Tommy was so helpful and came as soon as he got the parts. Other companies only wanted to sell me a new water heater as mine is a little older but Fosset Plumbing got the job done.

We have been having issues with our toilet getting clogged in one of our bathrooms. It got so bad that after using it for 1 day the sewage would back up into the shower, so we stopped using it for awhile. The plumbers that came by before suggested we install a cleanout and provided a quote. Another one also did a camera scope, but was unable to get very far as it could have damaged his scope. He did notice that the line was laid flat and thought that might be causing the problem. We called Fosset Plumbing because of the reviews on Google. When Tommy came out, he wanted to get to the root of the problem. He suspected there were roots growing into our pipes and suggested we start with looking into the sewer line before installing the cleanout. He did a camera scope and cut up the concrete to get to the sewer line. Once he opened up the line, there were a bunch of roots that ran pretty deep and he was able to get it all out. He replaced the line and installed the cleanout. He tested the toilet before and after the fix and wanted us to keep using that bathroom for a few days before he laid the concrete on. He did all this for less than what the other 2 plumbers quoted us. Hes knowledgeable in his field and really wants to help customers save money, if possible. If you want someone thats willing to work with you, Tommy is your guy.

After calling a few larger operations and getting a “sales pitch” and sticker shock, I decided to call a small local independent plumber, Fosset Plumbing. Tommy was quick to answer the call and spoke to me in a manner that was comfortable and reassuring without any sales pitch. His quote was far less than any of the competitors, so we agreed to do the work.Tommy arrived on time and was very professional. His work is top notch and more importantly, he is honest and has integrity. I would trust his work and would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

I called Fosset with an issue I had with some plumbing after swapping out a kitchen sink. It was not draining properly, and needed to be fixed. I called Fosset and spoke with Tommy, who was great over the phone and got me on calendar for the same day. He was on time, and provided a very reasonable estimate (which was the final price). He broke down what everything would cost, and provided an ‘out the door’ price for everything to be done at once. It was a job that I needed to be done quickly, and Tommy agreed to meet on a Sunday to do the work! He was prompt, and did great work. Everything he recommended was needed, and there was no attempt of any upsell or anything like that.I would highly recommend using Fosset, I know they will be my go to in the future for any other plumbing needs!

Tommy was thorough and professional and delivered as promised. He communicated with us regularly in person and by text whenever necessary - which is very important to us. He is personable and friendly. We have had him back to a subsequent plumbing issue and will be the first plumber we call in the future.

Weve hired other plumbers to fix the leaky pipes under our kitchen sink. For whatever reason, the leaks always returned. Tommy and Steven redid everything for us at a reasonable price, and we havent had a leak since. (Ive waited nearly a year to write this review.) In hindsight, I wish wed just hired them to do the work in the first place. I highly recommend Fosset Plumbing; definitely 5 stars, plus!

I had an excellent experience with Tommy and Steve. They were willing to come on the weekend and actually fixed our leaky shower on a Sunday by replacing the cartridge as soon as it had been delivered to them. But they also thought ahead and had brought everything they needed to install a new valve if they could not fix the current one.They are competent, personable, respectful and responsible. They communicate clearly and texted us to let us know where they were and when they would arrive. We are going to have them install a water softener and iron filter as well as an under sink reverse osmosis system. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Our usual plumber isn’t available and we had a clogged kitchen sink and a garbage disposal that’s acting up. The one who did our reno 4 years ago did a spotty pipe setup.Contacted Steve, and was able to secure an appointment the next day. They re-did the pipes and got a new garbage disposal for a good price. All done on the same day. Steve and Tommy were very professional and worked cleanly. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Very communicative and transparent about the process and the work. He helped us find the leak and did an awesome job of explaining next steps and setting a plan. He made it easy to understand what they were doing and put us at ease with their approach. He always had our best interest in mind and looked for ways to simplify and save us money rather than go for the most expensive route. Oh my gosh. The best service I have ever experienced. The nicest and kindest plumbers! This company saved my sanity. I am a single woman who owns a very old house. I work full time and am limited financially. My hot water heater was from 1994 and failing. I had been told previously by my “home warranty company” a horrible story about how expensive this water heater install would be, due to the age of my home built in 1953. I was told it would cost thousands of dollars. Said all kinds of abatement and restoration would be needed. No! This is the best company. In 5 hours, i had my old hot water heater removed, had new fittings, everything was replaced or re-done, up to code and my new hot water heater installed. Thank you so very much. Tommy was referred to us by our neighbor and we are so glad we went with him. We have an old home built in the 50s with galvanized pipes and we needed to have the house repiped. Additionally, we had some previous plumbing work done by someone else who really botched some things, and Tommy came to fix them the right way. We got quotes from six different plumbers and went with Tommy because he not only gave us a really reasonable price, but was the most honest one about what needed to be done. Several of the other plumbers told us we needed to replace our main in addition to all the supply and drainage pipes and that they wouldn’t do any work unless we also replaced the main. Tommy came out and took a look at the main and told us it didn’t need to be replaced, which saved us thousands. Tommy replaced our supply and drainage pipes, installed a new toilet, and fixed old botched plumbing work on our water heater and laundry hook ups and we are really pleased about the work he did. Tommy is an honest, friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable guy and we will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

Tommy is awesome. Called him for a leaky faucet and he was able to come the same day. Didn’t mind my tons of questions, and was even able to switch out a drain that I hated. Fixed the faucet perfectly! He also fixed a quick toilet issue free of charge. Tommy is so good at what he does, he is patient and great at figuring out what the problem is and fixing it. We will definitely be using Fosset Plumbing again in the future!
