    I contracted Peak Precision to put a new roof on my home. Devin, the owner, was very communicative and so easy to work with. He was always prompt on his responses and so easy to work with. He had the job done in less than a month from the time I contacted him. He was in contact with me throughout the entire installation process, letting me know about a few leaks they found (with photos) and how they would properly fix these issues so that they wouldn’t happen again. His workers were polite, quick, and meticulous with the roof installation and cleanup. Our new roof looks beautiful and I am so happy that we went with Peak Precision. This is probably the Best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family and would definitely work with Devin on future projects!

    I am so very thankful for Devin and all he was able to do for us! After getting the news that our roof was not structurally sound and was leaking which was causing our ceilings to fall in, obviously I was in a panic. I reached out and my phone call was answered by Devin himself. He was very kind and reassuring during this difficult time. He had a crew out within a couple hours to check it out and see what his opinion was. Within an hour of the crew leaving we had an answer. The process was so easy and so quick! Just 4 days after our initial contact my roof was completed and it looks amazing. This could have been a difficult and emotional experience, instead it was an amazing experience.     This is the best contracting company I’ve ever dealt with in Pa. We use them for all of our rental properties and are always satisfied with the fair pricing and timely work. Recently had them handle a roof for a family member who was experiencing a major leak. They replaced dropped off the materials hours after we spoke and the roof was completely replaced with new decking as well the following day.

    This group is absolutely the best Ive worked with, for any type of contracting, ever. My wife and I have worked with other contractors in the area in the past, and this group stood worlds apart from the beginning of the project through the end (and even after it was completed!). Every part of the experience of working with them - from the initial inspection/quoting process, to scheduling, having their team at our house, and the way they explained the job as it was completed - was outstanding. Its absolutely mind-blowing how much of a difference that hiring the right group can make. Weve since had neighbors come asking for their information after seeing the care their team took and the roof we ended up with. Were already planning more work with them and I cant see a reason well ever look elsewhere, this group is the best!

    I found Peak Precision Roofing purely by accident, they were doing a roof in my neighborhood and I asked them to give me a bid for replacing a front and back porch roof as well as a small roof over a bay window. Not only was Devin (the owner) incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he beat 4 other contractors on the price. He knew exactly what needed to be done, came up with a solution to fix the roof over my bay window that no one had thought of, and his crew was here and finished in 3 days. Im a real estate agent, and as a result of Devin and his crews professionalism and quality of workmanship on my own house, I continue to recommend Peak Precision to any of my clients who need their roofs to be replaced.     After suffering some wind/storm damage, I called three roofers and not one called me back. I called Devin, left a message, and he called me back in 20 minutes. As we talked, he looked at my roof from Google maps, explained the design, roofing/shingle requirements, and why my roof was failing so soon. He went to bat for me with my insurance company who were less then cooperative. His crew showed up at 7am and by 4:00 were finishing up. At any given time, one of his crew members was sweeping the driveway and yard with a magnet to find hidden nails. They raked my yard with a leaf rake to find any debris. When it was all said and done, my roof, driveway, and yard were nicer than they were at 7am that morning. His final invoice was not a penny over his estimate (his estimate beat what my neighbors paid by $1000s). You can either call three roofers and have none of them return your call, or you can just call Devin.

    I needed 2 downspouts replaced. Devin came out and looked at the gutters and said they were very old (which they were). He came up with a plan and price to get new gutters on my house and garage. He did let me know that there were no drip plates on the front gutters and that I needed them.Devin and his team did a great job replacing the gutters and they cleaned up when they were done. Very professional! The gutters look great!I highly recommend them! Ill definitely use them again!

    We chose Peak Precision to repair the damage our house and garage sustained during a windstorm. As repeat customers, we already knew they would do a great job, but were completely blown away by their professionalism, workmanship, and overall expertise. Initially, the repairs seemed pretty standard, however, they quickly spiraled and turned into a roof replacement on our 200+ year old house, and complete demo and rebuild on our garage. They were extremely adaptive to all the changes and challenges that took place, and the multiple crews worked diligently and showed up every day when they said they would. Devin did an excellent job communicating with us and our insurance company every step of the way. He made us feel like we were his only client and that our job was a top priority (even though we know they were simultaneously working on several others). Peak Precision took care of the entire project from start to finish and did an absolutely amazing job. We cannot recommend them enough, and plan to use them again in the future!

    Devin came out inspected our roof and pointed out exactly where we were having problems. His crew were amazing.They were right on time went straight to work. Our bare roof showed where the issues were some we had no idea. We had this roof done in 2008 by a roofing contractor and they screwd us. They never told us about roof wood rotting instead just covered the roof with 4 layers of the under sheeting. Devins team replaced what we needed and did the job right! We can now b at peace knowing we have a beautiful new roof that is done to perfection..now u can enjoy the rain! Thank you Devin and thank u to his team!!

