    We found Mr. Drain on Yelp rated #1 for a reason. Our experience with this company was even better than we had hoped. They expended our expectations on every level. My career was centered around customer service and I am often disappointed with my interactions with businesses these days. Not here. Our plumbing emergency needed pretty quick response. The woman who promptly answered the phone was so good. Cheerful, engaged and focused. We called at the end of the day and they were there the next morning. The problem was diagnosed, investigated further, and the underlying issue was discovered and well explained. The job and cost were clear. They brought in the people to do the work. Each time we came out to watch they showed us what was happening, including the old damaged drainage pipes, the new replacement parts and how it would resolve our problem. Each person appeared in a text and email with their picture and bio. All were friendly and focused on our problem. The trucks and equipment were impressively painted with their logo and sparkling clean. They finished the job same day left the area clean and emailed the invoice and pictures to us. This business is next level and we will be sure to refer them to our friends and neighbor. Thank you to Ed, Antonio and their helpers for your excellent work!

    I cannot say enough how pleased we were with Mr. Drain. From the initial camera look see and drain unclog with Chris, to the actual digging of a new sewer line with Rory and Derek, the experience was fantastic. We really appreciated how well they cleaned up each night leaving the sidewalk so tidy and ensuring safety. Everyone was so sweet with my mom who had just had knee surgery. Giving special accommodation to her with special alerts when water would be off and on, coming in to the house to let her know things personally. We really appreciated the T.L.C. - the owner Greg came personally to explain everything too. They answered our 10,000 questions with patience and smiles. All in all such a good experience. Thank you!

    I decided on Mr Drain after reading many highly rated reviews.Called for an estimate for replacement of a new toilet and sink faucet. The Company provided an American Standard toilet cost about $110, and I provided bathroom faucet, both from Home Depot. The Estimate for both labor and parts was $1800! For same day estimate and work,I felt this was expensive for no more than 3 hours of work I believe since it was the same day, I was charged a premium. I probably could have had this completed by Home Depot for much less.However the quality of Chase’s work, the installer, was quick, efficient and great customer service! I highly recommend him for any job.

    Called Mr. Drain on a Sunday afternoon about clogged drain line. Greg, who is a co owner, responded within an hour. He was unable to clear plug or see what was causing it with a camera. He called one his crew to come out and hydro jet the line and promised to come back following day. The plug was cleared that night. Next morning Greg came back and did video inspection and found a huge problem. I was looking at a major repair job that would have been extremely expensive and would have disrupted my household for up to a month. Thankfully Greg came up with a solution that was only a fraction of the original cost and far less disruptive. The solution still required a lot of work under really trying conditions. It poured rain on several days and the crew worked many days well into the night. The crew was led by Aaron and included Trevor, Matthew, Jacob H. and Jacob R. The whole group was extremely hard working and conscientiousAaron was a pleasure to work with and always responded to any questions or concerns I had. They cleaned up everything and left the work site looking almost like it hadn’t been touched. Outstanding work by this company and everyone involved. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

    Alejandro was professional! He called me to let me know he was on his way and how long itll take him to arrive. Actually, prior to that, they send you a text reminding you of your appointment. When Alejandro arrived, he introduced himself. Got on task. Explained everything thoroughly. He made no mess, was mindful to keep all the gunk in a plastic. He was efficient!!!     I had a backup in my plumbing and I called Mr drain, they sent out Mike Garcia the technician he was very professional and honest. Mike explained to me the options and worked with me for the best outcome possible. I had to get the cast iron clean out replaced. Mike made a couple calls within an hour Jacob and Alejandro were out replacing it. They were quick clean and very personal as well. Im very satisfied with Mr. Drain and their technicians and I would recommend them to anybody.

    Just wanted to thank Alejandro Campos a great deal for doing such a terrific job on a dry wall repair for me and for double checking the previous work done on a leaking pipe to ensure me it was done correctly.     Michael and Bill and the team are a credit to your company as well as the plumbing industry. We never felt pressured, and were given the honest assessment and options to solve our water heater problem.     They said if I left a five star review, they would give me 5% off next time.I called them for a slow drain. They came out the same day and snaked it for $281.I think I’ll just choose a less expensive plumber next time I need one or just do it myself. $281 for a single drain is pretty high in my opinion.

    I could not be happier with Mr Drain and their staff! The initial service rep (Mike) was a very nice and helpful person. I have had two clients (I’m a designer) have serious plumbing issues recently and I was trying to avoid one myself. Mike saw that I had my 3 toilets delivered from Granite Bay Plumbing while he was here (another 5 star company) and he arranged to have them installed same day by Alejandro. What a great guy Alejandro is! I could go on and on but basically he really looked out for us and pointed out anything remiss. He also took the old toilets and cleaned up beautifully. I’m not a big reviewer on Google but Mr Drain deserves a glowing review.

