    Excellent experience with Crown Plumbing. I called Crown Plumbing on Tuesday for a small plumbing issue. The receptionist I spoke with was very helpful and exceedingly friendly; she was able to scheduled Robert to come out the following morning. Robert was on time and did an excellent job. Robert was very professional and personable and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service! I will call Crown Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!!

    My wife and I own a 120 year old Victorian in Midtown and finding professionals to do work on it has always proven a challenge. I was happy to find a company that not only responded, but was fast to respond to all questions and concerns along the way. The journey from initial outreach to estimate to job completion was as fast as we could have hoped.Robert and Carlos did the work and were knowledgeable, kind, clean, and very open to discussing the project as it progressed. Even when there was a bit of a miscommunication at the end of the day, after just a quick email exchange everything was cleared up and they were right back out to finish up the job.Our house has a long list of quirks and finding a plumbing company that is able to navigate that is invaluable. Highly recommended and definitely top of the list for any future projects or problems.

    We were redoing the plumbing of our 70-year-old home to bring to code before move-in. Justin has been most prompt in responding to e-mails and text messages! The pipes purchased by Crown were brand new and modern, of top quality. As and when we raised issues with Crown they were resolved either the same or the next day! Walter is a fantastic, hands-on person who directs the crew on exactly what needs to be done. Brandon and the team are very good people to be around and work with. They immediately raise concerns if something was not up to code or illegally installed, or if more issues were found, which get promptly communicated to the homeowner over text messages and quick calls. Robert gets the work done to our satisfaction. Weve given our feedback about the drywall person - an external guy sent by them - and hope Crown Plumbing handles this part appropriately. Overall, a very good and fully functional job (including inspection!) right in time before we moved in, and I will highly recommend them!!

    Easily the best money I could have spent. I had a situation where I was attempting a repair on my shower handle. I ran into an incredibly stubborn piece. The tool that came with the repair kit had broken while I used it and took out a stem that I was using to control the water from the shower head. Unfortunately my shower handle cartridge had broken in the on position, so the only way to turn it off was to cut the water main to the house. This left us in a situation where we really didnt have water until I could get a new cartridge installed. So I needed a plumber.This happened on a Sunday evening around 6pm. I figured I was probably out of luck on getting a hold of anyone until Monday morning. I called several plumbers, the earliest I could get someone to come check it out was Tuesday. I was prepared to accept that but decided that Id give it another shot. I called Crown Plumbing and Im so glad I did. They had mercy on me and came out that night. The tech said he didnt like to leave people stranded. I literally pulled him away from him relaxing by his pool to come check out my problem, which I still feel bad about. He came by about 20 minutes after we spoke to diagnose the issue. He attempted a repair, but he didnt have the specific tools needed for this stubborn cartridge. The following day he showed up first thing the next morning with more tools and his torch and within about a half hour he had the cartridge replaced. He made it seem easy, but Im absolutely certain it was much more difficult than he let on.I cant tell you how grateful I am to know a plumber like this. I will certainly be giving him more business as it rolls in. If youre on the fence about giving Crown a call Id say do it. They certainly treated me right, the plumbing knowledge and experience is there, but more than that the customer service was very much on point as well.

    I had a plumbing problem for 4 days in 106 degrees without water , it was pretty tough. The home warranty company Ive got was able to get Crown Plumbing on my behalf.They got in touch with me immediately and let me know when the employee was gonna be out that afternoon as he got closer he gave me a call and let me know he was within a few minutes of showing up. I really appreciate the hard work that was done by the rep it was fixed within 2 hours and I have my running water backs a thank you so much.

    Amazing service! And FAST response! Andrew did a fantastic job and quickly capped off a leak in the backyard. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with explaining what he had repaired.     Crown Plumbing is awesome! They provided same day service to unclog my sewer line for a fair price. The person I spoke with on the phone explained several levels of possible service based on my description of the problem, and provided costs associated with each. The technician on site was knowlegeable, fully explained the problem, and was polite and professional. Will definitely call them again!

    Andrew came and was very professional, great work ethic, cleared my clog and while he was here he tightened the toilet seat. Left area clean and was respectful and very helpful. I recommend this company and Andrew made sure I was aware of costs before starting job! Excellent customer service!Game me his card and now I feel I’ve got my own plumber! 😊

    I found this company on YELP with outstanding ratings and was so happy that I called. They were responsive and so very helpful. Derek treated our plumbing problem like we were family.Funniest part of this whole comment is that I called Crown Plumbing and RotoRooter at the same time: 48 hours later and Roto Rooter still hasn’t gotten back to me- even after they themselves called in their technician to immediately return my call!!! Laughable.Crown Plumbing not only called me back but apologized that they didn’t have someone to come out on a Sat at 8pm but promptly called and showed up on a Sunday at no extra cost!!! I never write reviews due to the effort but Crown Plumbing deserves to be recognized!!!!!!!

