Matt & his crew just finished up our kitchen renovation and we loved working with them! He is very detailed and took the time to think through all the various elements of the renovation and how each one impacted the next (this was not something we saw with others who offered us quotes on the work). He finished on time, was easy to communicate with, and his team was professional. We are really enjoying our new kitchen and have already recommended Matt to our friends! -

Our porch was a mess: rotten posts, broken spindles, sinking concrete steps, ceiling slats missing. Matt helped us figure out what pieces we needed to buy to replace everything, then he and his crew did a great job making our porch attractive and safe again. They installed bead board ceiling with new light fixtures and added a new exterior outlet. Matt was not familiar with the aluminum railing system we wanted to use but did an excellent job installing it, including screening in the short wrap-around section off of our living room. As you can see, the cats approve of their new catio. Matt and his crew were great to work with, very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend them. -

I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough! From the initial call & review of my projects, the estimate(s), and finally - the fantastic finished work product, Matts Renovations is easily the best experience Ive had with a home contractor. Matt provided input / options, talked through details to backup any recommendations and delivered on everything I was needing out of my projects. He and his team were very detailed, thorough, took care of the place, cleaned up daily, and were genuinely a joy to have around the house for the duration of the work. The results are all fantastic! If you need any work done at your home and you live in the area = do yourself a favor and contact Matt. Again, I cannot recommend this company enough and have already been sending colleagues his way! We hired Matts Renovations to do a kitchen remodel. Matt and his team were highly skilled, very professional, and completed the project on schedule and on budget. Throughout the process Matt and his team listened to us, provided their input and expertise, and dealt with some unexpected problems without issue. Matt and his team did a great installing a new tile shower and updating the tile around the tub. He was able to find the leak from my previous shower and did a great job fixing the ceiling in my kitchen where the leak showed itself. They were professional and very hardworking. Very happy with the final product. He is extremely fair with price too. I highly recommend Matt’s Renovations. -

My home was cursed with a poorly built back porch. The guys who originally put it in got away with a lot of stuff that we, as people who dont know construction, didnt know about.Matt and his wonderful crew went over the porch, made it safe and beautiful, and the price was very fair. They came when the said they would, and finished in good time. We highly recommend them.I look forward to spending many seasons on our beautiful, safe porch. We have so many good things to say about Matt and his crew. From the initial estimate, Matt was timely and communicative and weighed in where we needed him to. We had a design concept to build out a new full-bath where there was none currently. He partnered with us to enhance our vision and then executed it wonderfully. Having a 106 year old home was no concern, Matt set expectations of what may be found and nailed it. He and his crew showed up right when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would, and respected our home & living situation the entire time. Well be calling Matt for future renovation jobs. -

As new problems were uncovered they continued to guide us through options and make repairs to align with our preferences and budget. We have had the pleasure of utilizing Matts Renovations for a range of interiors and exterior renovation projects and have been thoroughly impressed with the results. Our first project with them was a challenging wall waterproofing job in the basement. After obtaining multiple quotes from different contractors, none of which were as accurate or reasonably priced as Matts, we decided to move forward with his services. The work he performed was exceptional, and we appreciated his honesty and meticulous approach. In addition to this job, Matt and Steve have also executed numerous other remodeling tasks. Each job was completed to a high standard of quality, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended. -

Matt did a great job on a water damage restoration project in our pantry and garage. He was able to match the original textured pattern on our ceiling without having the original roller used to put it on. He also finished the job several months ahead of schedule, which was very much appreciated. -

Weve hired Matt twice so far to repair a collapsed ceiling in a bedroom and to replace the lighting in our kitchen. In both cases, Matt responded promptly to our requests, provided a written estimate with options and recommendations. He completed the work on time, on budget, and left the area cleaner than how he found it. We plan to hire Matt in the future, and he would be the first person that I would recommend. -

Matt & Steve did a great job putting down new hardwood on our first floor. They were efficient with their time, and were careful in the daily cleanup as we have 2 small children.They were attentive to details of our home and made additional, thoughtful adjustments as needed (with semi-permanent home decor). I highly recommend Matt and his crew!!!! Matt replaced our back storm door and redid trim, worked on some plumbing and electric in our laundry room and hung new outdoor lights for us. Matts work is exceptional!!!! Everything looks beautiful!!! Matt was on time every day and worked diligently all day long! He made sure each day when he left that the area was clean. His pricing was very reasonable!! I will definitely be using Matt again!!! -