    Peak Precision did an outstanding job on replacing the shingles and underlayment on my large roof. The team was respectful of my property and cleaned up the area afterward as well. The craftsmanship was very good and done to manufacturer specs so it should last a long time! Owner Devin Orsi is the rockstar! He came out for the quote and walked the roof and found issues that two other companies had missed by using satellite photos and drones. This gave me a more accurate quote to start with!Two of my neighbors had work done on their home by Peak shortly after ours was completed!I am very pleased to have chosen Peak Precision as my Roof Replacement company.

    I needed a new roof that included 2 skylight replacements and new gutters. From start to finish, Peak Precision Contracting was top notch. Devin was extremely easy to work with during the quoting process and walked me through the best options for what I needed. He explained everything up front with no pressure. The quote was received shortly after our discussion at a very fair price. Before installation started, Devin kept in touch via text and was very responsive to any questions I had. His team arrived on time - 7am - and worked through the day, completing my new roof, skylights and gutters by 6pm the same day. The debris that was removed from the roof and from the materials used were cleaned up before the team left and everything was placed in the dumpster. All of the nailed were magnetically picked up all around the house. After they were done, you wouldnt have even known they were there except for the new professional looking roof and gutters on my house. The finished product looks fantastic, and my wife and I are very happy with the results. If you want a new roof and/or new gutters done right with impressive results, I would highly recommend Peak Precision Contracting. Devin and his team wont disappoint!

    Peak Precision did a fantastic job replacing the asphalt shingle roof on my mothers house! Time was of the essence getting this job done as we accepted an offer on the house and needed to get the roof replaced asap. Devin was super responsive in getting me a reasonable quote, scheduling the job and completing the work - it all happened in two weeks!The roof was a challenge with asphalt shingles which many contractors wont touch plus it has really steep peaks in the front. His crew had the job done in a little over a day. They did a good job on cleanup too.     So far, so GREAT!!! PEAK Precision Contracting in Canonsburg, Pa was very professional, clean, and courteous. They were very friendly and happily explained everything that they needed to do and the whys.After using two other local companies over the last several years, our roof was in serious disrepair due to weather, trees, poor workmanship, and other issues. We had an active leak in our bedroom. We also have 3 skylights I really wanted to keep, as I love the natural lighting.I called PEAK on 12/29/2020 and spoke with Devin about estimates, as we were not sure where our issue was coming from. Within a couple hours, his crew arrived, climbed up on the roof, and took pictures. Devin then sent me the pictures and called me to explain the assortment of issues we were having. Bottom line, the entire roof needed replaced.I received the estimate the next day, outlining the scope of the repair work, which was very specific and understandable. It was also very competitive with offers we had received when we had work done years prior. The estimate even detailed cleanup and utilization of magnets to ensure all nails were retrieved. This is EXTREMELY important, as we actually lost a few tires in our driveway due to a prior company leaving nails behind.We decided to move forward and were given the opportunity to pick the color of our shingles. Devin was quick to respond to any questions we had regarding this process. We settled on the shingle color on 1/4. They were delivered to the house later that day.PEAK arrived bright and early on 1/5/21 to replace the roof. His crew was very professional and friendly. They worked diligently all day, from sun up to sun down. By the time they left, we had a new roof installed. They arrived again at sunrise on 1/6/21 to inspect their work and perform all the cleanup. Again they were very professional and courteous.We received our final invoice on 1/8/22, which outlined the scope of the work that had to be completed, as well as a little additional work they had to complete. Turns out the skylights were not installed properly from the beginning.We are very happy with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and compassion shown by PEAK Precision and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a no nonsense repair.

    We used Peak Precision about 4 years ago for a new roof, No other company would give us the time of day and give us a quote because our roof was so steep, Devin came out gave us a quote and did the job, everything from the estimate to the replacing of the roof was excellent, they finished it and you wouldnt have known they were there, cleaned up all the mess and very quick and fast, fast forward to today, we noticed we had some visible water damage in a few rooms, I messaged Devin this morning and the same day he had his team on my roof to find out what the problem was and is helping with the solution. Excellent company, always will recommend them to everyone.