    Robert came out and got right to work. We were his last appointment of the day. He cleaned out our clog and had us back to normal in no time. We had another plumber come out earlier in the day who tried to sell us a $1600 service without even diagnosing the problem. I really appreciate Crown and will use them again and again.

    I found Crown Plumbing when I assumed I just needed my pilot light relit in my hot water heater. Rob was the technician that came out and he was incredibly knowledgeable about our unit, which isn’t a common brand. When it turned out to be a bigger issue than that, we decided to upgrade to a tankless heater. Rob got us the perfect unit for our home and worked around some unique installation issues bc of our home construction. His associate Andrew also assisted in the installation and was wonderful. I wouldn’t ever hesitate to reach out to Crown Plumbing again and request Rob (or Andrew). It’s obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work and he’s also trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive. I’m glad he’s the one that was sent out to our service request. :)

    I have had Crown Plumbing out twice for two different issues through my home warranty company. Both times the technicians have been stellar.This time, Derrick was my technician and he was awesome: friendly, patient with my yappy dogs, and he went above and beyond and worked tirelessly on a very difficult job to help me avoid having to replace the toilet.I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

    I wish I got his name because he was a nice person who knew his job well. I don’t think I need a lot of details, kitchen sink was clogged, he fixed it quickly with little mess. Explained everything and got out of my house as soon as he was done.I would definitely use them again, and recommend them. I used my home warranty so I’m not sure the cost, skilled labor like plumbers and electricians are getting harder and harder to find.so they are all very expensive.

    I had a critical issue my old water heater stopped working and began to leak in my home. John was not only punctual but extremely knowledgeable and helpful at helping me understand the problem the repairs that would be needed. John also did an exceptional job at installing new water heater and doing all of the required upgrades. I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing their prices are reasonable and well worth the quality of service provided.

    I had a leak and Crown was able to get someone out in hours not days. Richard did excellent work and fixed it quickly. He explained everything as he went along and now it is fixed properly. I will call again when I need a plumber.

    I have had some pretty bad experiences with plumbing companies in the past. But Crown Plumbing was superb, especially the plumber, Michael Harris. He was excellent - fast, efficient, professional and friendly. He encountered difficulties but overcame them quickly and thoughtfully.The company responded right away and sent him in a timely fashion and immediately followed up.Highly recommended.

    I believe our technician was Robert, but I am not so great with remembering names. He was fast and knowledgable, I’d recommend Crown to anyone. Ours was a home warranty call for potential water damage, and a leaking sink. The sink was fixed quickly, and we were able to determine that the water marks on our ceiling were not from active leaks. Very relieving.

    Crown is not what I expected but in a very very very good way! They are professional, from the initial service call to the finish. Got a call about an hour after placing call from the service tech to discuss what was going on, so he could better understand the problem before arriving. Text message from them 30 minutes before arrival and done in 45 minutes. Oh and they landed under the estimate. Would definitely use them again when needed.

    We used our home warranty and they sent out a different company who left my bathroom a mess and the sink still clogged said theyd follow up and never did after almost a week. Called home warranty and they sent out Crown Plumbing.They were timely, profession and my bathroom wasnt a disaster after they were done. Best of all my sink works.

    Crown was professional when they showed up within 2 hours of me calling. We only have one toilet for our business and they came right over and fixed the issue. I would even use them for my house if needed (hope not but you never know). I will recommend them and give them 10 stars if possible.

    Absolutely great experience with Crown Plumbing. Had a leak from my sink and couldn’t figure where. John from Crown showed up (they alerted me by text when they were coming) and figured out the problem. He went to work and fixed it in about 25 minutes. This is the first time I needed a plumber to my house and will be using them from now on!

