project was done, Jorge came by and picked up the left-over materials and returned them to the lumber store. Dario assured us he would provide us with a check for those unused materials. Should I need any carpentry work in the future, I will not hesitate to use Pascoal. I only hope I will be able to use the same skilled workers that excelled in completing our project. Thank you Pascoal - job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had an insurance claim to replace our laminate flooring thst was supposed to be completed while we were away for spring break. We came back and our house was a disaster. The flooring company put water and oxidizer on the floor which caused all of our trim to swell since it is press board. All of the fascia base on our cabinets was severely damaged and I thought I would be in for a fight. In steps Pascoal Carpentry. They had a solution for all pur issues and did a tremendous job. Cabinets are not only fixed but look better than they were originally. He and his crew were responsive and happily worked each day. Everytime I brought up and issue they had a solution. They happily vorrected things that were not quote right. I requested a quote for additional work and their prices were very reasonable. These are true craftsman who take pride on their job and are happy to do the work no matter how minor. I put my money where my mouth is. I negotiated the price down. By the end of the job I felt bad about negotiating and agreed to pay the origin quoted price. Thank you again Dario and his team! Use them or call them for any of your needs you will not be disappointed.