The supplies were dropped off and the Peak Precision crew arrived first thing the next morning. The roof was installed in one day (close to 12 hours) and everything looked great. I did have an issue with counter flashing that needed replaced to stop a leak. It took a while to get this fixed but Devin and his crew came through for me.     Devin and his team of installers did a great job installing two skylights that were worn and in desperate need of replacement. An honest assessment of the issue, and next day installation so we did not experience any more leakage from the old windows. The workers were friendly and respectful while doing the job in under 2 hours. Also replaced a vent and pipe boot while they were up there.     I was fortunate enough to have Peak Precision Contracting install a replacement shingle roof on my home 2 weeks ago and have waited to write this review so our new roof could endure a few good rains to see if their craftsmanship is as good as their service and indeed it does!     I recently had Peak Precision replace my roof after some hail damage. The crew showed up right on time and finished all the work the same day. They did an excellent job cleaning up and had all the debris/old shingles hauled away the same day. I scoured around my house for nails afterward for probably 30 minutes and was only able to find about 8 nails, most of which were in the mulch and almost impossible to see. Anyone who’s had a roof replaced knows this is an incredible cleaning job. After the work was completed Devin emailed me a final invoice complete with high def photos of all the work that was done, perfect for submitting to my insurance and also for my own records.     Often times its difficult to find a contractor to not only return your call but to schedule your work in a reasonable amount of time but I feel like I stuck gold when I called Peak Precision. Not only did Devin answer my call, but he was on site within 30 minutes to look at the wind damage on my moms roof. While he was there, he called me to let me know what he thought of the situation and condition of the roof. The following day he and a couple members of his crew when up on the roof and sent me pictures. Within a couple of hours after that, he provided what I thought was a more than reasonable estimate. Devin also went above and beyond to work with the insurance estimator.After hearing back from the insurance company, I approved the estimate. Within a week and a half, the roof was totally replaced.     Please read my experience with this company if you need to know the people you would be dealing with. I recently had Peak Precision at my home last week for our roof. My wife and I started to panic because we noticed a leak in one of our daughters bedrooms and were not sure where, why, and how long it was there. The owner Devin and Peak Precision came recommended from a co-worker. I called Peak that afternoon and Devin said he would make sure he made time in his busy day to get to my house that same evening and sure enough he was there before the sun went down. He didnt take long for him to say my roof is at the end of its life and needs replaced. He was straightforward and provided reassurance that our problems will be taken care of- quickly dissolving all stress and anxiety we were having. They were able to start the job a few days later, which we were happy about since we had fear of our 4 young children being possibly exposed to mold in our home. My wife said these men worked literally non-stop and were polite, respectful at all times when she was home with our newborn son. They got the job done in 1 day right before it snowed all night and came back next couple days to make sure all debris was cleaned up.

    My shingles on my roof ridge blew off in a recent storm on a Saturday. I called Peak and Devin answered and I told him what happened and spoke with him and sent him some pictures of the damage. He was honest and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They sent someone out a couple days later as we discussed to repair the damage. They ended up fixing the entire roof ridge as it was not installed correctly by a previous roofer. It was fixed and I haven’t had any issues. I am so great full to find them.     Devin Orsi and his team are nothing short of amazing!Last Monday July 15th, they showed up at 5:45 am, started at 6:30, and worked all day into the early evening and finished around 8 pm. Same thing the next day, to make sure it was done before the rain came.Those were some of the hottest days we have had all year, multiplied onto far higher temps being on a hot roof in direct sun all day long. I honestly dont know how they did it!They replaced rotting wood, did a great cleanup, and are always so polite and courteous.We found out we had damage because we saw someone else suggest Devin and we asked him to come take a look. He uses drone footage to get a complete view.Everything that Devin said needed to be repaired, our insurance adjuster confirmed - twice. We had damage from both hail storms and Devin was spot on in his findings both times. Insurance covered it both times, too.He is the nicest guy,.absolutely knows what hes doing and is also a full-scale contractor, not just roofing.We cannot recommend him enough!

We had a leaky ceiling and made some calls, Devin called us back right away and came out to do an estimate.     I live up on top of one the highest hills in Canonsburg. I have always had problems with my roof, and had it replaced about 10 years ago. The shingles on it blew off within 9 months. I had to start patching it. It was awful. I contacted Peak Precision about the problem when a bad wind storm ripped off 40% of the shingles. The crew came out assessed the damage, and went on their way. I received a bid back. It by far was the best price by a couple of thousand dollars. SERIOUSLY! I agreed for them to do the work, and the materials they were going to use were top of the line. 6 gentlemen came to my home, ripped off what was remaining, and had the entire house back under shingles by the end of the day.     I did not end needing their services (yet) but I was completely blown away by Devins customer service! I called for what I thought was a roof leak. My call was answered promptly and Devin was at my home by the end of day. After Indiana Jonesing his way through my attic space, he quickly discovered that it was not a roofing issue. But he continued to investigate until he found the source of the leak to be something that should be covered by my home warranty. He did not charge me for this visit and even agreed to write me a report of his findings to provide to the builder. It is difficult to find such honesty today. Peak Precision will certainly be my first call for any future needs!

    After searching several of the top-rated roofers in the Pittsburgh area, Peak was the only company I could consider working with. After the straight-line winds that came through Washington a few months ago, we had a roof leak that caused some damage to our upstairs textured ceilings. None of the other top rated roofers could also repair all of the damage, but Peak could do it all at the same time --and match the intricate sponge detailing. I would have considered waiting for the repair and hiring separate independent companies if the quality of work might have been better, but I could not find any that seemed superior to Peak in any way. The roof looks amazing, the repaired ceiling textures match perfectly, we also asked them to do some additional painting so our shutters and from door complement the color of the roof. This was also completed the same week. In short, my experience with this company far exceeded expectations.

    Used Peak precision to replace our roof and gutters, which had suffered storm damage. Of all the contractors that we spoke to, Devin was the most patient and provided the most detail of the process, costs etc. With his help, we were able to get everything covered by insurance.His contractors were very efficient and extremely friendly. He was so involved throughout the bidding process and installation, I knew we had chosen the right firm.He team was the hardest working crew I have ever seen. This was a one week project. When we decided to move forward with replacing our roof, we signed the contract on a Tuesday and four days later we had a new roof.