    I really like this company. I first met with them through my home warranty when the first people they sent out failed to do the job right or at for that matter. The first tech the sent out found some roots under my toilet so he called owner Walter. Walter came out a d shot it really to on what it could take and how much to fix the problem. He was awesome and worked with us as we are not rich and have 3 kids to care for. He told me he would come back and camera the pipes when the worker was there so I could see what they see no games. Then Patrick came out and he was AWESOME he did what he needed to do and Walter did come out like he said he would and we cameras the line and it wasnt as bad as it look and they were able to fix it without tearing up my concrete. Patrick put it back together perfectly. My toilet sits flush with the floor (it wobbled a little) and it works GREAT!!!! To top it all of Walter walked around the outside of my house with me and I showed me where i show put root killer and thing to help prevent this from happening again. I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You guys are AMAZING

    Highly recommend Crown Plumbing!!! I was in a pinch with water heater vent that had to be fixed. I called them, within 2 hours shows up, left in 1 hour, no issues at all. My house was outside of their coverage area but showed up anyway

    I had a broken outdoor faucet that wouldnt turn off. I looked for a handyman type on-line but decided on Crown Plumbing, which was five star and in the neighborhood (I havent had that good of luck with handymen). A technician arrived within an hour but did not have the proper part. He left, acquired the part, and then installed it in less than an hour for the quoted fee. The work appears to be excellent. I will call them again next time I need plumbing service, which I undoubtedly will.

    We Needed urgent repair to water supply line to toilet. to our relief, Crown Plumbing sent someone that day. The replacement of the valve was more complicated than expected so John stabilized the problem and had to come back the next day and repaired the problem quickly and effectively. The experience was exactly how one would want to have a plumbing problem repaired. We would definitely call Crown Plumbing first.

    This was a home warranty water heater call. I was so suppressed to be called back with in and hour of placing the services call. Even more supersized that they would be sending a tech over the next day. If it was for the long weekend they would have replaced my water heater the next day. John was our professional plumber. He notified us he was on his way and on time great guy. I would use Crown for In and out of warranty service.

    These guys dont get enough credit...Usually the only time someone calls a plumber is when something is broken or a huge mess, which I am guilty of. Crown Plumbing has bailed me out of numerous messes and always seem to make me feel like Im the only one on their schedule. They have always been prompt, on time and very respectful while in my house.And to top it off they can handle anything water or sewer related.Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

    In my experience, it has been very difficult to find a plumbing contractor who I can trust. Walt and his crew did an excellent job with my home addition/remodel. They not only did all the laborious plumbing for my remodel, but they also did all the little things (such as cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day or suggesting ideas that I never thought about.) I can absolutely say with 100% certainty that these guys were fair and honest with everything that they did for me. I will never use another plumbing contractor. Crown plumbing is my plumber for life!

    John the technician went above and beyond to help us with our clogged toliet!! When no one else could find our main sewer line, he went around the neighbor hood asking neighbors where theirs was so he could get a general idea where mine could be. Then when it came time to look for mine, which was inside my garden bed, he went digging for it! And he found it!! He really did a wonderful job and was able to fix our plumbing issue and save us hundreds of dollars because if he didnt find the main Sewer line then we would have to rip out our toliet to access the pipe! He did a wonderful job and because of him I would defiently use this company again!!

    Brandon and Robert were out at our property to work on a plumbing stoppage that another local company said couldn’t be done. Brandon and Robert got the bathroom drain flushing normally and they were in and out in less than an hour. Both of them were very courteous and explained every step and had fair pricing.     I am very happy with the service provided by Crown Plumbing. This replacement was through my home warranty so a service ticket was sent out on Sunday.     Excellent company! Responsive and caring team. From start to finish, our leaky water heater disaster was made bearable by Crown Plumbing of Sacramento/Fair Oaks. Walter, came to our home on an emergency call on a Saturday to help us mitigate the crisis of a flooding and potential damage situation. He secured our water cold supply to hold us over and assisted us in getting on their schedule for a prompt replacement appt. The company knows all the regional and specific codes of the various cities of the Sac Valley and made sure we didn’t run into red tape or delays with our home warranty company. The communications by Kristi were prompt and reassuring thruout the entire process. Robert, a very experienced and talented plumber at Crown came as soon as possible with an excellent product and all new valves, hoses etc. His installation service was impeccable and his professional manner and technical knowledge reassured us.     We had been dealing with a plumber referred to us from our warranty company. They sent out the tech 4 times and could not (didn’t care enough) resolve the issue with our guest bathroom’s toilet. I requested Crown and they were responsive within a day to schedule, John (the tech from Crown) came out the next day and took care of the issue. We were so grateful.     I contacted them on a Saturday. Since this wasnt an emergency, they scheduled my appointment for Monday between the hours of 8:00 - 11:00 am but they probably will be here closer to 8:00 am. On Monday the technician was here at 8:00 am. and he was done in about 15 minutes. I was impressed with the professionalism of the scheduler and the technician.

    I was in a panic because I was taking care of my brother who was recovering from hip replacement surgery when the one toilet in the house overflowed.