    This company is the best. Trever showed up on a Sunday evening and worked hard to figure out our backed up drain which ended up being a real challenge. He didnt give up. I cant thank him enough.     Aaron from Mr Drain was a very competent and hard working technician. He was sent to us by the owner, Greg, to complete a job that included 45+ year old tree roots hiding, compressing, and even breaking right through the sewage line. He was quick to get to work and completed the job inside of a few hours, reducing the amount of time we were without running water. The job required a follow up the next day to finalize the work, and Aaron stayed in touch with me, and showed up just like he said he would. Great worker, and a fantastic business to work with!

    I called Mr Drain to give me an estimate on a clogged french drain, as part of inspections for a home purchase. Greg quickly identified the issue and explained next steps and what I would need to do for maintenance. Easy peasy! While we were discussing the drain stuff, the home inspector and pest inspector were talking about there being water under the house. Greg asked me do you want me to take a look?. I said yes and I am so thankful I did. The issues identified started adding up quickly. With Gregs estimate, pictures and video I was able to present some hard facts to the seller.     Ed is very personable, knowledgeable, and experienced plumber and gave us great service. Our toilet was leaking due to a worn-out flush valve. Ed presented several options and we elected to just replace the toilet. Rather than trying to sell us a toilet, Ed recommended a make and model that was on sale at Home Depot.     They did a great job! The problem was thoroughly explained, and the solution made sense. He was a little late getting started, but kept me informed. Upon arrival the job was completed timely and with care. He even took pictures showing appropriate metrics-- that it was level, etc. We requested that he not set the toilet until we can tile, and he offered to come back to assist us when we get to that point. Very happy with the work and would call them again!

They communicated well and accurately about the time of arrival. He also helped install a bidet which was an additional bonus.     I had given a call just after 10am to Mr. Drain. I had been given a 2 Hr window. At 11 am the plumber was willing to be there. Which I was not expecting. An hour later I met with Greg Bray. He asked me what I needed to have done. We talked through what was to be done. Then agreed with a price. Greg told me he was going to assign Chase to the work. Since I was not going to be there. He would lock the door after the work was completed. Chase did a superb job!Excellent nothing left undone.

    I started replacing my bathroom faucet and could not complete it because of extreme vertigo, but the water was turned off to the house and couldn’t be turned on.     Greg was great! He helped us with a clogged kitchen faucet and loose handle. He gave us some helpful tips for how we can fix the problem if it ever happens again. He was able to easily fix the problem that a previous plumber wasn’t able to figure out. And, he came over at around 6pm on a Tuesday, which I really appreciated, since both my husband and I work full-time and can’t always be home waiting for a plumber who gives us a 9-noon or noon-4 window He was prompt, friendly, professional, and the rate was super fair.     On Sunday, we had all of of our drains stop flowing. Obviously, we couldnt put up with this for very long and tried several services to get help. Mr. Drain was the first one to be available to come out. Technician Ed Lewis analyzed the situation and figured out that we had a tree root blocking the main drain. He was able to partially unblock the drain enough for us to use it until they could return on the next day. He also made us aware that we had several leaks in our drainage system.The next day, Ed and Trever Lucero returned and sent a camera down the main drain. In addition to the root intrusion, we had two joint breaks under our brick patio.We had them repair the main drain and replace the leaking pipes under the house.They did a great job, replacing the pipes, digging up the patio to replace the bad joints, and putting the patio back in order.I was impressed by Mr. Drain Plumbings professionalism and courtesy. I would use them again, but I hope I dont have to.

    Mr. Drain is amazing! We just bought our first home a month ago and we are in the process of moving our stuff in. So we were very tired and looking forward to be able to shower and go sleep. Unfortunately we had sewage backup so we couldn’t. I’ve previously called other companies even our home warranty but I couldn’t get an appointment fast enough. This was the only company that I was treated with respect from the first time I called to the service being completed. Rory came out and assessed our plumbing issues.     We had a drain pipe break from our kitchen sink, went to the home depot to get parts to fix it myself, we saw the Mr. Drain Plumbing truck in the parking lot and called their number, the dispatcher put us in touch with the technician and we scheduled a time for them to come fix it. Rory showed up and explained what needed to be done, (beyond my capabilities). Rory fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. very Professional service and attitude from Rory! we will Definitely be calling this company for any future repairs

    My bathtub was leaking and Mr Drain came out after hours and replaced the shower valve for a fair price. The technician Greg was very professional and explained everything as he was doing the job.

    Alejandro (nicknamed Pollo) came to the rescue today. Last night our tankless water heater gave out, so Alejandro removed the faulty unit this morning and installed our brand new water heater today. He truly is an angel and I am so grateful to him for his excellent customer service and high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Mr. Drain!! 😃😃
