We recently bought a home that had an ADA shower. We wanted to get the ball rolling before we moved in and Gloria was amazing is setting up the initial consult as soon as we closed on the house so we could try and get it completed before our baby was due! And we did! It was finished 2 days before we delivered!Gloria was excellent is giving us options of products that were in stock sooner and kept us up to date about them receiving products we wanted. Carlos did a great job on the work and is so kind and personable. We had a bit of a plumbing issue with our other bathroom unrelated to the project and they handled it with grace and were really understanding. Thank you so much! We are so happy with the work they did we would use them again and recommended them to anyone who needs quality work done!

I want to thank Carlos and his crew and Gloria from NW Tub & Shower. They did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. Carlos was great to work with and the communication before and during the remodel was outstanding.The finished bathroom looks even better than we could have imagined. The subway tiles, WOW! Carlos is an absolute artist. I highly recommend NW Tub & Shower and I would hire them again without hesitation.

Very happy with the work NW Tub & Shower did for us (a refresh of two bathrooms - refinished tubs, put down new floors, installed new sink, installed new shower doors). Good price, quality work and materials, and exceptional communication about bid, options, scheduling, etc. Plus, the working crew was polite, friendly and responsive. Everything was really great.

OUTSTANDING!!!!I needed to completely gut my bathroom for a full remodel. I contracted with them to remove the old cast iron tub, remove the old tile and sheet rock around the tub, repair any rot in the floor, replace the sheet rock, install a new tub, install a new acrylic surround as well as new faucets and a set of sliding shower doors. I was very impressed with their service as well as their work habits. Everything turned out stunning and beautiful! Having them in our home was a real pleasure. They are professionals through and through! Dont hesitate to contact Jet and have Carlos and Eric do your remodel for you. You will not regret it!

We had a non-standard shower that needed rebuilding. Working with a local, experienced company was the right choice for us. They were creative in meeting our needs and used quality materials during the rebuild. The quality of their work was excellent and the results exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly with us and respectful of our home. We would use them again and certainly recommend them to others.

Gloria, Jet & installation team: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for fitting us in, for installing the shower surround, for fixing the plumbing we didnt know was leaking, and for taking away so much anxiety & depression because other people didnt show up, ghosted us & stole from us in this house project. Because of that, we decided to do most of it ourselves. Then I broke my femur & my knee, so we had to reassess how we were going to finish the shower! Great Company! We recently purchased a home and shortly after moving in realized there was a hole or crack in the bottom of our bathtub. We called NW Tub & Shower, they showed up on time and did a wonderful job fixing the damage. I was especially impressed by the technicians care taken to keep our house clean while he was working.

I first had Bathcrest refinsh a tub for me 12 years ago, it held up great. I recently had them work in my new home, they installed a new tub surround and refinished my yellow tub taking my bathroom from ugly to fresh and white. I plan to use again when ready to replace my master shower. Good service, friendly people, fair pricing.
