I will not be going anywhere else for my electrical needs.I had my electrical panel upgraded and brought up to code.Vincent was easy going and knowledgeable. Spent time talking me through the job and what was going to be done. He walked me through how they would be removing the old panel and moving the location for the new panel.Clayton and his partner did the work. They were absolutely fantastic. It wasnt easy and it took the whole day, but they made sure it was done right. Clayton was great and took the time to answer any questions I had during the process. And his work and his partners work was absolutely impeccable.

Excellent service! Breaker panel replacement, exterior outlet, installed 2 Ring cameras. Installers were prompt, informative, and professional. If your breaker panel is old, it is a fire hazard. Hire Electricians of Dallas to replace it with a modern version for a good price.

The job is done back in Feb 2023. There was electric instability situation in the house and I called Electrician Of Dallas. Vince advised the possibility cause and have me called Oncor. Oncor terminated the power supply once power leak is found at the external electric panel and suggested me to call Milestone for immediate service. I called Milestone and they came for a service check with fee and suggested a very expensive repair plan. I called Vince again and explained the situation, Vince came out the next day have internal and external electric panel replaced, with a reasonable price and excellent service. They were out of bigger capacity circuit breaker at the time of installation, and they came back in March to have that particular circuit breaker instated when they have stock. Professional and reliable.

I can recommend Electricians of Dallas without hesitation. I have had an excellent experience dealing with them for the past five years both for my business and for my home. I engaged them first for installation of wiring for electrical connections at my companys factory. Weve been in operation in Dallas for over 25 years and finding an honest and competent electrical firm had been a very difficult, almost impossible, task until we were introduced to Electricians of Dallas. That first experience was excellent on every level and since then we have continued to use them for every electrical need that has arisen over these many years.The quality of their work is remarkable. We have never been disappointed. They are truly experts, but what is most significant is that this is an honest company. They accurately appraise the work required. The quotes and subsequently the work are never padded with unnecessary charges (as had been our experience with many other companies).We have also used Electricians of Dallas for many repair jobs at my home. We have always been satisfied with the work and their consistently reasonable pricing. They are truly master electricians. I recommend them highly.

The electrician came out quickly and gave us a free quote on a new panel box. Seemed to be reasonably priced, so we booked him! (Only had one other quote). He finished the job super fast with no hassle, which was a relief. Very nice man, great customer service. I asked him to change one of the receivers of our fans, and he did it the same day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their box.

Customer service rs A+! We were installing a new furnace and were told that there was a short in a component because the breaker kept flipping. Referred us to Electricians of Dallas. Called the office and the owner, Vince Shapton called back within the hour. I explained the situation and he told me he was on the way but had a little more left to do on his current project. Less than 30 minutes later he texted to let me know he was in front of my house. He had an assistant with him and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He made some changes and asked me for the phone number to our HVAC repairman. Called him, explained what he found and told him what to do.. the whole time they were both professional and explained everything to us as they worked. After all that, we asked for an invoice and he said NO CHARGE…he made a diagnosis and he wouldn’t charge for that. He switched some things around on the panel but he wouldn’t charge us. We were impressed with his knowledge and INTEGRITY.. we will use him in the future and I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. Our call was last minute but he didn’t rush through but made sure we understood the details of what he was doing. I am offering this review because my husband and I felt comfortable with his skills before he refused to charge us. Please consider using his services the next ime you need electrical work. Both men were very courteous and extremely personable….actually enjoyed talking to them as much as w were dreading an additional expense. Thanks for your time.

A second generation electrician, Vince does the job right and at a fair price. I would trust him with any job and expect nothing in return but fairness and quality workmanship!

Vince was very personable. Licensed MASTER electrician, second generation. This is NOT a handy man saying he can do electrical. With over 25 years in the business, this is your guy for the hard stuff and small stuff. Fair and reasonable pricing. He replaced my electrical panel and brought it up to code, which required moving it. He only had my electric off for several hours. He installed my security cameras and placed the plugs in the tight crawl space in my attic. On time, no surprises and cleans up after the work is done.
